Called the phone several times. Left messages. Never got an answer or call back. This company has gone to hell. Its back to Fort Worth bolt tool supply for me.

Horrible customer service. Absolutely no help, if you arent placing a big money bulk order then dont bother with this location, they dont have time for a small business 10 bolt purchase

The customer service was excellent. DANIEL and the whole store were very helpful. Will shop there again.

Quick and easy transaction. I was able to walk in and tell them what I needed and I walked out with the bolts on order with the correct head, length and finish that I wanted. Less than a week later I had the bolts in my hand. Will be returning to get more bolts ordered that most places dont have in stock or the knowledge on how to get me what I need.

Guy at the counter was a total moron. I went in to have something shipped and he was totally useless. I could go on about it but bottom line is I do not recommend walking in the door of this place.
