This shop has the worst customer service. There is no sense of urgency what so ever. They can have 5 employees working yet they dont communicate with each other or their customers. Poor training!! Acknowledge your customers & get a move on it. Use each other to work as a team. There is plenty of potential, you guys just need the proper team leaders and training. Good Luck.

Ice cream is good. But the service, it could use some work. The girl who took our order had a headset on. ( i work at a fast food location that uses the same type of headsets). She was talking on the intercom to some one and kept asking us to repeat our order. Very frustrating. They didnt have any spoons up front had had to wait several minutes holding ice cream waiting for her to return. I would not recommend this location to visit.

We love the product...when we they get it correct. We receive wrong orders & are either told they were out of a product & picked the next closest thing (not sure how coffee ice cream is a replacement for cookies & cream, esp for a child?) or were told they completely forgot what our order was, and we have to re-order at the window, just for them to get it all wrong as theyre handing cups & cones of things we didnt order out the window. Sometimes the service is at least polite, but other times, the kids working there are either stoned or have the combined IQ of their product. Go to Braums instead.

We did buy the Cappuccino Blast. When my husband took the first sip hard plastic chucks came out of his mouth. We took it back in but the girl who gave it to us, she didn’t give a receipt. But claim she did. All we wanted was a refund of $3.18. She refused plus refused to give me her name. The location is 9629 white settlement rdFt.Worth Tx 76108.We’ve never had anything like this happen and would not worry about the money but if a little child drank something like this It would be more worse.

I ordered several ice creams based menu. Many of flavors (I would say almost all ) out of stock and poor quality of ingredients. I do not recommend this place.

Extremely slow. Was in line TRAPPED, because youre in line no way to get out of it, for over 30 mins just to order. Then 10 more to get to window to pay and another 15 waiting for my order of a banana split, 2 kid cookie and cream scoops, and a chocolate/peanut butter Sunday. Order didnt get made correctly, they didnt have the boat for the banana split. And it was $20. for those things then to be made wrong. Ugh never again. Just be smart and stay away

We werent impressed either. We arrived after a plumbing leak of some kind and were asked to wait a few minutes before coming in as they were cleaning up. Thats understandable. When we got in the store, however, it did feel dirty. I checked the prepacked ice creams for the flavor I wanted (chocolate with peanut butter) and they didnt have any. I asked if I what is on display is all they have in stock since the chocolate peanut butter was really low and then I wanted to know if that was enough to make a packed pint. They insisted on checking the prepacked freezer themselves then went to the back to check there as well but it turned out that what you see is what you get. So, not enough to pack, I guess. So I ordered a Reeses Peanut Butter Sundae although I asked it be made with the chocolate peanut butter ice cream instead. That didnt happen. As I looked into the ice creams, you could see the freezers badly needed defrosting and many of the ice cream flavors looked freezer burnt or had ice that was built up inside of the freezer on top of them.We also observed an employees spouse (?) and young (minor) child enter the employee area behind the counters. (No OSHA violation there!)This stores floors have always felt permanently sticky in previous visits. And I can relate to the other reviewer about the store being out of inventory. Past visits I have asked for whatever specialty bacon sandwich was going on at that time only to be told they were out of that specialty bacon. So I ordered another plain bacon product and was told they were out of plain bacon too. Are you telling me the company doesnt utilize an inventory/purchasing system that can analyze and predict the inventory needs of the store? Its 2019...the technology is there. Please utilize it. The location leaves a LOT of room for improvement!

We’re out of about every flavor. They had no toppings for this Sunday. Customer service was rude. He was like if you want me to stay all 21 flavors I will but said it with an attitude the only reason we had to ask what the flavors worries because they didn’t have the ones that we wanted. Then they didn’t put a lid on it and I just gave it to us assuming we’re going to eat it right away so of course it spills. Overcharged I forgot the hot fudge they need to get a whole new staff actually knows how to stop condiments and toppings

Good Dunkin Donut coffee. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the lack of donuts in the late morning thru afternoon. Need to remember how they got their start, DONUTS!

Horrible baskin robbins never have ice cream and when you go the next day asking for the same ice cream they dont have it either, besides they close at 10pm and at 9:20 pm they tell you we are closed and I have visited other baskin robbins and they are great even until it is better to go to brums than to visit this location.

The three workers that were in this store should be fired. Just no... Find someplace else. Hubby and I just left that place. Went to the drive through and asked for two butter pecan, one scoop cones. Response: Oh, we are out of Butter Pecan. So we asked what flavors do you have that has cherries? Response: We dont have anything with cherries. So then we asked for a cone with chocolate ice cream. Response: We just ran out of chocolate (immediate snickering and laughing in the background) So we said never mind and drove around to the front and my husband went in. Three employees laughing and snickering. He walked up to the ice cream area. One display counter was completely covered so he looked into the other one and noted one container that had chocolate in it, but it looked like it had not been scraped for 6 months. He asked isnt that a chocolate? Response: Well, its not just chocolate it has other things in it. Do you want to try it? He said no, and then noticed the person leaning over and then looking at her friends snickering and laughing. He the said Oh, you think that is funny and that he found it strange that everything we asked for they were out of, like butter pecan and then all of a sudden out of chocolate. Then they said something about not having to carry Butter Pecan. He related they had it listed as the three recommended flavors. One of the workers then stated they did have butter pecan and mumbled something else that was inaudible. He then just turned shaking his head and left. This cant be a place that makes any money with workers who carry on like that. Doesnt seem like they care to sell anything. Doesnt have a clean feel to it at all. Product does not appear to be rotated out. Glad we didnt get anything. A movie set car wash run by Walter White was more believable than this place. Things that make you go, hmmmm...

Ice cream good, service was polite but not welcoming. All glass, windows and doors are dirty. Nothing has been washed in a long time. It should be bright and shiny and it’s not. Almost left without purchase.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughters 3rd bday. Went to pick it up and it was no where to be found. They said this has happend before. They offered any cake out of the freezer as compensation but i just took a refund instead. Will not be ordering a cake through them again.

After seeing the commercials with the oversight dancer doing provocative moves and the ice cream cone twerking. Well they lost my business. Ice cream is wholesome and kids.

Too lazy to make fresh waffle cones like their sign says, lady didnt wear gloves to serve ice cream, and she didnt greet us for over 5 minutes. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!! Go to the Baskin Robbins in Glen Rose, TX. They do not even deserve a star, but to put a review it has to have a star or more!

Should not get any stars! I went to get ice cream three seperate times. The first time the girl tried scraping the bottom and edges of the container instead of getting a new one. Second time, I ordered a pint and was told they didnt have any. The third and final time I ordered chocolate ice cream and they said they were out. Baskin Robbins out of chocolate ice cream! Its not like this location is busy. Its NOT! I will gladly drive to Arlington for my BR ice cream from now on.

This place never has all the flavors they are supposed to have and they are very rude when you ask for a flavor they dont have.. Either the staff is lazy and just dont want to go to the trouble of getting your order ready or there is a serious lack of supply management here. Either way, Baskin Robbins needs to make some sweeping changes. This store is doing some genuine harm to the chains reputation.

I show up at drive through at 9pm. They dont close till ten. I asked for a Banana split. They didnt have strawberry ice cream so I asked for two vanilla and one chocolate. I also asked for strawberry topping cause they didnt have anything else. I was highly disappointed. But this will be the last time I ever go there. They ended up giving me two scoops of chocolate and one vanilla with whipped cream cream on top. No banana or strawberry. And charged me for a banana royal. With no banana. Didnt notice till I was home. Another time I went to get ice cream in drive threw at 8pm or so the guy on the intercom was so rude as if I needed to hurry I came inside the store to confront the jackass. I will be calling corporate to discuss the decline in your operation at this location. I believe everyone should be fired and they should start over...pot heads dont make good employees.

Can I give zero stars? Well I used to like this place, until my wife ordered my birthday cake and we showed up to pick it up today and they didnt make it. Not only that, but the girl didnt even apologize. Just said she would give a refund. You would like that when you screw up someones birthday you would at least apologize. I wont be going here again. Thanks a lot.

Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts conveniently co-located. Good ice-cream, good coffee, good donuts, good people and good service. Perfect for my wife, kids and myself.

I first visited this location a week ago to order a hot fudge sundae and a cookie ice cream sand which. The girl giggled and said they were out of hot fudge and cookies. So we left and went elsewhere. Thought Id give them another try and I just went through the drive thru again to order 2 waffle cones single dip with pecans and cream ice cream. The girl stated that they only had enough pecans and cream ice cream to make one cone and then proceeded to tell me that they were out of waffle cones. I asked the girl what the deal was and told her that each time Ive been there that they were out of everything I try to order. She told me that theyve been really busy and run out of things and that their truck comes in tomorrow, and I replied by stating, so basically I dont need to come on Sundays. She giggled and I said that was ridiculous. She told me to have a good night. As I drove on and past the drive thru window the girl opened the window and yelled bye out of the window in a smart mouth tone while laughing. I called the Shift Leader and will follow up tomorrow with the manager just to prove a point! I will not be back! Terrible location and smart ass service!

Ice cream and donuts?! Whats there not to like?

This baskin Robbins is always dirty. The ice cream and donuts are always as expected, but the staff is unprofessional. When I went in today to pick up a cake, it was dirty behind the counter as well. I noticed wet rags, running faucet, nothing swept or wiped down, and 2 different employees passing and ice cream cone back and forth???.

Love Baskin Robbins chocolate chip ice cream and that is all Im going to have for the rest of the summer there machine to broken down which is about normal for a hundred and ten degrees outside so I got the 2 quarts of ice cream. They were gone in two days by me no more but I sure love that chocolate chip ice cream and the donuts are fantastic also. This Baskin Robbins is in White Settlement I guess Id call it a and a white settlement along with Dunkin Donuts in the same store to Yums in one. Just think you can go by there in the morning get yourself some coffee and a donut and then in the evening you can go back by after youve worked real hard get yourself some ice cream on the way home. Ha

This is the worst Baskin Robbins location I have ever come across.I called 2 days ago and ordered a two flavor ice cream cake for my husbands birthday. Before I left my house today I called to make sure it was going to be ready when I got there. The poor guy who answered the phone could not tell me why my cake wasnt ready, but said he would ask his manager and call me back.The same guy calls me back and says that the cake decorator is out sick this week and therefore has not fulfilled any orders, but his manager has authorized him to give me a free pre-made one flavor cake in the store.A problem like this deserved a call by the manager. However, instead of owning the situation and calling me himself, this particular store manager decided to hide behind a young boy, who did not deserve any of the blame.I will never order anything from this store again. Get it together Baskin Robbins. This particular store location is making you look bad.

Out of toppings, out of waffle cones, nearly half of the ice cream containers had Maybe a scoop, and most of all they could have cared less. Cashier was trying to ring me up as I was still ordering. Wont be back, ever.

Ordered an ice cream cake with special instructions that the writing be in white. The employee did it in pink (which my sister dislikes.) I placed the order for pick up by 4pm and the employee said that she would have it ready by 5pm because she needed to let it set. I placed the order 12 days before picking up so there was plenty of time. It was dirty inside the bathrooms as well. -Sincerely, disgruntled customer.

Worst service Ive had in 10 years. The white woman with badly dyed burgundy hair was so rude. Wouldnt stop interrupting me long enough to put in my order. The other woman was very nice and professional however.

This is a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins so there is a Baskin Robbins here. I ordered an ice cream cake from there and it was wonderful. The cook called me too see if I had any questions and made it perfect.This is actually the cleanest Baskin Robbins or Dunkin Donuts that I have ever been in.Plenty of seating and nice people working there. Nice combination in my opinion.Just look for the Dunkin Donut sign and you are there!

At first we thought no one was working accept drive thru. One employee walked up front on phone twice. After 5min a 3rd person appeared from back and began helping the 4 people now waiting. It cost us $11 for a coffee drink and single scoop in a waffle cone that was old. We have been there 6-7 times before but the last couple of times its gone down hill. We will stick with Braums.
