Meggin helped my fiancé and I out with ring sizing and opinions on wedding bands today, and she was so much fun to talk to! She gave us amazing advice on rings and overall it was just a nice experience and good conversation with her. We’re very excited to get married soon so with this being our first time together in a ring store. She made it pretty special and memorable for us. Do not go here. I was sold a 14,000 dollar ring. Was not told that is was 10k gold. Try to take it back on the 3rd day once I went to get it sized and was told it was 10k. The manger who sold me the ring called security because I said this was fraud. I’m having to go to court on this.

I was at Tanger Outlet at Zales doing my 6 month ring check. In and out, so quick & friendly!

We were met by tamikka upon our entry. She was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We don’t care for pushy sales people it’s a huge turn off. Instead we were met with knowledge and conversation. We decided to go with a Cuban link chain and she let us in a few minutes after closing to make the sale. We really appreciated this. She didn’t have to do that considering it was closing Time and the pandemic we’re in. She’s doing a great job running the place, her service made us want to come back to her for future purchases.

If I could rate zero stars that would be a better result. I purchased a ring on Dec 24,2020. They sent it out for sizing. They said it would be back by the 18th. 18th came, I had to call to find out where my ring is at. Excuse after excuse. They assured they would call and find out what is going on because it has been in process since the 7th. They assured that I would receive a call and didn’t. I called today and they respond with “Don’t know when it will be back. It could be several weeks. I don’t know what to tell you”No email for tracking.No calls to tell about delays.No customer service at all.I just want my ring that I paid for. I am done with Zales.

Still waiting for them to open so I can get my wedding band back. They ordered my replacement in February. I understand the Ronas but this is the LAST store to open. Every other Zales has been opened for months!

Im not sure what the deal is with these negative reviews. I took a risk and tried this Zales despite the negative comments and was pleasantly surprised. Ben greeted me the moment I walked in the door and gave me his full attention for close to an hour while he helped me find the perfect gifts for my wife for our anniversary. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various stones and their history and sources. Learning about the history and science behind some of jewelry was definitely an unexpected treat. One thing that really stood out was Bens ability to discern my budget without me having to make uncomfortable comments about what I could and couldnt afford. He was very intuitive about what I needed and it made the experience very enjoyable. I never felt pressured or felt like he was trying to get me to spend more than I wanted to. I actually stayed well below my budget even AFTER getting an additional ring because the prices were so great.The selection at this store was outstanding, I couldve spent hours browsing. There is something here for everyone at any budget, and they will give you the time of day regardless of how much you intend to spend.

Awesome store Tamika is eternally happy, cheerful, and always willing to go out of her way to help even if it means going to another store personally to get what you need. Also Chloe has a lot of pens.

Linda was terrific! I was really having a bad day. She turned it around for me. What a sweet, kind lady, great listener and so wise. Great sense of humor, too. I know people and I can honestly say she cared more about me than making a sale. I went back and bought a few things from her. I went back again when I needed a gift for my goddaughter. She shows me where the good deals are in quality items without the high price tag. When I had to return something, she did not even flinch. She is always courteous, cheerful and kind. Add years of experience to that and you get the best jeweler Ive ever had.

I left my wedding band there almost 6 months ago they call to tell me its ready they said theyd open July its almost August Ive called called and called no one answers.... Bad store

We are a husband and wife trucking team, go through DFW often. Met Linda for the first time in February. She helped us find our rings so we could tie the knot in Galveston! We have gone back to touch base with her a few times. She is just good people. Ive purchased some other things there for my wife and myself on her good advisement.

Ive been meaning to write a review about my experience at this store for months. I was literally going to write this place off after having a really difficult time with a salesperson there. But I was shopping at the mall with a friend and she wanted to go in. Long story short, Linda came through with her fabulous warmth and knowledge. She explained things I didnt know about diamonds and answered some questions Id had for awhile. I wish I would have met her earlier at this store. I settled on some earrings and a necklace and now Im wearing the set almost daily. Its my go-to! Needless to say, Ill be back to work with Linda again.

Our experience at this Zales was nothing short of outstanding, because of the assistance of Linda. Linda was amazing. I was happy with the price and my wife gets numerous compliments on her ring.

My fiancé bought my ring at this location. He got a great deal on it and its beautiful! The nightmare came when we had to get it resized. We dropped it off and were told it would take 2 weeks. (Seems a little long but I thought maybe they told everyone that and it could possibly be sooner). The promised date my ring would arrive was on a Sunday. So a week and a half passes and now they are saying that my promised date is not promised. They said since they do not receive shipments on Sundays, it will be either Friday or Monday. Why even call it a promised date if they are not going to keep their promise? When I called, the lady was not understanding about why I was disappointed and was not willing to work with me. I asked if she could track my ring somehow and i didnt get an answer until I asked again to which she replied its still at the jeweler. I have no faith in Zales getting my ring within the next day. If you are in the ring business you should know how important engagement rings are to people. This was our first and last purchase at a Zales. I didnt want to believe the awful reviews about Zales but here is another one to add to the list!

DONT GO TO THIS STORE THIS WHITE LADY NAME LINDA WOULDNT HELP ME OUT SHE WAS DISCERNMENT ON ME AND MY FAMILY! She didn’t wanna help us she went straight for the people that came in after us. We where ready to leave when Anna came to help us she was so lovely and made our day better 👍🏻

Great place, I purchased a 1 ct diamond ring for my wife

My fiancee and I recently purchased wedding rings from the Zales Outlet store. We were originally happy with our purchase until we received my fiancee ring that we requested to be resized to our specifications. I picked up the rings thinking excited, and dropped off my future wifes ring to her on my way to work. She noticed the ring was bent and not resized to our specifications. She returned her ring a couple days later with a full refund of the ring but we were still charged the failed attempt of resizing the ring of $50.

Worst experience at a jewelry store. It took a while for us to get help even though there were people available. Once we finally got their attention we asked for ring sizers and to look at men’s wedding rings.1) Sizers. He didn’t know what it was and the older lady with him didn’t assist at any point other than a dead-pan stare, a cold shoulder and what seemed to be scoffs. He gave my fiancée a piece of plastic and said “this might work.” I inquired further about the metal spacers that were in with the very large plastic ones like the one he gave my soon to be. He insisted that he didn’t know what they were and that they were not for sizing/spacing.2) Men’s wedding rings. Generally helpful at pulling them out of the case to show me but otherwise was too caught up at texting what seemed to be a co-worker and laughing. Perception is reality. Stay off your phone, it’s incredibly rude.Went to the Kay’s across the sidewalk, they were fantastic. Highly recommended. See Marcus, he is new and did a fine job.

Terrible service they said someone would be with me shortly just left me standing there plus soon as I paid my account down they close it.

Went to go and try to buy a ring and also for a ring cleanse, but I had one lady named Linda who was attending people who would come in after me, I finally got help from Anna and decided to not proceed with a purchase because of Linda’s attitude towards me and wife.
