Please update your open hours on your website. We drove to TWO Shipley locations on a Sunday afternoon and both were closed. This particular store even had the open sign lit up. What the heck is going on Shipley?

OMG!! OMG!! This is my FAVORITE donut shop OF ALL TIME! I can not resist their warm, super soft, super fresh- fresh out of the grease succulent donuts!! OH MY! This LOCATION IS AWESOME.. SHUCKS, ALL THE LOCATIONS ARE AWESOME!!

I spoke with Mrs Tina Rice she say the manager in Forth Tex on Miller Ave over the phone about their employees not wearing a mask. She didn’t receive it well. She started acting like a bitter manager. She did mention that they don’t hv to wear a mask it’s their choice. She also mentioned there are other donuts shops around which I really appreciated that because I will now give Paul Donuts my business. Very very unprofessional very unprofessional. She must know that she is on a higher level when dealing with customers so if she don’t like Wht they say SMILE ANYWAY AND KEEP THEIR BUSINESS DUMMY DONUT 🍩For me NO MASK NO DONUTS and I will spread this news on social media because KEEPING MY COMMUNITY SAFE MATTERS

I was the very first person to get there this morning and the apple fritters have no taste to them. It just tastes like a regular donut. 😒

I guess I went to late(8:30 am)cause they did not have any more jalapeño Kovach, and it didnt appear that they were going to make anymore. So I got three regular, unspectacular, ones. Guess I have to get up earlier next week.

My husband is a Maple Donut fiend. He said it was the best Maple Donut he had ever had it even came with Walnuts. They also have a very yummy cherry filled donut that I have not had in years. This is a very good shop, with Courteous People. I took the donuts to a meeting and they were devoured.

Yeah, I think im going to go somewhere else. The food is great, but the staff... I dont know if you specifically hire space cadets but your staff has serious listening skills. My order is usually wrong because of their lack of attention span. Its very frustrating having to repeat my order 2-3 times and it still be wrong.
