I just left this store very disappointed. I sent an employee to get gas and the pump declined his card. Which had plenty of funds. So he drove back to the office and I gave him my personal card and he purchased fuel. Later in the day he noticed his card was billed $15.00 The same amount my card was billed. So we were charged $30.00 for $15.00 worth of gas. No worries I had both receipts plus our smart phones. We drove up to the store and One gentleman asked if we could come back in the morning. I said I am here now with receipts can we just take care of this now. A woman jumped in and cavalierly and said the way to handle it was to dispute it with my bank, As that was the only way to get my money back. Very very disappointed. Now I am not going broke over $15.00. What upset me is what about someone who maybe all the had was $30 and they needed the other $15.00 to eat on until payday! The store took money for no services provided. If I would have done that? It would have been shoplifting. Calling corporate next and filing a complaint with the better business Bureau next. If your going to make sure I jump through hoops for your error? Im ensuring you have the same grief!
The Mexican lady that works inside the store is very rude to customers.
Is there anyway to back date it
