I was referred by a friend, which is only about 10 mins from my house so that was a plus. I came in with my 4 year old looking for HTV. It was my first time doing a shirt and she gave me lots of helpful information.A lot of reviews mention that the owner was rude, but i think it may just be her personality quick & to the point which I actually did not mind. When I made my selection we talked for 5 mins or so.I haven’t washed my shirts yet so I’m not sure about quality. But so far had zero problems with general adhesion when doing the application. I would come here again.They carry the really soft Bella+Canvas shirts for a great price, however due to the current status in the economy their shipper had not fulfilled their shipment, And were low in stock. Which people need to understand, business owners have only so much control when it comes to receiving product.I would definitely refer this place to anyone else!

So my fiance is just starting out learning to do vinyl designs and they were so nice and patient with her and even tossed in some scrap to practice on! Cant wait till they get delivery set up! Will definitely be buying more product and continue to support this business.

With a last minute order being placed I was unable to go to my normal place in Dallas. Seeing the mixed reviews I decided to take my chance. It’s a cute shop, very clean and organized. Front desk seemed friendly but our convo was short. There was quite a large variety so that was great UNTIL.... I realized that vinyl was 3x the cost of my normal purchase and a fraction of the size. I purchased anyway because I was willing to pay more for the convenience. After trying out this vinyl immediately after purchasing I was extremely disappointed. What normally would’ve taken me 20 minutes to weed to me 1hr. I had to adjust my settings to all custom, which isn’t normal for my machine when it comes to HTV. And even then I was stuck pulling apart each individual strand that was stuck on by a micro tiny piece. It doesn’t press on like normal HTV and wasn’t sticking great with cold and hot peel. What a large amount of $$ and time wasted :(

They provide a large variety of colors in general and quality, durable vinyl for garments. Also, they sell large sheets (yard long) giving more value and convenience. Any questions I have had concerning the vinyl process have been answered.

Good prices on vinyl, not huge selection, but a decent amount! Will be back.

HORRIBLE customer service! Stay away from this place. The old lady behind the counter is the owner of this place. However, she has a very rude way to talk to customers. Also, the prices are high so I’m NOT going back

I do not recommend shopping here. The ladies who work here are overwhelmingly rude and inconsiderate of their shoppers. Purchase your vinyl anywhere else and save yourself the hassle of interacting with the workers.

This place has so many colors and variations of color of products. They also sell shirts, among other items. Friendly, helpful and clean store.

This place is amazing! Great prices, soooo many colors, best Quality, and top notch customer service . I love this place. I save both time and money. No driving to Dallas!! Can’t wait to go back, and the have Bella Shirts. So Happy!

I love the location of this place, I love the variety of the vinyl. It is very expensive, and the quality is awful. Every single piece of vinyl I have pressed onto a shirt has peeled off after a few washes in the washing machine. I am so embarrassed!

I’m so glad this place opened up!Not only is it closer than any other vinyl shop, they carry (in my opinion) the top of the line vinyl. Owner and employees I have spoken with are all so nice and down to earth, Knowledgeable and helpful.Very good, wife and organized selection as well. Which is awesome for a new vinyl shop. They put a lot of effort into their startup, and it shows.

Their prices are triple on shirts, you may as well go to walmart and buy shirts there.They do have vinyl if you are in a pinch but it is also highly priced.This place is good if you are an individual who is looking for a quick project material but definitely not a place for buying stock repeatedly.
