My husband and I love shopping here and always leave with something. However they tend to run out of larger and taller sizes really fast....almost too fast. They should probably realize this is Texas, and North Texas: The Dudes Are Big & Tall in these parts Yall. We would spend much more if they actually had our sizes in stock and available.

Waited in line for a dressing room, eventually found an associate to help me. Asked if the dressing rooms were open, only to be told that they were closed... so sick of places of business using covid as a excuse to not do their job, and to lower customer service. Put the 6 items I had in my hand on a random rack and walked out!!!!!!!! I can not try stuff on online, and have about the same customer service from my office chair!

I needed a new winter coat, so went to Columbia Factory Store in Ft Worth. There were so many choices, but i found a long down coat and a mid length Omni-Heat coat. I liked both of them, but i wanted to test them for warmth before i made a decision. It was in the 20° range outside. The clerks allowed me to wear each coat outside 2 different times. I was then able to decide. I bought the Omni-Heat coat. It was much warmer than the down and is super light without a lot of bulk. The coat was $120, with a 20% discount, then i had an additional coupon for another 20%. Got the coat for $75. I am happy about everything on this trip and purchase at the Columbia Factory Store. This was a very pleasant experience!

Nice outlet for columbia shoe models, jackets etc. available in this store inside tanger outlets. All collections are really good and worth for the price we bought. You can explore this store if you are really in need of casual footwears only from Columbia in all range of budget and staffing service to the customers is appreciated. $$ place for causal shoes in Tanger outlets.

I am a Columbia fan. It is one brand that has managed to successfully balance design, function and price. The collection might not be current given this is a factory store, but the discounts more than makes up for that.
