Kind of messy (as with most dollar general stores) hard to move around and find what you are looking for. Cashiers are always friendly so that makes up for it!

The store manager is the nicest. She is always willing to help and not pawn the work on her employees. Way to go!

Found everything I was looking for and stayed a little bit longer because they had on some good music

They didnt give me my discount on my valentines day after sale . also a few things that i bought were priced wrong. Good deals on the shelfs but when rang up it was marked up

The employees are nice but there is always items all over that need to be stocked. Ive never been in the store and not had to move boxes to get to the items I want to purchase. However the store maybe cluttered but its always clean. No dusty shelves or dirty floors.

Baby Walmart quick One Stop Shop you get whatever you forgot at Walmart or just comes short of at home also got great deals on little odds and ends just add to your home to make it a little more homey. Great staff but seem to always be stocking

Well stocked, the store is convenient, right next-door to Harber Freight. The sales staff is hardworking and friendly.

Im not going to blame the employees who work there, they have their hands full. To be honest, its too much for them to handle. This why new people keep quiting. Theres only two employees on a shift while trying to receive in deliveries, take inventory, trying to stock the numerous boxes of items on each aisle & checking out customers. I know & understand that store management is trying to keep labor cost down but look the store. If boxes are always on the floor & items are out on different aisles, thats lost sales & potential lost customers. Hire me fulltime to get inventory up off the floor & stocked on the shelves. Ive got 38 years of experience at a local bakery as Materials Management Supervisor, food safety, first in first out, etc. Fully stocked shelves will keep customers coming back.

This store is so crowded with inventory that hasnt been shelved. I also witnessed the cashier processing a refund for an invisible customer and pocketing the $$ (refunded herself like $97 dollars & some change)

Best place to get household cleaning supplies and lots of odds and ends with a small budget in mind

I Can always find things here I need for only a dollar. The negatives are the store is not well organized and you can rarely find someone to assist you.

For a dollar store, its pretty typical. Very crowded aisles, nice prices on over-the-counter meds and cleaning supplies, good sales on things like Coffee-Mate. If you cant make it to the grocery you can get emergency food supplies here along the lines of macncheese kits or frozen pizza. They seem to have some of everything but the quality is not always very good. If youre going to a dollar store, you know what to expect and this fulfills those expectations.

Actually I was very disappointed. Dollar Generals one of my very favorite stores I went to the one at Trail Lake Drive. The store is very messy unorganized. And you do not carry the same things as the other Dollar General I do not understand. So whenever you back to this star general however I will go to others

Very bad customer service, yesterday I went there at 8:58 pm and I knew that they are closed at 9:00 there was a guy he told me they are closed in very tough way and they dont have money! Whaaat Im not begging I just need one item to my little son and know what is it, therefore Ill not take a long time to shop, he said that many times we are closed and we dont have moneyI live very close from this store and Ill never shop from it again

Hi everyone, I went to this Family Dollar by Trail Lake to buy some baby wipes for my baby and was denied service by one of the store employees name Sara Casarez, went to the register ready to pay for the baby wipes, but she gave me as reason for service denial that I parked in reverse in front of the store, (I have never heard of such thing!) she told me it was due to prevent robberies and would not check me out until I got out of the store and parked facing front. I felt discriminated, unwanted and very disrespected as a customer. To make things worst I asked for her manager and she told me she was the store manager and gave me a hard time when I asked for her name and store number to file a complaint since she had no visible badge. I told her I was being mistreated and discriminated and one of her coworkers just laughed about it. Man, I dont recall the last time I felt this bad. I promised myself never to go back to a family dollar again and I will be filing a complaint with headquarters. I ended up buying the baby wipes at the next door CVS. I regret going to this Family Dollar! I have pictures if needed. Now Sara Casarez gave me a phone number for Wesley Smith who she said El was her manager but didnt answer my phone call. Is worth mentioning I was at the store today December 5th at 9:30 pm. I would love to find out what the store policy is in reference to whether or not deny service by the way customers park. By the way BBB is my next stop.

The clerks here regularly try to short change you. Pay close attention and tell the clerk how much money you are giving her. For example: here is my last 20 dollar bill. Otherwise you will get taken.
