Poor customer service!!!!! I took my daughters jacket to have it monogrammed and was very dissatisfied with the way it turned out. Her name begins with a K but it looked like an H on the jacket. I expressed my dislike and the female associate told me it wasnt her fault I didnt like it because I chose the font style. And she agreed that it looked like an H. She allowed me to look at other font styles and explained it would be a $5 fee to remove the stitching but didnt inform me that I had to pay that plus a restricting fee in addition to the original stitching fee totaling $21 plus tax which was more than I paid for the jacket. I asked her why would I have to pay for something I wasnt satisfied with. She said you can pay it or just leave it as it is. I wasnt shown an example of how my daughters name would look so how was I supposed to know beforehand. I was very upset and I will never return.

All of my monograms were super inexpensive and the work is long lasting, totally recommend

Has arts and crafts supplies, dont know anything about the sewing part..

Empty mall, no machines running, no customers. Can’t embroider a name on a shirt while you wait. Lol, doesn’t seem like a good business plan.
