The store was very clean. Everyone was very Friendly. The Associate Help my husband and I was Wonderful. Rebecca Jackson she was very helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond. She made sure i understood my warrant and let me know i need to bring my ring in to get my diamonds checked on my ring every 6months. When i Bought the ring online i did not see that. she made the whole appearance great. I will be returning to this location.

Always have issues with this place the jewelry is nice but cheap I’ve bought to items online and had Issues with both the diamond fell out and the chain broke on one sent to get chained fix (paid for it) and the day I picked it up it broke I’m so tierd of doing business with this place and spending my money here for it to break . Won’t be coming back after I get my refund on the jewelry

I was passing through Fort Worth and wanted a watch as a present for my wife. They had a nice selection, understood what I was looking for, and had a fair price. They also buffed and polished my wedding ring, which was a little tarnished after 31 years.
