Extremely helpful staff. Was doing a military move weigh and re-weigh. Everyone inside answered my questions and were very friendly. Made a stressful situation easy. Greatly appreciate the hospitality.

Parking is hard to get into. No overnight parking 8 parking spots.

Fast & really convenient to fuel a Big Rig.

Absolutely stupid design for truckers trying to fill up. They have a narrow exiting situation that if your at the end pump closest to the store your blocked in. Theres no real parking for a thirty min break...maybe four spots available but very tight...and they forbid over night parking. I understand its considered an express however they shouldnt list it as trucker friendly...its far from it. After splashing the tank and adding air in our tires we were stuck for 15 min waiting to get out cause the oh so smart guy beside us decided it was a great opportunity to go in and get lunch parked at the fuel island. The parking lot has these big medians with bolder sized rocks in the way and a one way street when exiting at the pumps. I dont know who designed this parking lot but they are a moron.

This store is very clean, bathrooms also. But my experience with a young man names Zachery Chandler. i accidentally left my wallet on one of their pumps, it was a complete nightmare until i realized that Zachery fmy wallet that had $300.00 dollars in it he had saved it until i got back to store and he returned it back to ne with ALL my contents in it.Zachery is a very polite honest hard working man.i wish all stores had a honest guy in their stores. This young man deserves a raise.Thank you Zachery Chandler for everything. you rock!!!

So I had pump 17 and got diesel and DEF. the DEF pump wasn’t working and it would click off as soon as it started pumping. The good news is I have a very small DEF tank 5.5 gallons. Since I already had over 1/2 tank I decided to struggle through it. When done my receipt said just over 5 gallons. I figured that’s impossible I have 44799 miles on my 2016 truck and I know how much it should take. So I went in and talked to a guy named Brad. He was patient (because I talk a lot), professional, and he did the right thing by adjusting my total. Any deficiencies this pilot might have, like the small parking lot, is definitely made up for by the management. He is a class act!!

Nice place seems like it needs more staff at this place. Food is good and everything stocked but bathrooms were dirty all 3 times I used the place...maybe just unlucky times who knows but when you find a bottle of disinfectant left in the stall it makes you wonder for sure if your about to squat on a clean seat is all.

Been here 20 mins for these trucks blocking to put diesel once you put Diesel they should move forward also ordered a sandwich and wanted it fresh lady said there some fresh ones already made and i said no want you to make me one straight out the grill she had a attitude ....isn’t that your job? Shouldn’t had a attitude the other 2 guys are very helpful with smiles she the only lady back there with a attitude

Not sure who this manager on duty was around 3pm, but for her to mumble under her mask that a customer was an impatient bi**h was unprofessional. Not every person needs to be in a management position or in counter customer service.

Small but clean with friendly staff. Food looked more fresh than most Pilots too.Truckers- you are very unlikely to get parking here, and what little there is is TIGHT. This is a Pilot Express, not a full lot. Best for fueling and weighing, not for breaks. Also, your GPS will lead you to the Roy Orr side. Youre better off going to the other side (fuel lanes and scale face Roy Orr side, so its more of an exit for trucks than an entrance).

Low gas prices, very friendly staff, and good selection of things you might need to travel. Also has good food. Try the steak burgers on a fresh bun. Dont let the fact that they are in a self serve case deter you. They are GREAT.

Fresh brewed coffee was awesome, and they have a good handful of flavored syrups (the caramel is my favorite). They have fresh Dunkin Donuts (which I purchased), plus fresh hot food. The attendant was friendly, and the store was clean. Will definitely return!

I was stranded due to circumstances, but the staff and management where very helpful and understanding. I first discovered this company last year and will always be a loyal customer and continue to visit your locations whenever I travel. Always clean, well lit areas and a feeling of safety and security that is soon vital for anyone on the road, whether a professional driver, a lone traveler, or a family on an adventure. Pilot/Flying J Truck Stops will forever be a shinning beacon along the road.

Very clean gas station and food place. Brightly lit so kinda wakes ya up in the morning and had electronics and or some vehicle things you may need for on the road if your traveling. Its a truck stop too so its great for truckers. Gas is pretty good there too. Geographically located in a very good area since there are so many industrial places and no gas stations anywhere near.

Goof for a quick stop ., dont risk yourself to come here for night parking if you are running out of hours., if u have time to explore and check you might try., only 8 -10 parking spots.,which are always full at night and most of the times full at day time also., .. do not park on the sides., as they will shortly aak you to move..

Great gas price but had to go to 3 different pumps top get pay at the pump to work. Otherwise they would get 4 stars. Upgrade iced tea selection like QT and I would up it to 5. But working pay at pump is a must anymore.UPDATE 09/19/19 - Stopped in today and pay at the pump worked perfectly. Watched others use pumps fine too. Only saw one pump marked out of service. Raising to 4 stars!

Great place to stop when traveling. Has every kind of snack, drink, and necessity you could ever need while on the road. The establishment was clean and organized. Employees were friendly and helpful. They have so fun goodies to choose from as well, like Mexican blankets, home Deco items, souvenirs, etc. Pretty clean bathrooms. A+

Not a real truck stop. More like a quick visit. No parking over night. Very limited parking. Trucks park anywhere! Be careful because they block you in.

The gas was priced low. it was very clean and open and fast. I did notice that the price of the fountain drinks is a little higher than most other convenience stores. All in all this was a good first visit and I will be back in the future.

I went in to grab something to eat and asked to leave because I refuse to wear a mask. This mandate has no legality to it. I will not wear something that will not protect me from getting covid19. This place lost a customer that will not buy $200+ in diesel fuel here after the way I was treated.

Anthony is really good at his job. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Busy place but some really good food as well. Anthony keeps the mens room very clean too.

The only problem I have here is coffee prices. I have my refill cup which I bought here and still get charged more because its blue and not red. Im positive a blue cup fills the same as a red or any other cup they sell.

Please do not support this location. Between the City of Grand Prairies communist zoning laws and their stores corporate managers, they will run off truckers who park bobtail in unmarked parking spots, not blocking anyone, regardless of whether or not they have hours of service to legally move their truck. For a store who makes a profit on the backs of Americas truck drivers, you would think they would have some understanding of the job we do, the regulations and laws that we must abide by, and the liability we face when we have to illegally drive to another truck stop to find safe and legal parking. You just lost a customer, hopefully other drivers will see this and take their business elsewhere.

Im a trucker. I drive locally, so I am here almost every two days. Sometimes they are quick to service everyone in line, other days, you would think that people have just started the job. There is only 8 parking spots and truckers park wherever they feel like it, even though there are signs stating otherwise. And dont get fuel at the first pump, whoever designed the layout, didnt take into account how much room it would take for a truck w/trailer or bobtail to get out if there is another truck pulled up to your left.

I was first made aware of Pilot Flying J truck stops in December 2018 10 months after my husband Victor passed away and I was driving cross country alone traveling from Arlington Texas to Phoenix Arizona. Whether it is a Pilot or a Flying J truck stop I have never felt as safe being a woman alone in a little car with just my cat that we adopted before my husband died. Not only will you find room for your truck or car even a truck pulling a trailer. I have never found anything derogatory to say about any Pilot Flying J truck stop. No matter the location you will find not only the management but the regular employees and the truckers that frequent these truck stops to be extremely courteous professional helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Pilot Flying J truck stops. Anytime you travel I recommend you stop at any Pilot Flying J truck stop along your route, you will never go wrong.

Great food selection and the staff is super friendly. I needed to weigh my car and the manager was very helpful, most people give me a weird look when I say, I need to weigh my Lexus... Their prices on gas were good as well plus they have a Dunkin Donuts!

Clean facilities... only stopped for gas & tried to use my Good Sams card @the pump...didnt want to work so had to go in. Finally something made it work. Got my extra 5 cents off. Rep was nice & helpful.

Customer service is always great. If you download the flying J app you can find good deals or free stuff. Gas is typically on the cheaper side too.

Went there thinking id get diesel and breakfast real quick. Got diesel pretty quick but the employees who made my breakfast took forever to make one burrito. And while the line for food was building up they were just sitting there laughing and talking and even dancing. I understand the need to have fun at work, but you can get your work done while having fun. Food was good at least. 5 stars when you get better employees

Not impressed. Couldnt find anything to eat that wasnt old. It was 2:30 am. The hot dogs looked hours old. Not much of a selection. A QT has much more than this truck stop and not cost you as much. Didnt see showers and its a truck stop. Decided to find a TA for everything I wanted.

The mens restroom is tiny. Only two urinals and two stalls iirc. No showers for expeditors or anyone else that needs one as well.The parking lot is too small. A lot of drivers are having to wait on others to move and having to be creative to get to the pump they need.Friendly, hard working cashiers helps this place avoid a lower rating.

If youre in need of a quick bite? This will work. Lots to choose from here. They even have made to order pizza and a grill. Passed thru here years ago. The place has obviously been remodeled or rebuilt. Looks nearly brand new.

Very friendly service... clean restroom.. I work down the street so Im there daily... best pizza and gas price especially love the beer prices.. Donette always greats me when she sees me walk in so I feel like I know everyone when I walk in.

This is truly the smaller pilot Ive ever seen, but its in a perfect place for trucks to stop in an industrial park. Be advised.... There is a very limited amount of space for trucks to park here (like maybe 4 trucks)Bathrooms are clean and for being an Express, it still had a normal size pilots truck supplies.

Very clean. The food always changes so its not the same meal daily and is fresh. The staff is awesome. They have plans to change the donuts to be more efficient.

Nice newer fuel station and convenient store. Many snack options both hot and cold. Didnt try the pizza but it looked amazing. Not like you get at other convenient stores.

Breakfast is very good. Good service. Note for tea drinkers: At the Dunkin Donuts counter you can order iced tea. Also it tastes very good but they only have unsweetened tea and will add sugar or sweetener for you.

If youre a truck or large RV, this place is fine if all you care about is pulling in and getting your gas. However, the parking area for trucks is tiny, and you have to negotiate a VERY tight corner to get in.

Stopped for quick fillup. Price reasonable within the area. Pump area was clean and windshield washing supplies well stocked with clean water, functioning squeegees, and paper towels. Trash receptacles were relative empty.

Absolutely great service. The cashier even clarified that my Pilot card was still useable even though its now called Mr. Fuel...definitely will be going back!!!

When they first opened off RoyOrr there gas prices were beating everyone.Now they have been there awhile there gas prices are average.Store is clean.Staff was real nice.

They completely change the truck stop. It used to be a pilot. The truck stop now is called Mr. Fuel which is a third party Pilot truck stop.

Nice employees. Clean new store. Very small parking only room for 6 trucks legally to park. Thats why just 3 stars. In a time when we need more parking it seems like these truck stops would build on bigger properties. Of course this place has free parking so thats a plus if you get here really early

So have to find a place where I can get good coffee on the way in for my pickup at litex. I seen lady making fresh breakfast burritos looks yummy they have truck parking for about 15 trucks. And if everybodys kind courteous everything goes smooth. But you know how it goes you got them once is always in a hurry and dont give a damn about nobody else. But overall I give it A5 🤗🤗

Horrible set up, no room to park to run in, you have to exit and return to rescale no room to slide tandems if needed. I fueled up and was completely full, now im at almost a half of tank. I get over 7 miles per gallon on average, means fellow drivers avoid fueling up here, its watered down. Would of rated it a one but inside the cashier were polite and respectful

This pilot is not the pilot that cares about truck drivers. the only thing they care about is selling their diesel and put money in their pocket. They dont give a flying F about you or were you going to sleep. They have a stupid design and the worst parking lot I have ever seen on any truck stop .even the worst ones is better then this Pilot parking lot. They do have the land but they are not using none of it. and the stupid round design thats even stupider, because you never built a truck parking that is round it supposed to be square,so whoever designed it he should be fired and not even give him another chance to even design another Pilot parking lot. This is my first time here and it is the last time will be here. I dont support no truck stop that dont care about truck drivers. One thing about this place they do have big rocks all over the place . And that is on top of all the stupid design. Each piece of stone is about 2 to 3 ton and probably cost about$1,500 a piece, they could have put that money towards making their parking lot bigger and better then looking at the stones that is worthless and making it even harder to move around this very small parking space they have and is not helping no truck drivers or the owner that allowed the stupid designer to design the place for him.

Was passing though late night on Nov25,2019 and was totally ignored and no contact whatsoever. Inquired if this was a Pilot gas station and just pointed her arm to the sign and didnt say a word, but she was talking to the other cashier and never answered. Had I not try my card outside would of left without gas. Check your video sometimes and be surprised.

I love their bacon egg and cheese breakfast biscuits and I also really enjoy the chicken strips for lunch. Very quick service. CSRs are very friendly.

This is a great place to stop to get good hot food and have healthy food as well as well as an Arbys attached. Offering a hot breakfast and a Cinnabon. Theres a Loves being built across the street so we will have even more to choose from pretty soon.

I liked that they had DD but that was closed at night. Their restroom was disgusting and their systems wasnt working so I couldnt print my older receipts. Unfortunately they dont have showers here. All other things was new and looked nice.

Recently opened, excellent friendly staff, small thou no showers, small parking & no overnight parking, but excelent for 30 min breaks if you find a spot, after all it is a Pilot EXPRESS!!! Be aware also the truck entrance to either the pumps or the CAT Scale were not well thought. Had to wait for an A-hole for almost 30 min to come back to his rig and move it forward to the pump area (that was empty) to be able to use the scale.

The manager was awesome you can tell he liked his job.

As a trucker we need good truck stops like this one.

The sandwiches on potato bread are good. They have prebuilt sandwich options. You always have the option to customize the existing or build your own sandwich from the scratch. They have pizzas by the slice and whole pizzas. They also have dunkin donuts in side. Good stop for a quick buy for gas and a quick bite.

Its small but very clean and very nice workers not much parking

This is a very clean place. Theres not a whole lot of places to park the a tractor trailer. They do serve that delicious PJ fresh pizza. They dont have showers though. This place is packed all times for the day so dont look at it as a place that would be a great chance to park your truck even if its noon time. I love how they serve Dunkin Donuts coffee there or Pilot coffee.

Their Dunkin Donuts section is a complete joke. Staff has no clue as to what cold brew coffee is. Might as well just serve day old fried foods and call it a day. At least have your employees trained before bringing in sub stores with a brand name on it.

This is a pretty good place to get fuel and a quick bite to eat. Not only do I fill my work Truck here but I also fuel my personal as well.The kitchen is what makes this pilot special the food is always fresh and made to order.All you do is go to the kiosk make your order or customise it to your liking and while they are making it you can continue shopping.Also there is a Dunkin Donuts at this location as well. So there wont be a shortage of coffee choices thats for sure.Overall I like this place and definitely recommend anyone to check it out.

Excellent service theyre in an industrial area just dont really cater to truckers and thats the way that fuel station should have been built for truckers no room to park or that should have never been built that way but other than that the service is great they should have built that right off the 161 Shady Grove exit or whatever that exit is but it shouldnt have been built right there location to small and doesnt cater to customers for truck drivers as well as it should.
