My husband and I were needing a new car after ours ended up being rear ended and totaled. Marc was so kind from the moment he introduced himself to us. He was so genuine and never came across as pushy or just trying to make a sale. We told him our budget and he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car. On our test drive, he took the time to give us all of the details of the Honda CR-V we were in and answered all of mine and my husband’s questions. Great experience ! Zaide who goes by “Z” on the used car side did a great job . When we arrived he had both vehicles we were interested in pulled around and the keys ready for us . he was very professional and polite . Not once did he waste our time, he was straight to the point. We were in and out with a new car in 1 hour 30 mins with him . Great sales man! Great dealership !!!! Ask for “Z” in used cars .

Buying my car here was a breeze, but having it serviced here, not so much. I took my car in last November because it was making some engine noise at a certain RPM range. I was told the repair would cost several hundred dollars but that I could save if I agreed to adding a recommended service package to it. The repair took a day and a half and I left almost 600.00 lighter in my wallet and a car that still had engine noise. Because I couldnt afford to be without my car again for another couple of days, I rode it out for a little while. I took it back in June and paid 380.00 for additional repairs to address the issue. This time, it would be three full days before I got my car back. I was only provided a loaner vehicle on the last day. The engine noise persisted. I took a personal day on a Friday to have it fixed because I couldnt risk taking it on a Saturday and possibly not having it back until Monday. It spent the day at the shop. Still, the cause of the engine noise has not been fixed.

Weve been buying cars at Honda of Fort Worth when it was Frank Kent Honda for 30 years. We had our 2005 Honda Pilot for 14 years. Always a great experience and excellent service. Was disappointed Teddy is no longer in the service department. But Manny will do just fine. He knew Teddy.Car buying sure has come a long way! We selected a car via internet and used our Sams club membership car buying benefit. We bought a Honda Accord Touring from the internet salesman, Jesse. Important: If you buy a car the way we did, make sure you print out the information on the car from the internet as well as the Sams club Car buying benefit information. Bring these printouts with you. We freeze our credit as a crime prevention measure. The Equifax was having a system update which caused an hour delay in buying the car.The cars have improved safety features galore! I totalled my new 2016 Honda Accord in 2017. Was hit in my drivers door. Safe car! Walked away with minor aches. The new 2021 Honda Accord is even safer!

My husband and I had been searching for some time for a new family vehicle. We came across Honda of Fort Worth. In the beginning they were friendly and accommodating, as are those that really want to sell a car. We found a Buick we liked quite a bit and decided to purchase it, however, there was some exterior damage to the front panel.They agreed to take it to their shop and see what they could do. It was returned some several days later, looking worse than before. It appeared they had used screws and glued the front panel back into place! They refused to send it back to the shop, even though the salesman and floor manager agreed the job was poorly done. We wanted the car, so we agreed to fork over several hundred more dollars than the thousands we had already paid to get a brand-new panel. We were promised it would be fixed with the proper clip system and “not screws and superglue”.After another two weeks sans vehicle, and a few prompting calls to get the ball rolling again, we had our car returned to us. The damage appeared to be taken care of.Several weeks later, while exiting a clear, unobstructed driveway at work, there is an audible ‘POP’ and we discover the panel has come away from the frame, taking part of the underpinning with it. Limped it in to the auto body shop down the road, we were informed that the shop owner was surprised it had even last long as it was adhered with (Surprise!) Screws. And. Superglue.After several calls to different departments and much-less-accommodating/unfriendly conversations with staff, we were informed it was on us to go after their shop and it “wasn’t their fault”.In short, we will be out several more hundred dollars to get the proper repair they had been given two separate opportunities to do correctly. We, our friends, and family will never shop here for a vehicle again. Buyer Beware!

Staff was friendly at first, but when it came to discussing the pricing for the vehicle I was lied to about my credit score and they ran reports saying it would not bring it down. However after I left I looked at my credit score and saw that it was much higher than what they were saying and my credit score was lowered from running the reports. Towards the end of discussing the sale they tried to trick me to signing for the vehicle, and was very upset. Ive been here before and the service was good but now all they care is about making profit and was disappointed with what they were offering.If youre looking for a super awesome 18% interest rate and $500 for your $4,000 (private sale) trade in, come here. They will definitely take advantage.

I was looking at an Accord at another car dealership closer to my house and was not getting a response for a week or so, but Honda of Ft Worth responded promptly when I acquired about the Accord. My salesman Steve took great care of me in getting all the info and paperwork done. I only spent about an hour and a half at the Dealership!! Finance team was remarkably friendly as well. I would recommend making that extra drive out to this dealership for their customer service.

I will definitely be a return customer. I highly recommend Honda of Fort Worth and particularly DUSTIN over on the pre owned side. Dustin helped me get my 2020 Civic Sport in under 2 hrs. I called and asked how to expedite the process so I wasnt there all day. Dustin ONE HUNDRED percent delivered. He immediately sent over the credit application through email and had most everything ready to go when I arrived. We texted information back and forth and I ended up only spending an hour and a half at the dealership. Dustin worked efficiently the entire time to make sure I wasnt held captive like I was at the past dealerships I had been to 😂 The process was super smooth and painless. My salesman, Juan Gomez was very nice. I felt at ease with him and I think he was listening to what I wanted and what I needed. I took my test drive by myself since there are different rules during covid-19 and the salesman cannot be in the car with a buyer. Which was very nice. The finance man seemed concerned, but he rushed me through the signing of all the paperwork. He seemed to be in a rush and needed to get onto another customer. I signed all my papers and after I got home I began to read all the papers that I had signed. I wasnt too happy with the final financing amount. There was a lot listed that I dont think I was informed of. I do love the car. I just think I should have been given more time to decide if I wanted car warranties, gap insurance, Etc. I know it was Labor Day and there were a lot of people at the dealership, but when I am sitting there buying a car I would like the Finance man complete attention.

This dealership refused to assist me with providing either the GAP insurance details or a form to cancel an existing policy on a vehicle I purchased previously. Providing information on a previous purchase is a courtesy that does nothing but reinforce the ongoing relationship you have with your customers. By refusing to assist me with a very simple ask, you added hours of research on my end culminating with numerous phone calls with my lender (all of which told me to go to the dealership) and finally after locating it, a call to the gap insurance company directly.This customer service was atrocious. The waste of time was unnecessary and set a terrible precedence. I will remember this next time when I am deciding where I should purchase a vehicle.

Exceptional just driving in the service center had me at WOW! Friendly staff greeting me before I got out of my car. Wallace helped me out alot, even when I didnt know how to explain my situation with my car! He made sure I got home ok and Mr. Bob the courtesy driver was very nice and we had a pleasant conversation and he let me know if he needed to pick me to call him, I can go on and on this dealership is a 10 in my book!

Picked up the car after an hour and a half wait, no problem that was planned. Got five miles down the road and had the same issue.Retuned and was told it was now something else causing the issue. No worries, stuff happens, but was told 2 hours to fix. Left to go have lunch, came back and waited.At the 2 hours mark, went to check on it, was told they thought I went home and I got bumped for someone else that was waiting….Kind of understand if I had gone home, but I would have been back at the 2 hours mark…A courtesy call to advise the time delay would have been great to not assumed I went home.All said took a little over 6 hours…Super nice folks!

Went into Honda of Fort Worth to see about purchasing a ‘22 Civic and I was barely greeted and what seemed like I was an inconvenience. Was told “don’t get mad at me” when I said I could come back at a later time. A sales rep finally came to “help” me and gave me no help. Said I would have to buy it now because no civic would even hit the sales floor as they are sold quickly. (True, they are sold quickly) I said I would look at another dealer and was told “you’re just going to come back here anyways, no one has it” I indeed did not go back there anyways and got my hands on ‘22 civic sport at Honda of Burleson. They treated me significantly better and as an actual customer. At Fort Worth I was treated as an inconvenience just wasting there time. Pathetic experience here. They did not even get my contact information, probably because they thought I was not serious. Sad because I have bought from Fort Worth too, but this experience will stick with me.

Honda of Fort Worth advertises on their website that you can buy a car online and have it delivered locally for a nominal fee. They also advertise lease and financing deal specials for specific cars on their website. However, when you call to speak to a sales person (and I spoke to two), no one knows anything about the deals, the online buying program, or the delivery service. They use the tired “I have to speak to my manager” line and don’t seem to be empowered to resolve anything for a prospective customer. The sales manager doesn’t bother to return a call. It is no wonder that the old school car dealerships like this one are being eaten up by the seamless buying process of the new digital players. If I were the owner of this dealership I would love to know what is going on!

After communicating with a salesperson about a vehicle I saw online, we decided to go see it.As a courtesy I let him know we were on the way to test drive the car. When we arrived at Honda of Fort Worth the receptionist pointed us to a desk and told us Juan would be right out. We sat for 20 minutes with dead silence. Not one person let us know why we were waiting so long and it was almost like we were invisible. Finally we were so frustrated with the wait I asked a random salesperson walking by if he had any idea what was going on but he didnt know. After another 10 mins our salesman (Juan) came to greet us.He proceeded to tell us they had lost the keys to the car we came to look at and he had been searching for them. If someone would have told us that from the beginning we would have been a little more understanding.He walked us out to the car to walk around but that is all we could do. There is no way someone would buy a vehicle without being able to open it, see the interior, or start the engine.So we left a little perturbed and went to another dealership. While we were there I get a message saying they found the keys. But after seeing how they do business there is no way I will be spending my hard earned money at Honda of Fort Worth.P.S. We found a better car at another dealership.

Chase is by far the worst person i have ever interacted with. He was so rude and very unprofessional. Please do not work with him when going in! Ask for z or Luis in financing! They are great. I’m not sure who trained chase but he should be fired for the way he talks to people. If you don’t like ur job than why r u there lol. Also acazio is the worst salesman i have ever met. Mik from the service department reached out to schedule a follow up service and was extremely courteous and helpful. Greg’s response to my email was prompt. I had a great experience I was helped by three very helpful people my original salesperson had left because I had canceled my appointment and moved it to a different day because we were expecting a storm when the storm never came I went ahead and called and told him that I was going to go in to test drive the 2019 Lexus and they were very accommodating I test drove the car decided thats what I wanted when we had the a discussion about the trade-in they were very generous with the trade-in I traded in a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek 5 speed and they gave me 15 thousand for my trade in which is amazing and I was able to get help with all of the financials and everything Dominic and finance was very helpful and he was able to get me a great rate at 2.8% on his birthday of all days he worked until 10 to get me into my new car and then they helped me get all my stuff out of the old car and put into the new car it was just a good experience definitely recommend

My experience here. I have bought 3 new Hondas and only 1 of them bought it at this dealer, it was the first in 2017. In the other 2 purchases my first option to buy the car was (Honda of Fort Worth). I visited this dealer on the other 2 occasions and I had to leave the place because they did not want to help me professionally, their comment was on both occasions that they could not reach the numbers that I wanted. I bought the other one in Burleson and the next one in Huggins with the numbers that I wanted which here they told me was impossible. Now my most recent experience was with my brother in law. He had a 2018 Accord 1.5 LX and wanted to trade it in for a 2021 Accord 1.5 sport. On September 4, 2021 I told him to look for the one he liked online and if they had it I would go with him to help him buy the car, make sure they gave him the best offer with the best numbers. We visited the dealer, He test drove the car and we were not there for more than 50 minutes. The person who helped us from the beginning brought us a paper with the value of the car at $ 41,000 dollars, payment almost at $800 (Type R payment). An Accord Sport 1.5 that the online value is $ 28,000, also they offered him a very low amount of money for the trade in. Was very bad that from the beginning he would bring me that document without asking me first what you are looking to pay? and what term you are looking for. When the salesperson realized that I did know what I was doing when I began to question everything, he did not want to help me. Practically, as in the past. He told me that was going to be impossible to achieve what I wanted for my brother-in-law and he with a credit of more than 736. I kindly left and that same day I helped my brother-in-law buy the car through the phone. I called another dealer and we didn’t even go to the dealer. We did everything on the phone and when everything was ready and we got to an agreement with the numbers we just went and he just signed and left with a brand new car. He bought the same car at the price that comes out online and they paid off his trade. Here it seems that they only want to sell cars to those who do not know what they are doing when buying and they put numbers everywhere with a high percentage of interest and the value through the roof. Dont waste your time here.

I waited four hours for an inspection on my 2020 CRV, and to replace one tire. Honda replaced the front passenger tire which had a nail in it (when i asked what tire was replaced was told the front drivers side originally). However, upon leaving, I inspected my tires only to find that my front drivers side tire has a giant sidewall bubble that the inspection somehow missed? (the multipoint inspection included my tires, and all were given green boxes).I’m just incredibly disappointed because I’m now going to have to spend even more time and money getting another new tire (on a car I’ve had for just 1 year…and the tires have less than 12k miles on them).

Called Huggins Honda to see if I could come in as a walk in to get repair the auto start on my car fixed. They said we are very busy and you will have to leave your car with us for 6 to 8 days. I said HELL NO! You aint using my car for a road trip! Called Honda of FW and they said bring it on in...we can get you in and out in around an hour and a half. Perfect! They hooked it up and definitely made me into a loyal customer for life!

I was unable to get off work so my girlfriend found a car she was interested in and went up to the dealership alone. She says she walked around aimlessly looking for the car she saw on their website because no one offered to help her. It was sweltering heat and once she came back from outside searching for the vehicle by herself she was approached by Dominic who introduced himself as the sales manager. She says she was told they are short staffed right now and he would get someone to help shortly then wondered if there was a particular car she was interested in. There was but he says it had just been sold so she in turn asked to be notified if they got any more of that make and model to which he implied he would yet never asked for her name or phone number. If you’re a woman shopping alone I would not recommend this place since apparently a man is needed by your side to get any real assistance.

We went in to purchase a car today. This was our third time visiting the location and every time the reception has been frosty. You will wait and wait and wait and not get as much of a hello or peep from anyone. You have to initiate all of the discussion as the disaffected sales staff are too busy texting and on the internet. Each time the dealership was pretty empty and representatives were available but chose not to help us. Again, Id understand if it was busy but the 4 reps who looked at us as we came in, didnt say hello or anything else.. sorry with so many Honda dealerships in the area, Id rather go elsewhere. I think ownership should know that their employees could give two rips about potential customers. This was around 650 pm on Saturday. At least they had a self service drink station so I was able to have a drink while waiting for nobody to help us.

Salesman where extremely kind and attentive, 3 stars because I never had a finance worker be so rude as him asked if anyone else could help but it was 11am so he was the only one available really ruined what was supposed to be a happy day. Came to Honda of Fort Worth in search of a good reliable Honda Accord but boy was it a stressful experience! For one the sales manager did not by any means want to negotiate, and kept giving us the run around when I came down to the finance part of it. I kept asking this man and expressed to him my concerns but there was no getting through to him. Our sales man Armando Balderrama was patient with us and kept it very professional as well as the finance manager Dominique was very helpful and knowledgeable and tried to help me as much as he could. Just know they are NOT willing to work out a deal for a pre-owned vehicle which I think is so unfortunate. On another note I’m glad we found us a reliable car.

I received a follow up call from Luis after we didn’t do business and went another route and he ended up saying he doesn’t think that I made a good choice. I kindly told him that the comment is a bit insensitive as he doesn’t know people’s ever-evolving situations and he responded with sorry IF I offended you...I’m just passionate about my job. It came off as arrogant, and it’s not an apology (which I wasn’t looking for by the way) I just let him know that he probably should pick a better choice of words for future customers. So glad I didn’t do business here. Honda is a great and reliable brand but kindness and empathy goes a long way.n

My Husband and I came here to take a look at a 2018 CRV posted online. The mileage of the vehicle seemed abnormally high, and we were unsure of what financing options me might have available to us, as we have been rebuilding credit for the past few months. We were careful to remain calm and casual through the experience with Acazio, the salesman we scheduled a test-drive with. Our first impression of AC was that he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, but as soon as the test-drive was over we felt pressured to come inside and talk numbers, despite expressing interest in seeing what other vehicles were on the lot.From the moment AC had our application for financing, his demeanor was cold and impersonal, almost annoyed as we expressed our concern about the options given to us, as well as the milage of the vehicle. AC would slip away into his managers office and return with a better offer twice, and then return with his manager the third time. The sales manager offered no greeting or introduction, leaping right into what felt like an interrogation as to why we were on the fence, even going so far as to tell us that our rates were high because we were first time buyers, and that not even a better credit score would change that. As soon as we told her how much we would feel more comfortable paying, she informed us that she was still waiting for one more bank to report back with an offer, and returned 2 minutes later with a number much closer to what we stated. At this point, AC and his manager had us feeling very manipulated and pressured to make the purchase, not wanting to let us leave until the manager could inexplicably come up with another marginally better offer, bit by bit.At this point we did not feel comfortable moving forward, and let AC know that we would go home and sleep on it, all documents containing any offers were taken up by AC despite my asking specifically for a copy to look over. I had to ask twice and then explain myself a third time to his manager before I received a copy of the offer from a very put-out, and rudely silent AC, who said nothing more to us, picked up the key to the CRV and rushed outside to move the vehicle.Once we got home and looked at the credit report information sheet, we found several discrepancies in terms of which agencies they pulled my score from, and the score reported compared to my Credit-Karma account and what it was telling me. At this point I definitely feel like we dodged a bullet by walking away, after seeing how their sales staff responded to our resistance to simply sign the dotted line.

I had to call the dealership twice, nobody reach out to me, my car spend like 4 hours. I just check my invoice and alot of add-ons i didnt request was billed to me. $252.60 but $99 reported online to Honda. Zak oil booster for $17.08... Definitely not going back to this dealership again... Sheer exploitation .

As a first time buyer, I definitely was a bit anxious. But Abby our car salesman had a great attitude and was very straight forward with us and worked with all of our needs and requests. I found the perfect car for me a 2019 Honda Sport. Then we had the great pleasure of working with Dominic Hernandez (Finance), Dominic really took his time to go through all the details with me to find the best fit for me and answered all the million questions I present him with. Dominic was very patient explaining all the different warranties and what they included and what he recommended for my situation personally.
