Was reminded today why I rarely shop here; and, even then, only because of wifes insistence or an emergency. Called yesterday to locate Canon ink cartridges and was told that what I needed was in stock and would be held at the front for my pickup. Picked them up that afternoon, and when I got home wife said they were wrong numbers. Took em back today and got credit . . . and word that 1) store was out of stock and 2) so were their other stores. Inconvenience, carelessness / incompetence, wasted time and money (gas), and surly staff. Will argue with wife the next time she says go to Staples.
Came at 7pm and they were closed when online states 8pm, really need to update internet to show correct hours so people dont drive across town for nothing.

The store needs to update their hours of operation on the website. I arrived at the store an hour before(7p) the listed closing time of 8p on the store’s website. I just wanted to pick up cards that were already paid for. The apparent manager only offered his apologies but nothing else to resolve me receiving my order.
I came to this place where I do all my shopping for my business, today I came to buy a chair and other things. And when I was already on the line to pay for my things, a man came up behind me, excuse me, my expression is a man of color, about 50 years old, and he snatched my chair without explanation, with my basket of things and until later. He said in a VERY RUDE way that he could not sell me the chair, that if I wanted one I would grab one in a box. I told him I did not have time to put it together; because I needed it in an emergency, and he with the same RUDE attitude told me the same thing. Every time I come by I have a great experience with the ladies who work the register. I have noticed that you have to ask for help or you wont get assistance. (Which is expected, but if Im standing at the ink for 20 minutes looking confused, please come help me. Lol. Those bashful customers like me will appreciate you!)
This is the first time I’ve visited this store. saw the bad rating, but decided to try anyway since I just needed to buy some things. Employee seemed just generally unhappy that I was there at checkout
You all, My kid just took me to Staples and if youre wanting to shop with NO FEAR of people not wearing their face mask this store is just amazing about it. Their employees and their store policies and how they take care of their employees and people tells me this is where I want to shop. People that take care of people. This is what its all about.
I went into the Staples copy shop tonight at the 11th hour and Connie and Steve could not have been nicer and more helpful. I had a serious last minute print job and they really knocked it out of the ball park for me. I am most appreciative to them and to all of the staff at this wonderful store.

Waited in line for 10-15 minutes, so was eager to leave when picking up order. I brought old material in for them to match(when dropping off) and it wasnt matched correctly. Didnt notice it right away and they wont do anything about it because I left with product in my hands. I will definitely be going elsewhere even if it cost extra to get it done right the first time.
The only place I go for any printing needs! Fast and efficient. Elizabeth helped me with a big problem I had. I literally held up the line but she didn’t get frustrated or try to pass me on to the next person. Ife did come offer assistance, he was very professional and helped get the line down. Great teamwork!
After waiting in line for 7 minutes i was told yhat they cant print anything right now because they had TOO many express print orders.. The lady wearing a gray shirt,possibly the supervisor of the printing center avoiding eye contact and was so flustered she was cursing under her breathe. HAD SHE OR ANYONE ELSE GAVE EYE CONTACT AND ACKNOWLEDGED THE CUSTOMERS IN LINE, SHE COULD HAVE SAVED US TIME. A SIMPLE ILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU...WOULD HAVE WORKED TOO. Now, im going back to my neighborhood print shop, where i should have gone first

I ordered invitations yesterday and came to pick them up today around 3pm. When I got to the counter, the guy looked up my name and said Oh, theyre not due until 5:30pm, did you want them now? I said yes and then he said it would be 20 minutes. I waited in the store for 20 minutes and then went back to the counter. The guy was playing with something at the computer and didnt notice me for two minutes. When he did he started to greet me but cut it short when he recognized me and said Oh, the invitations. I said yes. He then STARTED to print them. It took him FIVE minutes to press TWO buttons for the machines to do all the work. I wasted 20 minutes with some lazy, incompetent, worker. Never again.
This Staples has the BEST copy and print manager I have ever worked with! Monica is very knowledgeable, personable and helpful! I will never go anywhere else as long as she is at this Staples!
I really do have a problem with the way that Staples charges by the minute for using an extremely buggy computer. However the employee with the colourful hair in the printing department really made my day.

Staples saved my life right now! I realized the restaurant I manage was running very low on thermal paper and staples carried what I needed. I got there at 7:02pm, they closed at 7pm and they still let me in to purchase the thermal paper. Thank you badass staples employees, thank you 🙏
Sadly this isn’t necessary this locations fault - but we ordered the incorrect ink & paper combo for our Selphy Canon printer, it took us a few weeks to realize it because we were still finishing out last paper & ink - well- there’s a 14 day return policy on ink! I bought hundreds of dollars of ink & paper & would just like to exchange it for the right size - but nope!Really disappointed because I was hoping to exchange & they can’t even make that happen. Pretty lame!
Looking through reviews, I was a bit hesitant to go to this Staples location—Even considered going to the Lake Worth location—but I was happy to find Kelly to assist me putting together a portfolio for a job interview.She was knowledgable, easy to talk to, and accommodating to my tight deadline. I live in Fort Worth and every single time I come to this store the service sucks. Get better employees. Ones that dont walk away while youre talking to them or completely ignore you when you ask them for help. I really thought that yall would have fixed this problem by now, but I guess not. Either get better employees or continue to lose service.
After I get my business cards, I will have visited 3 times. When I first went to get them, they said their machines were down and that someone should have called me to tell me. But they didnt and I wasted my time there. The second time I had to come in to redo my order, thinking I could pick up and leave after. I was wrong, so I have to wait ANOTHER day to get them.I just wasted my time here. Ill never order from them again.
I bought an HP 6830, whose scanner function failed on install. Returned it for a replacement, whose scanner page feeder failed on install. Returned that one (and the ink I had purchased for it). Bought an HP 3830 and ink, no problems with install. The managers at the store (Jinn on Friday, 3Jun16 and the male manger on 2Jun16,) were extremely helpful in resolving the issues I encountered.
One of the worst experiences I have EVER had. The management was unprofessional as was all the employees. I wanted over an hour to make a return just to be told that they couldnt process it for an asinine reason. They ONLY care about making sales and it is pathetic. I will NEVER go back to Staples and I would warn everyone else to stay away.
Just spent 15 min walking around looking for something and nobody was around to help. Finally found 3 staff members just hanging out at the front chit chatting. When I checked out they just continued talking about their night before. Very disappointed in their customer service and awareness.
Well first of all, when you walk in the store, it is all backwards. The way its set up makes no sense. The store is dirty and looks run down. Now, customer service..TERRIBLE. In-store and by phone. I called and was hung up on 6 times. Constantly on hold and I could hear them pick up the phone SIGH and hang up. This was on a Wednesday at 10am. Normally I would think something is wrong with the phone, but when the person (Sierra) answered, she sounded extremely aggravated and talked so fast I could not understand her. It was like, I was inconveniencing the EMPLOYEES by calling. Would give Zero stars, but thats not an option.
This store wont last long. Will follow Toys Rus fate. Walked around for a while, no one on the floor to offer help. Stood in line at the services counter, and there were 5 people there taking care of 2. Seems like the best place to hang out in the store. Store was very messy, again...seemed like en-route to closure. Keep it up!
Always delays online orders 2 days on the day of delivery. Delivers items opened, materials spilt in the bag.
This staples is the worst office supply store I ever been to. I was really disappointment I had high expectation about this store being in the downtown area. The customer service they provided was awful I didn’t get any help from the Copy & Print department, When telling them I had trouble on the website with sending invites to print all they could tell me is to go back and try ordering again on the website after telling them it not giving me a option to print in store they way I want them to print. I thought it would be easier to order them there and pick them up a different day. I was so furious when the store manager told me well we are very busy and we not like a Office Depot or Kinkos I was Really upset at that point I decided to walked out I will probably never return.

They never answer the phone. They are never available when you need them. Especially at the printer area needs more than one person instead having so many people sit at the front desk chatting and on their phones....by far the worst costumer service. I just rather go to vista print and wait!!!!!

Went in there to get 25 pages printed and the lady just pointed me to a machine and said I could do it by myself. I tried to use it and it froze for 15 minutes, so I went back and asked for help and she was rude and said I need to keep waiting, after waiting another 10 mins I decided to use the computer and fortunately it worked but the total came up to be about $20 for 25 black and white copies, so I went up to her and asked her why is it charging me so much for 25 copies? and she rudely replied There is nothing I could do about the computers. Horrible customer service from the older lady. However, the younger lady was nice.
I have never given a bad review in my 40+ years however no one should shop at Staples because of the employees there especially Jen the assistant manager. She is unbelievably rude and unbelievably unprofessional.

I went to have a document scanned to a PDF and saved on my thumb drive. I went home and there was nothing on my thumb drive. They only scammed me out of a dollar, but more importantly I lost a lot of time. Now my important application may be late due to their incompetence. Im going to another print store to have it scanned for the second time today.

This is the worst Staples ever. I order some business cards online and the pick up time was different in the store then what it stated online. I asked for the order to be cancelled and my money refunded however it was not. I checked my account a week later and the funds was still debited from my account. I call the store to find out that I have to wait 3-5 business days to have the funds return back to my account. This poor customer services I will be contacting corporate.

The service is the worst and dont bother trying to use their copy center. They never have anything in stock and expect you to be on standby while they figure it out. If you dont follow up with your orders, you just wont get them.

Printer is extremely slow and you’re being charged by time spent in addition to prints. No one came by to see if help was needed. It was extremely frustrating.

Staples needs to get its act together, not just this store. I ordered business cards that should have been ready the next day. Now they are being shipped from Staples and wont arrive for over two weeks. There are a number of other places I can go to get them same day or next day.
