The worst experience in a eye doctor Office that I have ever had my appointment I arrived at 3:11 due to an Accident on the road my appointment was at Hulen location I gave them my name and phone number when they located my information I was handed a clipboard and told that my copay would be $59 I haveVSP Insurance my copay is only $15 When I asked why it was so high, it was as if I had no right to ask that question. The extra charge was for a retinal picture which I did not request nor ask for. Those type of screenings are for those who have diabetes which I do not have. When she tried to go over my benefits after I stated I have VSP Insurance another woman said, well she was late so well have to reschedule This is something that could have been disclosed when I entered the office! I left work early for this, not willing to use any sort of customer service skills!!! I will never come to MyeyeDr.again! I dont recommend anyone else I was treated like a 3rd class citizen and it didnt matter whether I had insurance or not! They took one good look at my skin and felt I was not worthy Yes there were other African Americans in the office, however all of this could have been avoided and all because I asked why was I being charged for something I didntask for I called my insurance to make a complaint As I stated Ive only visited this office once before in 2019 . I call myself giving them a second chance. They were rude then and they are rude now I will never go back no more chances after this!
Most amazing experience yesterday. Such a helpful and kind staff that took the time to make everything perfect. While I was there for contacts, I did notice a great selection of eyeglasses as well.

At first glance, this looks nice. Its not such a good experience. The woman who is in photo, an associate is very rude and condescending. Most of the staff push you toward very expensive frames, not durable or long lasting. I had two pairs of glasses made. One was for computer only. I wanted arms distance, like where a monitor would be. Glasses came it and focus was literally 11 inches away. The woman told me you ordered it that way!. Negative! No one looks at anything that close. Avoid this at all costs.

I’m disappointed in the experience I had today. I waited for 40 minutes before being taken back for the pre-exam, then I was sent back to the lobby to wait for the doctor. About 50 minutes into my wait, I needed some air (I very much appreciate the requirement to wear a mask and was happy to do so- but I’m 9 months pregnant and started to feel claustrophobic and dizzy after waiting for so long) and the receptionist just kind of stared at me blankly when I told her I needed to wait outside instead of in the lobby. She walked me out and said it would be another 10-15 minutes before seeing the doctor. I decided to leave, as I had another appointment across town. When I left, it was an hour past my appointment time.I sincerely hope they don’t try to charge me for today. When I called to make an appointment with another optometrist, I had to then call my insurance and dispute the “visit” at Eyes Nouveau because it showed my yearly exam had already taken place- it definitely didn’t.I understand that sometimes appointments run behind, but an hour behind without any acknowledgment (or any kind of apology) is a bit much for me.
DONT GO HERE! They went corporate and lost their personal touch. They just lost me...after nearly 20 years Ill never go back or recommend them.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! now that they have been bought out they are rude and unprofessional. I spent $800 on a pair of glasses here and they wouldn’t fix my glasses until September. Something that would take 5 minutes. I can not believe the change they had. I will be calling your corporate. Unacceptable.
Absolutely amazing service! The doctor was really cool and up beat and provided me with a lot of good information. Also Brandon the sales person was so incredibly knowledgeable and patient, great service! I would recommend to anyone sick of their current optometrist, such kind and Friendly staff!
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went there today to get my sunglasses repaired and they couldnt have been nicer. The gentleman I worked with was absolutely fabulous. He was able to fix my sunglasses on the spot, and ended up putting new nose pads on at no additional cost. Will definitely be coming back in the near future. Thank you for providing such great and quick service!
Top notch service from start to finish without spending a fortune. The doctor fit one kid expertly in contacts and then got glasses for both kids. Didnt want to spend a lot and they had tons of options. Walked out with a great kids package with coated lenses for less than a mall store. And the fitting was the best weve ever had. James was great with my kids and the customer service is really amazing.
Called to order my contact lenses and Kristy was extremely rude! She rushed me off of the phone as if she didn’t have time. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this establishment. Learn some customer service skills, please.
Worth every penny! The selections and services are the very best of its kind. Ive tried other optical places and always have to return for various reason lenses falling, clarity lacking, script inaccurate etc. Eyes Nouveau has the one stop solution, prescription correct, lenses correct, frame to les perfection and the secret weapon is James. One of the best eyeglass appt. I have experienced, and I am incredibly hard to fit and please. The Optometrist was professional and through, and honed and improved my prescription, but the highlight was working with James, the Optician. I was extremely hesitant to try progressive lenses as I had an extraordinarily bad experience previously with other retailers, and had settled for three different pairs of glasses to accommodate my vision. It was a real pain. Enter James...James was fantastic to work with. His expertise and knowledge on all lenses, especially in my case, the different progressive lens options, is parallel to none. I was doubtful to try ANY progressive lens due to cost and my highly unsatisfactory experience previously, where I returned the progressive lenses.James took the time to explain, guide and teach me through the progressive options and process. What a difference from my previous experience! The upgraded progressive lenses I chose based on James recommendation are truly amazing. James is exacting and extremely detail oriented in using the instruments for measuring the eyes – an absolute MUST for progressive lenses fit. In addition he has great eye (pun intended) for the style of frame and color that suits your face. He really took the time to understand my requirements and style preference. James is an asset to Eyes Nouveau. Great customer service.Eyes Nouveau carries a lot of high-end brands that arent exactly budget friendly. That being said, my progressive lenses and the frames are the highest quality and worth every penny. I will definitely be back in the future and will gladly recommend them to anyone I know in need of new eyewear.
I’ve been ignored when inquiring about my package, lied to repeatedly and stolen from.March 20th I ordered 1 year supply of contact lenses and a new pair of glasses. The payment for $395.00 was processed that day, and I was asked if I would prefer the order delivered to my house or to the store. I chose my home due to the incoming pandemic, but the sales associate told me to deliver it to the store because “it would get here faster” and I was assured EyesNoveau is a medical facility that was considered “essential personnel”.The store closed less than a week after the transaction. Ive called several times a week trying to get in contact with the office via phone/email because I needed new contacts in March when I put in the order. I just wanted the package rerouted to my house. It’s now almost June. Ive emailed the EyesNoveau email and called the phone number, both of which were provided on business cards and confirmed by google with no response; The only time I was contacted was Friday, May 8th. I was texted by Eyes Noveau Southlake, which was claiming to be open for business and instructed me to call the store. When I called, “the store was closed due to pandemic closings.” I went to the store in person on the 9th, and I saw it was still closed.Every other business on the block was open for business in one way or another, and none of them having any medical ties. Even the restaurants were at least open for take out. Now the voicemail has been changed and says “no associates are available to take your call.”I’ve called your office (which is allegedly open) numerous times, I left voicemails asking when I can pick up my order (with no response) and I’ve emailed 4 times (with no response). I have a hard time believing that no one is at least managing the emails from home or contacting those who rely on your business for a pending medical order. I just wanted to reroute the order to the address I put on file March 20th.You’ve taken my money and not acknowledged me whatsoever. You are a medical facility, and you are not accessible to me.Your store “reopened” almost 3 months ago, but there’s no one in the store to help. I should be 1/4 through the contact lenses I ordered. I’ve called, no one has answered. I’ve given you money and placed an order, and you have processed the payment without providing me the service. Thus you have stolen from me, and unless I get either the service, a refund or a simple acknowledgement from a representative then you will be hearing from my attorney.

I had been here before, years ago and was not happy with the staff they had at that time. However, my husband had continued to come for many years, like 10+ years. So I decided to give them another try and Im very happy that I did. From the check in person Lisa, to Stacy, then Dr. McComb and then Christy they all made me feel very welcomed! Give them a raise $$$ for a job well done! 😊Great job Ladies!

I got a prescription from an ophthalmologist, as my eye condition requires it (rather than an optometrist). I just came here to get lenses installed in my Mykita frames, as they were listed as an official dealer/installer. After I picked up my glasses, I noticed there was a fine crack in each lens. I wasnt upset at this point; things happen, and this would be covered. I dropped them off for a few days to get replaced. When I returned to pick them up, they tried to charge me a $25 fee, for shipping on the lenses. This fee was never conveyed to me when I showed them the defect and dropped them off for them to replace. The employee told me she didnt know either - it was her manager who informed her of the fee. I explained that I wouldnt be paying, pending more information; the employee said shed follow up if they indeed needed the fee. I was never contacted again - no apology for clearly trying to nickel and dime me; but, at least I didnt have to ultimately pay the charge. Lesson learned, I will not be returning.
I chose Eyes Nouveau because of their selection of quality frames. My experience with their optometrist was great and the staff was very attentive to my needs, but if you are looking for a quick turn around on getting your prescription filled, forget it! You will have to wait 15 days ... no exceptions. I lost my glasses just before the Christmas holidays and have had to wait until after January 2nd to get replacements. If you need replacement glasses quickly, Id try somewhere else.
Physicians are great! Service has severely declined over the years. Unfortunately though my son and I have been customers for many years, the poor service from the support staff has resulted in a change to a new provider.
We had an excellent overall experience, and particularly great service at Eyes Nouveau on Hulen. Would recommend, and will definitely return.

When I moved from Denton to Fort Worth I was worried about having to find a new optometrist. I’m so glad I found Eyes Nouveau! Dr. Bass and the staff here are amazing! Everyone is so nice and courteous. Dr. Bass is very knowledgeable and takes time to discuss everything involved with your eye exam. All the ladies at the front desk are so kind and more than happy to help you with ANYTHING (ordering contacts, discussing insurance coverage, scheduling appointments, ect.). I’m so happy I found such a great optometrist and eye care practice in Fort Worth!
Steeven provided the best customer service ever. Not only because he was courteous funny and friendly, but because he was able to find the perfect pair of glasses. He knows his glasses. Really. I had bought in the past a couple of frames but none was a favorite. I had finally given up the search and was stuck with a mens frame I had chosen that was just ok. Steven was able to figure out what I really liked in just few minutes. He showed me a range of frames that I really liked. A couple of those looked great on me too. (I have a hard time finding frames that look good on me). And finally after we selected the perfect pair he asked me about my favorite color and ordered the glasses in my color. Wow! I used to wear glasses just because I had to. Now, I wear these glasses because I love them. These I my favorite glasses ever. I love everything about them. Steven even suggested the coating that protects from the blue light of the screen and it does really make all the difference. Thank you Steven!

Best Place in town!! My daughter is dyslexic and this is the first eye care center we have been to that understood her. We cried the first time we heard her read with her Chromogen glasses on. She read 10 times faster with no errors. For those of us who have struggling readers you know how hard it is to hear your child struggle to read. Now that shes in high school she wanted contacts and to hear her say she can see everything now it seemed to have opened up her world even more. As a parent all I can say is thank you!!

I tried to go to another closer optometrist this past year, what a mistake. This has been the best optometrist ive been to, no questions asked. They are very attentive to your questions and super friendly. I cant offer anything on their frames as im a warby parker fan boy, but everything else about this place is wonderful.
I called last week to schedule my eye exam, and a contact lens exam. A little while later that day, I get a call back from someone, very nice lady, but I dont remember her name. She reminded me something about my insurance and so we decided I would only do an eye exam. As Im doing my eye exam, I ask about contacts, Im thinking about switching to monthlys from my daily ones. So I was given a monthly trial pair and another set of dailys which she said were different and I might like those.So the lady I spoke to when I was scheduling said my copay would be ten dollars. However when I was leaving I was charged way more then that. Of course I dont handle the insurance so I had to wait to speak to my parents to make sure that was right. Turns out I was right, it should have only been 10 dollars.So my mother called and spoke to someone, who was extremely rude, and told her we were charged for services given. So was I charged because I asked about switching contacts, and was given a trial sample or for a contact lens exam or both. Either way any addition to what was scheduled, which was the eye exam, should have been communicated. Me just by asking about it should not be enough to simply go ahead and do it.Our entire family uses this place, but now well be going somewhere else.
Horrible! Horrible!! My appointment was at 2:30pm I didnt walk out their office till 4:10pm. I would NEVER go back EVER again!!!!! But it was worth the wait, the doctor in the back was so BEAUTIFUL!!!!

A very unique place to go for eye glasses & contact lens with people who have very unigue eye issues who need special eye care. They have the resources to overcome these eye issues.
Once you have purchased your Eyewear the staff is not interested in your follow-up. They After purchasing a $600 pair of Eyewear & returning for my fitting I located Christopher, the salesperson, who outright ignored me. I was fitted by another saleswomen and asked her to locate other less expensive frames for a second pair of spare eyewear and phone me with prices & details. I never received a call.Still waiting. Therefore, Im left to conclude that they are less interested in my needs and requests than they are in pushing the more expensive eyewear then ignoring you after the purchase.PS - the prescription, from Dr. Bass, of the eyewear was wrong ( too strong) & no corrections were made.

Got two pairs of glasses 4 years ago that have held up. Tons of styles, always allowed to come in and have them adjusted. I won’t go anywhere else!
