Im a general contractor Ive always used Fort Worth Sash and Door and Lumber great pricing and their deliveries are always on time

Great place to get door at better quality and pricing than Home Depot. If you get something custom be prepared to wait a few days, but its worth the weight for sure. Great customer service and all around friendly employees.

I ordered my METAL doors 2 months ago. They were weeks behind schedule. Every time I called about my METAL DOORS no one knew anything about when they would be ready(already behind schedule). I was told tomorrow every time I called to check on my METAL DOORS and when they were finally ready they were even going to make me wait another few days for delivery. Then when I receive the doors after much delays and run around...... AND THEY ARENT EVEN THE MATERIAL I ORDERED. Ive never been baffled by the sheer incompetence Ive witnessed with this company . DO NOT do business here

Either these people are racist or I just have bad luck, this is my second time coming to get a regular bathroom sized door and it’s supposed to take 4-5 days instead both times I waited a week just for them to tell me they don’t have it ready and they didn’t file the paperwork to even start making it. Will never go here again

So far they were rude when we called in to check on a job for a big account we are working on for the city,They would not even take the time to look up the account to tell us where they stand on getting the door ready. will update if things change
