This is a good place to purchase a vehicle! We liked the vehicle that was shown to us. We decided to purchase a new Highlander! The purchase was an easy and was well worth the wait! If your looking, head over to Toyota of Ft. Worth where there is friendly, knowledgeable sales people! Our salesman was very friendly!
I went for an oil change and a factory recall. It took two and a half hours to complete the process. Last time I was there for a factory recall, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I definitely feel like this took longer than it should have considering when I pulled into the garage there were only two other cars ahead of me. I had an appointment so I feel like I should have had a priority over anyone who came after me. Other than how long everything took, everything else was fine.
Great service and friendly staff. Only downfall I’ve experienced so far is the turn around time. I had an appointment today to have my truck serviced and to have a recall taken care of. I dropped the truck off at 10am and was told it would be about two hours. Thankfully, I chose not to wait at the dealership because I didn’t get a call saying that they were done until 5pm. I would’ve appreciated a phone call to update me or let me know what the status was but instead I had to reach out on my own after 4 hours to find out what was going on. Just a bit inconvenient.
I got right into the service bay for my appointment. I was promptly greeted and a service rep came out to help me within a minute ot two. I had a 9am appointment for a 10,000 mile service. Oul change and tire rotation. Also got a recall completed at the same time. I waited for 2.5 hours. The lady that returned my car and checked me out was very nice and friendly.No real issues. Just thought the wait was a little long.
Praise God! I brought my wife Libia in yesterday evening to look at something economical for her... Lionel Sanchez, our salesman was not pushy and was thoroughly knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at. He even spoke Spanish to my wife to keep her informed and made some valuable suggestions for keeping us within our budget. Kevin, over in the Finance Dept. was extremely helpful in getting us into a new 2022 Toyota Corolla with 0 down, no trade-ins, and simply my decent credit. Got ripped off for wiper blades during state inspection. Seems to be a common practice here. Called out the service advisor and she got an attitude after I told her its B.S. I asked for and got her manager and he could care less I was upset and backed her 100%. He knows what goes on and how they rip customers off and he acts like it. Told me Im no longer welcomed there. Whatever you do, find another dealership that values their customer. From the looks of it, this place is going out of business anyway. If I could give this place a minus 5 I would.

I can’t begin to say how much of a let down the Service and Maintenance Department is at this dealership. This is the second time that their service department has not fulfilled my request for a complete service that includes a wash and vacuum for my brand new RAV4 which I purchased along with the extra 100k toyota care package. I had called in advance both times to find out if they wash and vacuum and they said yes but when I went there the service representatives had some lame excuse to not do it. It seems that since the first few services are covered by the dealership and I’m not paying anything out of pocket they are doing this. Is this the standard business practice here? If so then it is pathetic and leadership needs to take a closer look into this as it does not fall in line with the culture of the brand.
Wow by far best experience I’ve ever had car buying! I worked with Leo and Gustavo, I definitely recommend buying from this Toyota dealership. Leo knows his car info he explained everything the car has and showed me why that car was so great. Ask for Leo or Gustavo I guarantee you won’t be disappointed they were the best for sure, thank you guys 😊. From the very moment we walked on the lot we were greeted instantly with a friendly hello, un like other dealerships we went to. I’ve always been really impressed with the service here. Most recently, I dropped my car off to have the mirror fixed. My service provider, Doug, made sure to communicate with me on timing and price early. He gave me a call as soon as the part was in and since he couldn’t be there on the best day for me, left me in the great hands of his colleague, Austin. Then when the bull came in slightly higher than quoted, Austin made sure I got a fair deal. Toyota of Fort Worth is always great in service and on time!
I had no scheduled appointment. They got me in and out pretty quick. They also used some new system where they recommended what I needed done on my car through text and I chose what I did and didn’t want. It was pretty neat!

Went to Toyota in Fort Worth last week because our car got totaled (sadly). Aurelio greeted us at the door and asked how he could help. We already had a few cars in mind so he showed us what we wanted. He was very informative about the vehicles and made it a point to remember what features I wanted. He suggested a different car and let us test drive it. We fell in love with the car as it hit every one of my ‘must haves’. The process was simple and easy and he handed us to the finance guy Peter who was also very pleasant to work with and helped us get a monthly payment that worked with my budget. While we were wrapping up Aurelio had the car detailed to perfection and we drove away very happy and proud of our new vehicle. They took care of only what I came in to have done; they did not push me at all into accepting more service. They did, however, tell me what my car needs in the near future to keep running optimally. Made the appointment on Friday to drop my car off to get looked at Tuesday at 7AM. 30 min drive there. I have work right after. And they said they would make sure I had a rental to drive to work.They said they found out yesterday that there was a rental shortage and ….I didn’t get a single call about it to let me know so I can arrange someone to come pick me up and take me to work.Next time, please call the customer so they can arrange things in a timely manner and not last minute.Other than that. The people are super nice they just need to be a lil more on top of things.

Quality of service was fine, but scheduling leaves something to be desired. I called to make an appointment for oil change, tire rotation, and fluid checks, and was surprised to be told that there was an opening in 45 minutes. So I accepted that slot, headed right over, and arrived on time. Then the slowness began. It took 15 minutes to finally get checked in. After waiting for 90 minutes I inquired about progress, and was told Sorry, it will be ready in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later it was finally ready. The salesman apologized, and said that there had been 6 cars ahead of me, and did not charge me for the tire rotation. (Thanks.) So, I wonder: why bother making an appointment?
Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, just like Ive done for years. This service has always taken 45 minutes to 1.5 hrs. This time and the last time, the same service, has taken 2.5 hours. This dealer lost my new car business many years ago, now they have lost my service business. To be honest, given their service, I really dont think that they will care.

Bought my Tacoma from here and I’ve been coming here for auto services. Every time, team members are accommodating, friendly, and never try to force you to get any additional services. Gray was my shuttle driver to and from Toyota. He was a safe driver and entertaining to talk too. If you’ve had a bad bad experience elsewhere for auto service. I would recommend this location.

Today I went into Toyota not knowing what to expect. LUCKILY to my surprise was greeted by a gentleman named Daniel. He was AWESOME!!!! From helping me with getting my used car appraised to helping me finalize a deal. He was very attentive to my wants as far as the car goes. He was also Bilingual which was a plus! Felt very well taken care of and will definitely recommending him to family, friends, and strangers! Over all 100/10 experience!

During this time with inventory being a difficult process, with limited cars being for sale, salesman Gustavo Lara made this entire experience WORTH IT. I highly recommend purchasing cars with him! He was very communicative, honest, and resourceful. He made sure to get anything my mom needed, and made sure she felt safe with her purchase.THE ONLY THING I WOULD RECOMMEND:is for the other salesman that was also trying to sell this same car, to be more professional. Issues between colleagues and coworkers should be kept away from customers. Going to every other salesman around our table, and stating that he was suppose to sell this car instead of Mr. Lara, is very unprofessional. Making customers feel uncomfortable. Five star rating is for Gustavo Lara because even though this had occurred during our experience, he still made sure we left happy and confident with our purchase with Toyota.
Toyota of FW proactively called me about the recall on my ‘17 Tacoma. Apparently the brake light lens above the rear window is prone to leaking and causing damage to the interior of the truck.Anyway, I made an early appointment, left it with them and they called me when it was complete. No charge. Nice service. Happy owner.

I came to this dealership located to do an oil change for the second time, I went in and gave them the car with the keys to a person called Louis Robles, after waiting 3 hours I went to ask about my car and to my surprise, they gave me the news that my car It was stolen from its facilities and to make matters worse the managers do not want to take the responsibility for the theft of the car that I left in their care, I gave them my trust and my car and ended up leaving with nothing. I advise you that if you do not want to take the risk of losing your car, do not go to this dealer, in my opinion, I think my car would have been safer in a simpler workshop.
I have never had to wait 3 hours for my vehicle for just an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. This was my first visit to your dealership. I am quite disappointed. The shuttle driver was very nice, and the checkout lady was as well. I moved here from Virginia. Perhaps you should call Ashton Lewis of First Team Toyota for some tips on how to improve your business
Went in for a car wash. Was estimated to be 1hr to 1.5hrs wait. spent 2 hrs there and when i got my car back you could visibly see dirt still on it. I didnt bother to complain to get it fixed as i needed to go to work and it was only $15 so i figure i will just take it somewhere else instead.

I rescheduled on him so many times and each time he was very understanding but not only that the lengths he went to so I can get the car I want for the price I want is far more deserving of 5 stars! I had a great experience here at Toyota of Fort Worth. I had initially scheduled an appointment online and was given particular salesman to meet with. Upon arrival, Aurelio was the sales person that helped me instead. Great individual to work with! Wasn’t pushy, provided plenty of info on the cars I was interested in, and was straight to the point when it came time to get the car sold to me. Overall it was a smooth transaction and I would recommend this dealership if you’re interested in a new/used Toyota.
The day I planned on visiting to look at a car, the Internet Sales Manager confirmed I was coming in via text message - after having sold both of the models in the trim-level he knew I was interested in! WONDERFUL customer service! Will not be back to this dealership. The single star is for Salesman Anwer, who, clearly embarrassed, worked very hard to make it right moving forward.

Less expensive and more professional than the competition. Had brakes, shocks, and struts replaced. A general check up and some other small maintenance items before a big road trip. They saved me $250 over the neighborhood shop’s bid, and gave me a free loaner car since they would need my vehicle overnight. Service manager Greg was fabulous! Pleasant, knowledgeable, and fun to be around. I have been a long time customer of this service department, and see no reason to go any place else. Keep up the good work.
My husband and I went in looking for a car and we had a not so nice experience. Juan Morales “helped” us out but failed to inform us that the “balance” on the car we got is actually just the finance part and not the actual car price. That we wouldn’t start giving “actual” payments on the car until 3-4 years after. They also told us yes this is a great way to start your credit, but at what cost we’re going to be paying double for the vehicle when it’s not even worth it. We got lied to as my husband was signing the paperwork they never explained anything to us they just sat us down asked for the down payment money and basically kicked us out. This has been one of the worst experiences in my life. We thought we were getting a “great” deal as first time car buyers but no we got screwed over just so they could make a couple of cents. They lie and this shows that they are not honest or trustworthy at all. Do not recommend this place at all. Save your money and go elsewhere people!

I bought a pre owned 2020 Toyota Corolla recently. Pointed out to the manager price was not what was show online. Changed it added misc fee? $1100.I was not told ahead car had only one key with remote. Priced out replacement, $350 estimated cost.Bottom line, expensive lesson and definitely wont go back Toyota Fort Worth for any future car purchase, nor recommend.

I recently had my 5K mile service on my RAV4 and had a few issues besides for them to look at (mud flaps not secured/ loose and vibrating and making noise and a short in my dashboard and infotainment system). They did not even look at the short or mark it down on the service paperwork, and as for the mud flaps… again, no one looked at it either… only thing they did was rotate my tires and send me on my way. Seems to me that they don’t address any issues that are presented but just seem to push your car thru as fast as possible with as little work performed as possible. Also, as a courtesy, they would wash your car if you got your car serviced with them, but not no more…$20 if you’d like a car wash… hmmmm… I think that they can do better!
Cant say enough about this place. Got the truck that I wanted color accessories etc. And most important the price. Paid the same for a brand new zero miles as I would for a used with up to 20.000 miles. Jared was an excellent salesman no pressure and willing to work with you. Had two family members recommend this place and they did not disappoint. Finance gaveme a 3.4 Apr came back the next day for a 2.3 Apr just an excellent dealership to work with.

My experience was wonderful. I went and traded a car and never to expect to walk out with a brand new 2021 Toyota Corolla. Fairly straightforward sales team that get straight to the point. They were not cutting any money off the sticker prices on 2021 Tacoma’s due to there were hardly any on the lots in DFW due to the microchip shortage. There is a $1495 Toyota of Fort Worth Protection Package added to their vehicles that I feel is a buffer on their prices. They put door edge protectors, etc and that price ends up bringing the vehicle price up. Otherwise, it was a fast process!

I was very disappointed that after I immediately asked Doug O. If he could get my cell phone from the passenger side of my car that no attempt was made to bring it to me. I was told that he would look and bring it. I wasn’t even told that he couldn’t find it. When I opened the door 1 and 1/2 hours later, it was right in front of me between the door and seat. As a result I was unable to complete any work or make phone calls while waiting.
I needed a car that day and they made it happen. Tito was my salesman and he got me the car I needed. Im very thankful they also stayed at my down payment and monthly payments. I forgot the financial guys name but very grateful to him too.

This was my first big jump into buying a car, and I was beyond happy with the experience. Michael was very very informative and helpful during the whole thing. Had amazing hospitality too! I was very scared to even take the car off the lot for the test drive so he went out of his way to drive it for me and show me all the cool things it can do. Even after everything was finnialize he stayed for a few mins to show me how all the little things work and what they were. Which obviously makes a huge difference and impression. Again, they try to sell me something I didn’t need. I went in for a state inspection and was told that my windshield wiper wouldn’t pass inspection and that they have parts for it. Oh no! It is working fine. It was raining this morning and I had no issues. They said it has a tiny tear at the bottom. I’m never coming back.
My first time here! I had two small kids with me, the lobby was big and they had multiple chairs to accommodate. The snack bar and play area for kids really was so nice! Made waiting on my vehicle more relaxing. Every employee we saw and spoke to was very professional! I enjoyed getting my vehicle serviced here and will definitely be back!

I went in with all documents I felt would be needed, my current car insurance, paycheck stub, payoff info on vehicle I had. Explained what I was looking for, price I would be comfortable to pay. Had two models in mind. Had to choose Corolla because it fit my budget. Eric that helped me listen and help me all the way to my decision. I was glad that interest was lower than what I had. All the way through up to finishing paperwork all was well presented to me and went home very happy with my Toyota choice. First time in a very long time that I can own a Toyota again! Very excited and pleased with all staff that helped.

The service center absolutely abuses customers, so be very wary if you need to have ANY work done here.1) the service department tried to sell me a fuel pump for $100 more than they cost in the parts department literally right next door. They lumped the unit cost in with the cost of labor and other unnecessary parts, such as a $50 fuel pump retainer ring.2) they try to sell you useless parts. When I asked the department why they were including a new retainer ring, the guy on the phone said it was, “because people often break them when they try to replace the fuel pump”. So in other words, because they think their technicians MIGHT break a part while performing the job, they not only make the customer pay for damage caused by the service department, but they just go ahead and preemptively charge the customer for said part, regardless of whether or not the part actually gets damaged.3) they will gouge you horrifically on labor charges. I have a 2013 Toyota Corolla - go ahead and search on YouTube to see how long it takes to change a fuel pump on it. Now I, an untrained person with average mechanical aptitude, changed the fuel pump in my car in 21 minutes (yes, I timed it lol). The service department tried to charge me 3 man hours at $150 per hour for a job that takes less than half an hour for an untrained person to do, and when I called them out on this and made a generous offer to give them the job if they could bring the labor down to 1 hour (twice as long as the job actually takes), they had the gall to refuse and insist it takes 3 entire hours for a trained, skilled Toyota mechanic. I declined that extremely one sided offer, paid for my fuel pump (for $100 less than quoted by service and also sans $50 retaining ring) and proceeded to easily install the part in the service center parking lot in less than half an hour, saving myself over $500 in B.S. charges.At the end of the day, you have to decide if their services are worth the cost to you. I would simply advise you to save yourself hundreds, possibly thousands of dollars and take an hour out of your day to watch a simple YouTube video and do the job yourself. Not only will you save yourself a TON of money, but you’ll also learn a new skill and feel a sense of pride, satisfaction and accomplishment.
