Sal was helpful. The installation team did a great job with our carpet and laminate flooring. The price was fair.Communication could have been better when our installation was delayed.

Crazy awesome.The staff knows so much about flooring and floor materials. They have so many options showing inside their store.They also have samples of flooring installed in there shop. This way you can see it, feel it, and contemplate what it will really look like.They do installation too. Having used them I can tell you they are professional and do great work.

Sal Carmona was super professional, very informative and genuine. Rare these days. The workers were on time, efficient and respectful. We appreciated the painters and their supervisor. These guys get an A+! very pleased with them all.

We heard of At Your Service Flooring from our realtor’s other clients. Being from California we were so lucky to find them. Sal was in charge of our account. He listened to us and made suggestions. His workers were beyond great; professional, on time, and tremendous craftsmanship. We had the whole house painted on the inside, floors stained and distressed, kitchen cabinets stripped, stained and finished. We had new backsplash replaced and a travertine floor put in the kitchen and dining room. Sal coordinated all the work. Much of it done when we were in California. Sal constantly sent me pictures!! We trusted them completely. Workers came back for finishing touches. And they were reasonable! Sal was the secret of our success as he quietly worked behind the scenes coordinating everything. Flooring look good. Installers were very poor. We were told it would take 5 days and it took 10. Installers had no respect for us living in the house and did a very poor job of cleaning up after themselves. The whole house was in a mess .for the whole 10 days. Other tile jobs the installers would move from one part of the house to another so you could get to use some of the house. Only 2 people on the job one worker and one helper. Should have been more people laying tile. Over all not very pleased.

It has taken me awhile to write this review only because I wasnt quite sure what to say. Two little words - thank you - hardly seem enough. We had new carpet installed and a ceramic floor resembling hardwood. From the very beginning, when Joe measured, we went to the store to pick everything out (and thank goodness for Joes advice and suggestions), to his office personnel and the installers--all I can say is I wish everything in my life would go so easy with no stress or worry. I can think of several companies I have had to deal with over the years, they could take lessons in professionalism and courtesy from this company.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our recent flooring renovation by At Your Service. We wanted the wood-look tile in a herringbone pattern and Joe, the owner, was exceptionally helpful. His knowledge, advice, and great eye for design were crucial for getting the right tile for this pattern.The installation crew was amazing, professional, and to boot very considerate of our pets. They arrived on time, worked nonstop (we had to ask them to take breaks and lunch) and the finished floors show true craftsmanship of their work. While any renovation is hectic, Joe and his crew made ours enjoyable. At Your Service has great selection and prices plus it is a local “mom and pop” store! We highly recommend At Your Service and wouldn’t go anywhere else for our flooring, bathroom, or kitchen renovation.

We used them for the second time. They installed wood flooring. Everyone we experienced was exceptional to include Joe Lucas, Elder, Judy, and the install team Leo and Edgar! The floors look wonderful. Leo and Edgar were exceptional installers, clean and profressional. They take pride in their work. We will use them again!

Just bought tile here, no installation. They were very knowledgeable about tiles and immediately identified the tile we needed to match our 1919 built home. Highly recommended. This should be your first stop.

We built a house and used at your service for flooring (carpet, tile and engineered hardwood), tile surrounds in the bathrooms and the granite in the kitchen and all bathroom. The experience beginning to end was nothing but wonderful! The staff is friendly and helpful. They answer their phones quickly (and by an actual person!) When we changed our minds about things they were very accommodating. Everything they said they were going to do happened at the time or before they promised. The installations went very smoothly and the installers checked and double checked with us the way we wanted things in order to prevent miscommunications. Joe, who handled everything for us, always answered the phone for me or got back to me quickly. The quality of the installation of everything was exceptional! Above and beyond expectations!
