Placed my order at the beginning of a high school soccer season as part of a fundraiser. I did not receive my shirt until after the season ended. Horrible customer service. They will not accept returns or issue refunds even though the item was not personalized. This was the case for the 90% of the team. I would not recommend this company for fundraisers, there are so many better options. The quality of the item was terrible, a complete waste of money. Do not give this company your business!
I ordered a shirt and shorts in first week of Sept. That was 7 weeks ago and still waiting... Surely there are better companies who will ship your items in a more reasonable time frame. I would suggest shopping elsewhere
Order placed at school on 8/20 and received an email stating it wouldnt ship until 10/20 - 8 weeks after order was placed. The email stated that due to COVID19 there were supply chain issues. In todays market a 2-3 week turnaround might be acceptable under no circumstance is an 8 week turnaround on clothing items acceptable. I am becoming more and more frustrated with how companies are using COVID as an excuse for their incompetence. I will discourage schools from using this company in the future and based on the recent reviews I hope teams avoid this group moving forward. Local design and shirt companies would be better for so many reasons.
Wish the school would have used someone local. 9 weeks and no update on when I will receive items.
No one understands the issues surrounding COVID-19 more than me. I work in the oil field where we have been stop and go non stop trying to keep the world running. So for these people to send me multiple emails over a month and a half time saying my items have been shipped only to find out they still havent even been created yet is ridiculous. If I was to say I cant go to work today because of Covid you we wouldnt be able to fill up at the gas station. I paid for a product deliver the product or return my money simple as that. No more excuses. Otherwise maybe I help gas prices go up another 30-40 cents
This fundraiser is a freaking JOKE!!!! Ive been waiting over 2 MONTHS for my order to come in. The season is almost OVER for crying out loud! I get an email update every once in a while asking for my patience... yeah right, I dont have any left!
Do not use this company!!!!! It took 3 months to get our order!!!!! When it finally came the quality was terrible and the printing was all off set on everything!HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!
I come from a small community of low income. When I saw that profits began at 60 sales I knew we would never reach it, but this was intended to be a fundraiser. My sales rep, Wes, said it wouldnt be a problem. So when the sale was over and I had no profits imagine my surprise. When I contacted him he had no remorse and said that was policy. I asked to be removed from the contact sheet but he continues to badger me with emails and texts to do another sale. When I reminded him of the previous situation and that I wanted him to stop contacting me he just texted Have a good day :)
Ordered a Light Weight Windbreaker from a school fundraiser. I paid about $40 for it. I have worn it less than a dozen times and the seams are unraveling. The material is just shredding.
I realize were all human and mistakes happen.I received the wrong size from what I ordered...I just wanted a replacement in the size I ordered.I was told THAT black tee is out of stock so a refund is my only option...I said I was willing to wait for their stock to come in. Sorry they couldnt do that and will be issuing a refund. Thats not how you handle an error...you make it right. Even if you have to set up for one shirt.
Annoying. Someone gave them my number. Told them I am not interested. They call me every week. I have asked to be taken off of phone lists and emails, yet I keep getting harassed. I tried calling them to request they stop and they hang up on me.
I would give a 0 star review to Fan Cloth if it were an option. I placed an order with them on August 28 and received ONLY PART of my shirt today - October 24 - AFTER football season is over. I still have 3 items from this order missing. The company refused to cancel my order a month ago stating my order was “has gone to production”. Clearly, none of my order had gone to production. Additionally, the items I did receive look terrible (see photo). The lack of customer service with Fan Cloth is disappointing and extremely frustrating. Don’t waste your time or money using this Fan Cloth!!!
Worst Customer service. Never shipped my item and CANCELED my order WITHOUT telling me. I tried contacting them but they always said time will take longer than usual because of covid. It was understandable so I let it go but every time I reached out they said the same thing. Turns out they canceled my ordered without any notice. That’s what I get for being too nice and understandable I guess. They refunded me the money before letting me know and turns out They Couldn’t refund me because I didn’t have the same card as when purchase even tho they said they will send out a check. Waste of money. Wish I can give this zero stars!!!
This company is fantastic and I love what they stand for! I run a street outreach and help the homeless. This company donated clothes for a homeless veteran, named Danny.. When I met Danny on the streets and learned he was a veteran my heart broke. Our veterans shouldn’t be on the streets, begging for food. Occasionally I’d see him around and I’d stop and say hi. I got to know him and saw a sweet soul. I wanted to try and do something to get him off the streets. I had asked around and Google’d places to see who would hire a veteran without a home address and I kept coming up short.That was until I met Kathy Nagy. She reached out to me to see how she could help me help more homeless and their animals. We met up and she donated dog food, treats, water bowls etc. We started talking and out of no where Danny popped into my head. I thought it was a long shot but I asked her if she would be willing to hire a homeless veteran. I told her a little about him and how wonderful I thought he was. She smiled and said “Yeah! Can you take him to our staffing agency and have him fill it out and I’ll get it pushed through.” I expected rejection again. Her response shocked me. I was so excited for this opportunity for Danny!!!!!Now here we are 2 weeks later, he’s off the streets, in a hotel and he’s started a job. Thank you guys so much for giving back to the community and for helping a veteran out. The people at this company are FANTASTIC!
Its like working on a fundraiser project with a used car salesman. The guys running this thing are awful.
If I could give zero stars I would. This company does awful work and does not stand behind the products. Prints were not centered And offsets are wrong. Cheap quality all around! No refunds and they will not fix the shirts!
Logo on a Sherpa hoodie was mad so small that the Sherpa material was able to hide the logo. Chipped metal coffee tumbler. Mis-aligned logo on hats and t-shirts. Thread coming out of embroidery on t-shirts right out of the box from delivery.There is ZERO quality control. So many parents and kids being disappointed with Christmas presents that will not be.
The absolute cheapest fan wear I have ever received. The color is completely different than pictured, my trash bags are better quality than what was sent! Hands down the worst customer service, kids crying in the background when calling with questions about my order! DO NOT recommend to anyone!SAVE YOUR $$$ and run far away from this place!!!!!!

Communication was GREAT! Fan Cloth answered any and all questions, gave feedback, tips and were overall helpful. Shipping was fast and all items clearly labeled. This made delivery to everyone so easy! I would recommend Fan Cloth 10/10 to anyone looking for apparel and a quick, easy, well structured fundraiser!
This was my first time using fan cloth. It was so easy to setup. Hassle free. All merchandise is labeled when you receive it. You will receive a spreadsheet with all persons/athletes/alumni/school staff and parents that made a purchase. The staff at Fan Cloth is available to assist you with any questions, artwork, setup or etc..EXCELLENT
Fan Cloth offered a great selection of team gear for my varsity softball team - shirts, sweatshirts, pants, hats, blankets etc. the prices were great and the service outstanding. They were there for any questions or issues that came up. Ordering was easy. As the coach I did not have to collect any money. All orders were placed online. Shipment was quick with tracking info too. Orders came prebagged by player. And the best part was the money the team got back that we used for our senior dinner. Great service. Great products. Smooth transactions and delivery. I will definitely be using them again next season.
Great company to work with! I needed help with an order change and they made it so easy and graciously fixed it even though it was my error. They also have almost all of their options 100% cotton and not just synthetic materials! Not many companies anymore with a personalized touch and this was has that.... I am a huge fan of this company!
A very professional company... they do a great job of finding creative cloth/accessories to put your school logo on... they offer both name brand and company brands so you have prices that work for all budgets... the ordering is easy and clear... their delivery turn around is one of the best I’ve ever worked with... the incentive items for the players to earn are attainable and encourage them to sell more! Fan Cloth was the easiest fundraiser I have ever used. There was a good selection of merchandise from which to choose. The quality of the merchandise was excellent. People had the option to order from a catalog or online. The orders came sorted by participant to make distribution much faster. I would absolutely recommend using Fan Cloth.
Our youth volleyball club placed an order at the start of the season. That was almost 3 months ago and we still haven’t received our order. They cashed our checks and ran our credit cards when the order was placed. Now no one will answer our questions, offer a refund, or make this right! In fact the company doesn’t seem remorseful at all! I will never use this company again!!!
This company is a complete joke!!! We started our campaign in July, it is now the middle of November & we have still not received all of our items. There were items people paid to have customized that were not, some of the items had holes in them when received. We have still not received our profit check. The people there are rude & very unhelpful. I was told to not call anymore about our order & to correspond by email only with the general manager, who eventually stopped replying. They somehow sent our order to a vacant building (no idea where they got that address). We literally had to chase down the FedEx driver to get the packages. They refused to give refunds when asked. I have never been more disappointed with a fundraising company. Hopefully by the 2020 football season we get the 2019 fundraiser all sorted out.
I was very disappointed because I never received my item. I really wanted to keep it for memorabilia because my daughter is a senior this year. The only options that I was given was to go to a shop and have one made, if I wanted to do that I wouldnt have ordered in the first place, and a refund which I didnt want. I wanted my shirt!!!! The money was also refunded without talking to me first and it took forever for the stuff to be delivered to the school.
I can understand why all sales are final. However, when the quality if the material is the issue, there should be something in place to correct the issue. Samples of items should be available if the company isnt going to stand behind the products.
Great company to use for a high school fundraiser. I have been using them for 4 years and each year it gets easier and better. The ordering process is easy and the quality of items is great and customers love the items. They work with you to pick the items you want. Very Flexible. I recommend using them for an easy fundraiser.
Fan Cloth is an awesome organization. They have treated us in a professional manner. From the salesperson to the billing department they have been very courteous. If you want to make money and show school spirit call them up.

Fan cloth was a joy to work with. They do the work to set up the catalog. Fans go on and order and when you get the order it has a sticker with who ordered it, so it is very easy to hand out merchandise. If there is any mishaps fam cloth is quick in fixing the issue. I have used fan cloth last year for football and track for about five years. We are already working on next years catalog.

I am an officer on the booster club for my kids school. The reps that i deal with at Fan Cloth go above and beyond to make sure that our fundraiser is successful. Theyve even offered to come out to the school, talk about the program and give our kids free stuff to get them motivated. I love them. This is the only fundraiser we actually look forward to being a part of each year. THEY ROCK!!!!!
I ordered Football shirts (early August) for our family to support our son, I did not receive any updates until I inquired about my order. I was then told that they had dropped the ball on our schools order and that they were working 24/7 to resolve the issue. Fair enough except 3 weeks later still no updates and no merchandise. I emailed AGAIN only to get a your items were delivered response. No apologies, nothing!! Sure the shirts are great but Football season ended yesterday and our shirts arrived today!
Completing my second Fan Cloth sale was another success! My girls never want to sell food or do another worthless item to raise money. I dont have time to mess with apparel and what to offer... Fan Cloth makes it easy for us. Our team also has a bigger following because of the identity Fan Cloth helped us create! Love it
Great company to do fundraising with. Gear items range in affordability for all players and budgets. All gear is good quality. Costumer service is top notch. Had a slight problem with 3 shirts and problem was fixed right away! Look forward to using Fan Cloth in the future!
Will see if they resolve my issues this week. I have called left messages. No return call. Sizes are very small! The fabric and items are low quality imo. One jacket is ruined as it’s color bled everywhere onto other parts of the jacket. I recommend not washing ANY of their items with anything else. Ever.

Took Months for us to receive my daughters windbreaker for cross country, so long in fact the season was over before we received it. Once we finally did get it the quality of the product is so poor its not even worth trying to wear. Poor stitching and she would be better off wearing tissue paper the fabric used is so paper thin. This jacket was $40 and not worth the money at all!
If 0 stars was an option that’s what I’d give this company. They sent me two pullovers for my wife and I that looked like they were made for a 10 year old. I asked for an exchange and they said no but that they would refund my money in 3-5 days. It’s been two weeks and I still do not have my refund. Also the material is very cheap made. Extremely disappointed.
Like most of the other Reviewers... I placed an order for a school t-shirt on 9/25/19, today is 1/6/20 and I still have not received the shirt!!!! I have emailed back and forth with Fan Cloth twice but I was only offered the sorry were really busy... line. I asked for a refund and was told Sorry these are all custom orders, no refunds. Never again and I will be letting our school district know of the ongoing delays so they never use them again!!!!
This was my first time using fan cloth. They have a good source of clothing with reasonable pricing. It was easy to get things setup and any questions were answered promptly with excellent staff. I would use fan cloth again.
We have used Fan Cloth for our Volleyball and Track fundraisers for the last three years. They are a great company to work with. We love the variety of apparel and other items they sell. There have been a few times when things were misprinted or the wrong item was delivered, but customer service was great and they resolved the issues quickly.
I had a really good experience with this company. Riana was really helpful. She responded quickly to my questions and was overly accommodating. I wish I would have known beforehand that you could order items online now I know for the future! I would definitely recommend them!
Fan cloth is a great and easy fundraiser for any school/organization. Submitting orders is easy and I highly recommend paying the extra fee for them to sort and bag up the orders for you! Always great quality in their products! We have several teams at our school that use Fan Cloth every year!
First time using FanCloth and it went very smooth and we made a decent profit. It was a great way for our team parents to get fan gear! The only disappointment was the “freebies” that the boys earned for selling certain amounts. They should just discontinue that part of it cause they really aren’t worth it. Otherwise it’s a great program and we are looking to do it again next season.
I am the Senior sponsor from a very small high school. The previous sponsor used Fan Cloth, and the kids wanted to do the fundraiser again. I was weary because the previous sponsor didnt have the best experience, but the kids wanted it so I agreed.When working with the art department, I had a list of things that the kids requested - none of which were originally honored. After 3 drafts, we got one of the things we asked for, so we went ahead and proceeded because I didnt want to waste any more time going back and forth.When we received the catalogs, I never received information on how to add students for the website. I didnt know how to access the coaches portal, but they kept telling me to go there. Once I finally figured out where it was, not once did they provide credentials for me to get on (once they finally emailed me what the log in information was, the sale was about over... I finally got a hold of someone over the phone who was able to answer.Once the online store was up and running, they didnt add tax like I told them we needed. So then they took down the website to fix it. They said they would have it fixed that day (it was a Thursday). It wasnt so I called back Friday. They PROMISED it would be up by the end of the day Friday. Guess what, it wasnt. They didnt have it up until that next Tuesday.Next, I received an email with tracking information saying our products have been shipped. The projected Delivery day came and went, and we dont have our merchandise. Yet I already mailed the check when we received the tracking. I check the tracking, and it hasnt even been given to FedEx. No one bothered to let me know what was going on, so I had to reach out to customer service, yet again... Of course I sent emails, but no response.Once the order arrived, many items were of very poor quality, some were scorched, some were stained, and others were printed off center. Many items were bad enough that we either returned or accepted a partial refund for $766.77 worth. For a $3,000 order, to return that much is appalling. That is having 25% of the order that was refunded. I have been going back and forth with Customer Service and have had to jump through hoops to get the refunds approved.There have finally been three refund checks approved, and it took over a month and a half to receive them all.I am honestly shocked to see that Fan Cloth is still in business because of the lack of instruction, abysmal customer service, and low quality merchandise.
I ordered a XL hoodie from FanCloth and it’s not an XL!!! Very disappointed!!! Very cheap material as well!!! 🤔 I looked at the where it was made “Pakistan”!!! I will not be ordering from here again.
Not particularly happy right now. Ordered football gear mid August and its the end of October and still have not received it. Football season is about over. no update emails. I understand that issues happen and delays happen, but its poor customer service to not inform your customers if there is a delay.
I have worked with Fancloth on several spirit wear fundraisers and have always had a positive experience. They have worked with me when I needed to make design changes. I like the quality and variety of the merchandise offered. The turn around is quick and easy.
The shirt had two images printed over each other. Fan cloth did not respond to my emails or submissions for a refund/fix.
Very easy to get in touch and communicate with. They offer legitimate, quality brand items in a variety of options. Their art department does a great job of taking your school’s colors, mascots, sports and tailoring it to what would most likely sell. Very fast turnaround between placing order and receiving shipment. Have used FC now for 4 years and have never had any issues.
SO I wasnt involved with the sales rep or customer service aspect of the business. HOWEVER, my sons baseball team did their fundraiser through Fan Cloth and those who were involved with setting it up did not have anything negative to say as this is their 3rd consecutive year working with them. The variety in clothing they offered was great. Our group turned in our order 4/1 and had everything back by 4/23. I was very pleased with the apparel. We got everything we ordered, in the correct sizes. Some items looked a little different than that in the catalog but they were still great quality. The yoga pants went fast so some people were not able to get theirs but they did provide those individual an alternative flare legged yoga pant and a complimentary pair of leggings. My kids. LOVE. their. gear. I bought my son Joggers, athletic shorts, Under Armour pullover, compression pants, the sleeveless hoodie. I bought my daughter joggers, yoga pants, fitted tee and baseball cap. Their friends compliment them asking them what local store did they purchase this from! We will be doing business with them again for football season!
Ordered high school bowling gear for our team on October 20th, still have not received it! Our season is over in 2 weeks—and most of our bowlers are seniors! Last email I received was on November 7th stating my items would ship on 11/27 due to shipping delays. I’ve sent an email to Darrell tonight, let’s see if I get a response. Based on all the reviews I won’t hold my breath. Do NOT use Fan Cloth for your fundraising needs—horrible customer service, plus the amount of items you have to sell to get any return is ridiculous.
I choose Fancloth as the head of the Booster club in our small community. I have been in charge of ordering and selling all of our gear for 8 years. We choose to go this route so we would not have to set up a retail area every Varsity event. This was to make our volunteers life easier. It dId not, it was a nightmare. Everything was wonderful until we closed the online store. We had 3 1/2 weeks until Homecoming but were told no problem you will have your gear. We didn’t receive anything until a month after that so almost two months after our store closed! Fall sports were almost all over. No one returns calls if you happen to get a person they tell you it’s not their department. We also didn’t receive several of the items ever and other items were not the right size. I had to make a list and email the company to get reimbursement to the costumers for items that were not received or wrong. We are back to using a local company tHat does it right!!
My kids two schools order merchandise and each time the order was delayed in saying they had a miscalculation on the order. Two weeks turn around is now almost 6 weeks and still no order received. There customers service offers nothing, no solutions, no attempt to expedite and no additional offer to the schools which chose to use them.
I really enjoyed working with fab cloth. We were able to raise about $500 in a three week span for our football team. I enjoyed the online store and seeing the design the art staff came up with. Looking forward to next year

We do a fundraiser every year for my school and we get to purchase gear from this site every year. us students look forward to getting new football hoodies with our name and number etc. we placed the order before august 30.... it is not october 10 and still haven’t got out items. we were told it would take 2-3 weeks
This company has been terrible to work with. They wont return any e-mails or phone calls and our order was sent short 23 items and we cant get any answers on where those items are or when we will get them. I would not suggest using this company for any of your school fundraisers if you dont want them to make you look bad.

As a new club we used FanCloth for our spirit wear and fundraiser. Even though we knew we were not going to bring in a ton of money-what we did earned helped a lot!! The merchandise was AWESOME!! The designs and amount of choices our parents LOVED. We had such success we ended up having 3 total catalogues developed for our club. We love FanCloth and will look forward to our new club season to start it again!! Thanks for what you do!!
More problems than not. Three years ago, Fan Cloth mixes up 14 of the 36 shirts we ordered. They did fix their mistake, but several weeks later. The quality is solid mediocre.Zippers on jackets fail, and the lettering on shirts is not quality. It starts coming off in just a few washes. This year, it took eight weeks to get an order. Would not recommend.
My experience with FanCloth exceeded my expectations. They helped make my fundraiser a huge success. I was thoroughly pleased with their communication and customer support as well. I will definitely be fundraising with them again.
I ordered through my sons fundraiser at his school and when putting in the order it said that the merchandise would be delivered in 2 weeks. As of right now we still havent received our merchandise and we should have received it 2 weeks ago. I called this company and found out that it will be another 2 weeks before they even ship it. I know this is a fundraiser so the main purpose of buying is to support the school but my second purpose of ordering was to support my son at his football games. By the time we receive our order the season will be pretty much over. So not only did we spend alot of money for the stuff we ordered we now have to spend even more money to go buy shirts some where else to show our support for the team. I will never participate in this fundraiser again.
Disappointed in the service and quality. Product should not be offered if they are on backorder. Receiving email days before receiving order to find out that you will not be getting your item at all is not professional. Don’t offer items if you can’t fill the order. It took over a 1.5 months to get order
Only took2 months for PART of our order to come in. Last email we got said our order would be here on the 18th and here it is the 24 and only received not even half of our order!!! The quality of the item that I did receive was not even worth it. Will never use this company again!
Our leagues orders was to be shipped by September 14 and did not ship. No contact with the customers regarding orders not shipping. Our league director contacted FanCloth and was told that orders were behind and would ship ASAP. I contacted FanCloth approximately 2 1/2 weeks ago asking for a refund due to their failure to ship products I have ordered and was told that they would not refund due to custom order and that orders would be shipped by October 23. Again, orders have NOT shipped, no communication from the company regarding why our orders have not shipped. Waiting for yet another email with more excuses as to why we have not received our order. Great way to take advantage of a youth football league that has completed their season.
They mess up everything and make it hard for you to get ahold of anyone to get it fixed. Missing items, incorrect sizes, items out if stock on day 1, the list goes on. I received batches of catalogs I didn’t even order before finally giving in, wish I hadn’t taken the bait. Surprised they are able to operate in this manner.

As the Head Coach of a local football team I always like to do an apparel fundraiser each year to not only bring in some money, but to get our students and fans in new gear every year. I was told that Fan Cloth would have a 2 week turn around on all items. We finished our sale around the 21st of August and it is October 10th and we still do not have our stuff. Not only that but I have ordered an item for our seniors to use at homecoming and now I am unable to purchase this because they fundraising money is not in my account. So now as a coach I have to accept the responsibility of this companys screw up.Also they never called me by my correct name, they called me the old coachs name for the entire 2 months. I corrected them over 10 times, and also was never given a catalog to proof before the sale. So the items that were sold were not picked by anyone but the company.Furthermore the company said that they mailed the check out before they sent the apparel. I was not made aware of the check, and it was probably trashed because it had the old coachs name on it. They sent the check to our old coach and he is now the County AD. Check has been lost and Fancloth says It was not on our end, you need to find that check yourselves, when asked to cancel and write another.Finally I called customer service about it and explained to him how discussed I was with the whole process and all he could say is that he was discussed as well. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a fundraiser.
Whoever is giving them high ratings must be working for the company. Fan cloth is horrible to work with. They do not return calls and emails. It took them 6 weeks to finally get back with me on setting up a fundraiser and then another 10 days after I approved the store. I have seen quite a bit of bad reviews all over the social media platforms all saying the same thing. Horrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
Worst place to order anything. They say it takes 4 weeks to iron 6 letters on the leg of a pants. I could of done that myself if I knew it took them that long. I ordered a month ago and still nothing I would never order from here again better off buying your own merch and having someone else iron on the letters.
I have been working with FanCloth for 4 years now and have never been disappointed. They have awesome customer service I am always happy with the quality of the products they provide and they are quick and willing to replace any items that are not up to par. My students and community look forward to the sale each year and provide their feedback on items they would like to see and their sales and art department works with us to fulfill those wishes.

Service was excellent! Had one pair of shorts snagged but they sent another pair quickly. Loved you have option of having items bagged for each seller.
Ended our sale on September 30th. It is now December 3 and we still have not received our orders.
I never write bad reviews. I would avoid this company at all costs. You will save yourself a lot of time and money. Our team placed an order on October 20th. Merchandise arrived about three weeks later and many items (25% of our teams order) wereincorrect. All items were immediately sent back and took another 6 weeks to get back. We ordered a youth Large shirt and twice they sent an adult large. The second order was largely to fix an incorrect screen print, but then none of the items that were supposed to be personalized were. And they wont refund your credit card. You have to wait weeks for them to issue a check to your organization. I would never use this company again!!

Ordered from 2 different fundraisers in August- still missing 2 of my items with no refund or explanation. Cant even get in touch with anyone. $60 gone.
Terrible experience with this company this year. Past years wait was TOLERABLE but still too long......Will never be using them again. They switched over how they process orders with a new online no money handling system, GREAT idea SOOOO POORLY executed. There was a delay in printed tgat they failed to notify anyone about and My team ended their fundraiser in august. It is now November and we have received nothing! Ive called my rep and left messages over 5x nothing back. Unbelievably unprofessional for a company gaining thousands of dollars from our customers trying to support out schools program. On top of that they have no HR department that can provide any answers. Do not give this company your money or business..... Waste of time and huge disappointment in company communication with customer.
Brittnee and Dave were awesome at getting the process started! Art went smoothly and everything was correct the first time around. Loved the end product. Dip dye hoodie was my favorite item. 5 out of 5 -- would recommend to a friend. 😊
This company is horrible and basically wants your money. The product I ordered is not what was showed. Reached out to customer care and basically told me it’s nothing they can do. Font on back is different from font on front of shirt. Just want it to be known I will never be doing business with y’all again.
Weve enjoyed working with Fancloth. The gear is top quality and turnaround is very customer friendly. They work to communicate and are open to questions.

Thomas set me up with the fundraiser. First time running it and it went soooo smooth! Art process was a breeze and they even sent me an online link for my store!! Just received the products today. Cannot wait to pass them out to my cheer team!!
Will not be purchasing from this company again. Our order was placed in August. It is now last of October & we still don’t have our complete order. We received one item & the quality was horrible. I have contacted them multiple times & nobody can seem to provide any answers as to when or even if we will get our items. Highly disappointed!
Had a few issues but was contacted personally by the GM Jonathan Gaines. He was very understanding and kind. I really appreciate the customer service in making me feel like I was important.
The staff come fan clothing was very helpful I received my product at a good timely fashion. The product was real good merchandise

Fan Cloth was extremely helpful and patient. Justin is THE BEST!! If I ever have to do another fundraiser, it will be with them!!! I have been in this business for 29 years...I’m hard to please (but FC did it)!!
0 STARS...not 1!! I started this process back in JUNE!!! I talked with a customer service rep a few times on the phone and thought everything was going great...until it wasnt! Through the whole month of July I kept sending emails that would get no response. I eventually had to just contact customer service. Finally, got the shop up and running mid-August. Shop closed August 30th and we were told there would be a 2 week print time and then shipping. WELL...here we are on October 4th and our homecoming is tonight and our football season is dang near over...and guess what...STILL no product! I have reached out and asked for some form of discount on products that our fans will not even get to wear for the fall season...and STILL no response! Save yourself some mad fans and avoid this company at all cost...seriously!
We have been using Fan Cloth for a few years for our spirit wear. We absolutely love the quality of clothing and the choices we have to pick from! Thank you Fan Cloth!!
For the price of the stuff I would expect higher quality items however I ordered a white windbreaker with my school logo on it and it can dirty on the bottom of the sleeves, fly thread, and was a very cheap thin material. I’m disappointed with the windbreaker but I like the variety of items and brands that this company has.
I met the FanCloth crew for the 1st time at the North Carolina Coaches Clinic. They were very helpful and when you signed up you got a very cool backpack. Working with them was professional and my job easy!
DO NOT USE FanCloth. Delays delays and delays with no communication. 1 generic form letter email arrived. 2 months after delivery date the team received their orders and over 1/2 the kids are missing either all or most items. The items received are not of the quality my family expected for the prices. Avoid the disappointment use someone else.
Fan cloth is a great company to work with for fund raising. They are customer friendly and always willing listen to ideas to make things better.
