Wife loved this store, got some great deals. Staff friendly and helpful. Places for us guys to sit and chill while the wives can shop. Stylish shoes/boots, clothing and jewelry dominate bit they have a few things for the guys as well.

My boyfriend and I went in to Yours Truly to browse around. I found some Ugg slippers that I wanted and decided to buy them. When we got up to the counter to purchase my boyfriend was the one that paid for them. At the register was the employee who helped and another lady next to her her which we have now come to find out was the manager. We paid $108.00 for them after walking out we noticed the sign that had all shoes and boots 50% off. We didn’t think much of it since these were name brand which are usually excluded from sales. However, after going home I decided to check out their website just to make sure these really weren’t on sale. Come to find out they were $50.00 on their website. So we went back the next day to get our credit back of $50.00 mind you when we told the sales associate about it she said she credit us the $50 back. When my boyfriend asked if the other lady next her to was the manager she responded “yes”. For someone who has worked in retail the manager should always be aware of all products the sales apply to. So for the manager to stand next to the associate and neither one mention the 50% off at all when they knew it applied to these slippers is very rude and unprofessional. Therefore, I will not shop here ever again as these people are just looking to take your money.

Walked in today with my family and was greeted by a lady. Told her we were just looking. We specifically went in to look at something we saw in the window. The associate that greeted us was giving us dirty looks as we walked through the front part of the store. My husband sat in the front by the shoes and she constantly was looking at him, and me and our daughters, like we didn’t belong there. Or as though we weren’t to be trusted. It was extremely uncomfortable and caused us to leave. There was a great chance we would have found items to purchase but really didn’t appreciate being watched the way we were. My daughters were right next to me, not running around crazy and were enjoying looking. She was looking at us like we were bums or trash, and we are not. We are well dressed and very polite. And most importantly we were prepared to spend our hard earned money from being self employed and treating our customers with respect.

Fun store with nice things to browse through. They have home decor, shoes, a little bit of clothing, books, candles, skin treatments, bottle toppers, jewelry, slippers all sorts of things with a homey touch. Not easy to navigate in a wheel chair isles are smallish.

This is one of my favorite stores in downtown Fort Worth. I always find something special. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Whether you are looking for a cute new piece of jewelry or some handmade creams, you are sure to find something nice. This is becoming my go to shop for birthdays and special occasions!

This is the second year my daughter has been chastised for looking at the cosmetics. As a tween, she loves looking at new products. We visit Ft. Worth every year for the holidays. We will not go back to this store because of the way she has been treated. It’s undignified and unwarranted. As a person that has been in retail for over 20 years, I would never treat anyone this way, young or old. How do know if you want to purchase a product unless you test it or try it on??

So husband and I went in to look around, they have very beautiful things buttt one of the ladies working there would NOT leave my side. I dont know if me being Hispanic was the reason or what the case was, but I did purchase an item. I wanted to buy more items but felt so uncomfortable so we just left. Not all of us steal you know, we do work hard for our money and would like to spend it at small businesses without being followed.

Great new shopping! So exciting to see a lovely mix of fashion, accessories and hard goods. Like something you find in London or New York! Finally again Fort Worth has a unique shopping experience in downtown location!! Worth a trip just to check out! Doubt you will leave empty handed!!

Today me and my family walked in to yours truly and my grandaughter picked up a gold oyster and the owner yelled at her and said put that down youre gonna break it. 10 minutes later she was looking at a tester lipstick and the wife yelled at her and said put that down those are for grownups and she said youre not even gonna buy it and made us leave

Jane Iredale Cosmetics: Highly recommend getting color matched (free makeover) here instead of online. First time Ive received daily complements on my glowing skin! Changed to Jane Iredale after finding out I had heavy metals in my body, likely from makeup and deodorant. Hope this helps.

A little pricey cute shop though

My husband and I went into this store the other day shopping for my mother in law. Greeted immediately by a woman. We told her we just wanted to look around and she said let her know if we need any help. Five seconds later she was back “let me show you this.” .....ok..... thanks that’s nice, I just want to browse it’s our first time here. Yes thank you very much. Sales lady “I don’t work on commission or anything so just let me know if you need anything.” *walks away* I turn my head and take one step. Lady RETURNS “oh let me show you this and explain it in great detail” (unprompted!) mind you we haven’t even made our way 35-40 feet into this very large store! Ok, we patiently listen and once again I explained for a third time I just want to look around!!!!!! Let me look. Give me more than five seconds to look!!!!!! Is this lady high?? I made my way around a corner, pick up a item and back again is my new friend. “Are you still finding everything ok?!” “YES STILL LOOKING!” I round the first corner “Over here we have this (hideous garment) and this.” “Ok I will get there in a minute.” Lady starts going into details about unsolicited item information.My husband and I are making side eyes at each other like “Let’s just leave.” They had some cute stuff in there - nothing for my mother in law but I several items that I wanted- in the brief seconds I was not harassed. We left after 6 minutes of torture and didn’t buy anything.Two thumbs up for most annoying retail person ever!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!This store is SO unique!Its not like this place needs another 5 star but I just cant get enough of this place.The girls where so helpful and friendly, I walked out with 2 new tops! One was this sleeveless sheer black top with a little bit of ruffle on the bottom(IN LOVE WITH IT)!!! Along with some new blue Jeans that fit soooo right. ❤ We all love those kinds of jeans, and I found plenty! Along with the MOST COMFORTABLE pair of shoes!!! If you have never owed a pair of FLY LONDON shoes OMG, you just have to. Im not lying check them out, you will fall in love!Also I dont know if any of you have heard of Jane Iredale make-up but I have been looking for some place that sells it, and what do you know YOURS TRULY DOES!! Its the cleanest make up out there and you can usually only find it in dermatologist offices!!! Im just so happy with this store yall got to check it out! ❤
