Their managerial logistics is absent. I live downtown. Their hours are random . They rarely have things as simple as bottled water or zero sugar soft drinks. Forget bread or milk . When a store clerk is asked why the store is lacking; the reply is we sell out immediately. CVS needs an regional manager to drop by on a Sunday or Monday and see the bare shelves. They could ascertain the $$$ they aren’t makingThe pharmacy is great ! The retail area is not worthy of A 1/2 star
Terrible pharmacist who worked during noontime hours on 8/14. Told my elderly Asian parents they couldn’t get the covid vaccine there when they are a walk in location. Left them confused and didn’t help them set up an appointment or give any advice. Very disappointed with this CVS. I’ve definitely observed people come here as walk ins and I don’t know if there was a race factor involved when my Asian parents got turned away. I’m flabbergasted and disappointed. Would advise people seeking to get vaccinated not come here or if they need to clarify their walk in policy
This CVS pharmacy is amazing. Everyone at this location is welcoming. We went here for our covid vaccines. It was super easy to get signed up online. The pharmacist was incredibly nice. We quickly got our shots and were out in no time. This is hands down my new favorite CVS location.
I was getting no where fast with area CVS locations as I am on the 3rd use of the OTC card for my moms quarterly benefit. I was looking for product that should have arrived days ago, now moms out and Im trying to shop for OTC products by phone. I dont know what I dont know. But, I called this store and I found someone willing to provide a stellar customer experience. I couldnt believe a manager was looking through the catalog trying to help mom get what she needs! He mad a long story much shorter! I will always remember CVS because of this experience.Thank you, sir.
Automated or personal checkout. Good selection of most of what youd need. Pharmacy on the second level.
This downtown location is rather convenient. The employees are friendly and informative. Its well stocked, however the prices are a little higher than other locations. It does have an upstairs, but there is an elevator in the very back left corner.
I’ve always found the employees are very friendly and helpful. The prices compared to some other office supply stores are excellent. And they have a good variety of food, drinks and snacks. Located right downtown, this is a great place to go when you need quick and convenient.
Thank you Mr Omoniyi in Pharmacy for going above and beyond while I was traveling.
Just left from this cvs store and the woman (sherie)cashier was very rude . She was working on the machine that was not working and asked me to use self check out but I was not using cash for I don’t carry cash was doing card only so she made a face of irritation and looks of not wanting to help cause she had to check me out when we were done she grabbed my stuff with frustration and threw my stuff in the bag . And made me feel like I did something wrong .....
The Pharmacist Shawn was very helpful due to me leaving my medicine in Georgia and I had to proceed on with an emergency temporary transfer of prescription. One of my prescription was expired & he immediately put in a request to my Doctor for an updated prescription. He greeted me with a smile & conversation. Even the cashier on the first floor was very informative & nice!! I had a Great Experience!!CVS Pharmacy; Thank you for your professional attitude & assistance!!Shirley C., Snellville, Georgia.😁
This CVS is awesome it even has an upstairs and elevator with the stairs being so cool looking, the staff here are super friendly especially Stephanie O, she signed me up with Care Pass and saved me some money and I had an extra coupon so I got an awesome deal. The store is very clean even the bathrooms, it has everything you need in a brilliant location, it stays busy.
It is Open for business even on a day like this🏂!
Love the location, as I live downtown, but surprised to find the pharmacy and the cold medicines upstairs. Make-up and other nonessential items are downstairs. I asked if there was an elevator and was told it was located in the back corner of the store. The stairs, while beautiful, are just an accident waiting to happen. Prices seem reasonable, for downtown. The item I was searching for was out of stock.
When I visit a CVS, it’s usually because I’m not feeling well. So it’s not a great experience to find out all the medicine is on the top floor and the elevator hasn’t been working for TWO WEEKS*. As annoyed as I was, I felt really bad for the senior citizens struggling up and down the long flight of stairs.*According to the cashier, Talia, who was sweet and personable. A far better worker than this wretchedly maintained location deserves.
This location is OK. Would like to see healthy drinks and ethnic hair products!
I DESPISE THIS PLACE! LOL (SEE MY ADVICE BELOW)I was soo excited to get a convenience store downtown FTW!What I failed to consider was that shopping here would be a total nightmare.- Prices are 2-3x higher than you would expect elsewhere.- Staff is awful.- Product selection is poorThis place just reminds me of everything wrong with Big Corporate America....They try and gouge you at every turn.MY ADVICE: Walk around the corner to the Sundry Mart Their selection is limited. But the owners are super nice and prices are fair. They will even help you out if youd like them to stock something else. Id prefer to support these guys honestly than get ripped off by CVS.
This CVS has great sales associates however their pharmacist is rude, condescending and ultimately not helpful at all. I tried to get a flu shot and presented my insurance card, apparently it was not the correct card, ok no problem however I don’t know what the right card is please help. But pharmacist Emeka was unable to tell me anything aside from he needed the right card. So I went to Walgreens where they were nice and helped to explain what information was needed from me for them to provide the service I was requesting. So all that being said if you need anything else from CVS aside from pharmaceutical services they can help you get what you need. You need a pharmacist, don’t go there and expect to gain anything but disappointment.
Fabulous location! Convenient, clean and great customer service! The manager is an absolute gem and holds the upmost attention to not only her store but every guest that walks in!
Its my first time in the store it looks nice.I was looking for atm machine the workers are very nice to tell me that they have one. I will be going back ...😊😊😊
Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of food items.
Pricy compared to some other cvs. There was 5 people in line and 1 cashier and she was friends with the guy so they were just talking away having the time of their lives
Great location for us downtown residents.
I love this CVS is the best..! especially for use my coupons :)
The coupons center never works..! the women manager looks very angry all the time.! She should changes her attitude.!
Doc called in prescription and they had it ready five minutes later.
Refused to accept a coupon specifically for CVS which was not expired.
Visit the store on a Sunday at 12pm and they were just putting prices.! The stairs always dirty. never coming back
Clean, quick, and convenient
