The show fitting experience is top notch. Nick assessed my gait and did a foot analysis. He then brought out several pairs and was patient while I tested each pair. He even e mailed my results to me! I will ALWAYS go back to this store and recommend it for all levels of runners and walkers.

Customer service is excellent. Went in to find shoes that are comparable to my Hokas. The young lady found me a pair that may be better. They didnt have the color I wanted in my size so she ordered a pair from another store and had them shipped to my house.

I was skeptical at first, but Mitchell was very helpful in fitting me into comfortable, stylish shoes that fixed up a lot of my walking pain. Im on my feet all day for work and didnt even know I had pronation, but she put me on their nifty machine that diagnosed my feet. I enjoyed a great experience working with Cole. The store was busy when I entered. Though, Cole and his colleague on the sales floor effectively assisted each shopper in a friendly and personal way. I was quickly greeted upon entering. The store uses cool technology that scans and maps your foot, pressure points and gait. Much cooler and advanced thank simply recording my stride on a treadmill. I felt with a great pair of shoes that meet my needs. I look forward to purchasing from Ft Worth Running again.

This is our go to shoe store for running and orthotics now. The Fit Process was unreal. I have been having pain in my right knee and hip while running, after the analysis, Mitchell made a number of suggestions for shoes and orthotics based on what she saw. Super easy to work with and not pushy, AT ALL! Tried multiple shoes on and was still having pain, place inserts in my recently purchased shoes, and the pain was gone. It was insane. I have been running in them since and have not had any pain and improved my time. My husband worked with Amanda and had a similar experience. She presented multiple shoes to him following his analysis and took the time to find the perfect pair. He has also noticed a difference in his running and has improved his times also. Great store. I have been loyal to FWRUNCO for the past 5 years, except for 2 pairs of running shoes. I purchased a pair in June and each time I ran with them, they enflamed my already weak left Achilles and ankle. I took them back a few months later, expecting to maybe get insoles or be told that I would need another pair, and they graciously offered to exchange them without penalty. Started a running challenge and after a few miles in my legs began to ache. I knew it was time for new shoes so I decided to try an actual running shoe store for the first time. As I walked in, Nick greeted me and asked if I needed any help finding anything. I let him know I wanted to get fitted and explained the ache’s I’ve been having. I began my running journey this year and started using some running shoes I had bought on clearance last year. Every time I would go on walks/runs my feet would begin to ache and I dismissed the pain as me being out of shape. After the pain become unbearable, I did some research and learned that it’s best to get fitted before embarking on a running journey. SO I CAME HERE! Mitchell helped me throughout the entire fitting process. Turns out I needed a lot of arch support! No wonder my feet were always in pain! She brought out 3 pairs and had me try them on to see which felt the best for me. She recommended going one size up and getting inserts to better support my arches. I picked up the Saucony Guide 13s and they have changed my life forever 😭! I don’t even want to take these shoes off! From the get go, I made it a goal to walk/run at least 30 minutes every other day. With these shoes on, I want to do just that all day, everyday! Please support this business! After running on some clapped bargain shoes for the last 6mo I decided it would probably be best to pick up some proper trainers. Highly recommend this place. They not only measure your foot but also see where your pressure points are and how you carry yourself. Then they fit you with appropriate shoes. If you dont like what you purchased, you can bring them back even if youve worn them.

They give you a great amount of attention and explain everything to you.I originally came here for the technology. This venue has two machines that help determine the type of shoe/sole you need. The first piece of technology is this 360 degree camera and pressure device. It takes a 3D picture of your foot and record the pressure points on your feet.The second piece of technology is the slow motion camera at the base of a treadmill. They watch how you walk in slow motion to determine the best shoes/soles for you.I will definitely return to buy some shoes.

Best experience in buying running shoes. Customer service was awesome. They measure your foot and how you distribute your weight so you have the best fit and feel in the shoe.

They very knowledgable about products they sell. Ive gone in having an idea of what shoe I was looking for (cushioning, support, weight) and Ive been given numerous options to choose from. Right off the bat, they give me shoes that fit well but provide support in areas of my foot that need it most. Let me start with I HATE shoe shoping but my trip to the Fort Worth running company was the most amazing shoe buying experience ever! My friend and I were both looking for walking shoes and from the moment we walked in until we walked out we felt welcomed. Nick helped us both at the same time and was so kind and very patient. He explained every step in the process and made sure we left with shoes we were 100% comfortable in. And let me tell you, theyre the most comfortable pair of shoes Ive ever worn! Ive been to the gym several times since I bought them and its made all the difference in my cardio workouts! These shoes and the experience were worth every penny! Ill certainly be back when its time for another pair of walking or running shoes. Oh, and check out their socks! Lots of colors and I have trouble with socks slipping off my heel but these have a lip so they stay in place. Theyre super soft too!

I came in to get testing done via an aetrex machine and browse around...the associate helping me was Dustin, he was very informative and helpful in explaining to me the results of the scanner and helping me choose something that would best suit my needs.
