Workers just keep staring at you can’t shop in peace, they assume you’re going to rob the place.

It was my first there today got very good selection.

I will NEVER give this company my business again. Horrible customer service. I attempted to order a pair of jeans for my daughter on Cyber Monday while they were on sale but when I clicked submit order the sale price went away and it charged me full price. I called customer service and the first person I talked to was rude and then their cell phone rang, they answered it and hung up on me. The second person I talked to was a little nicer but they still refused to cancel my order and refund my money. Even after he admitted he could see that was was charged the wrong price he refused to adjust the price. It had been a whole 10 to 15 minutes and they said it was too late to cancel and I would have to wait until I received it and then return it if I didnt want it.

I wouldn’t recommend going to this store at this mall at all. I understand why the store has no one making frequent purchases and is always empty. Very poor customer service!

Absolutely the worst service Ive seen at a clothing store. The three employees too busy chatting to ring up the merchandise I wanted to pay for. So, I left.
