I have bought many cars ( used, new, cheap, expensive) and this was the most transparent and enjoyable experience. I feel like that is saying a lot right now considering there is very little to choose from new or used right now. Quick, easy, no haggle car buying process. I never had a question that wasnt answered, and Riman and Donovan were dedicated to getting me in a car I love!The online vehicle inventory is also very easy to navigate, whether youre looking for something specific or browsing with more general requirements, and the knowledgeable staff are more than happy to help with any step, including a ride to the dealership. AJ drove 2 hours round trip to get me where I needed to be, fantastic service all around.

Was able to get a $500 discount because I knew an employee. Was told by the sales person I was required to buy an extended warranty if I used the discount. Found out later that was not true. And the warranty doesnt cover much. Have spent almost $1000 for repairs in the first year Ive had the car on items the warranty did not cover. To top it off, I get sales calls from other places almost daily telling me the warranty is about to expire.

I rented a car for 5 days and on day 1 I discovered that a tire had a slow leak. I ended up having to air it up about 8 times while driving to/from Colorado. I told them about it when turning the car in and didn’t even get as much as an apology, much less a price deduction, which I feel was warranted. I’m pretty sure I was helped by the manager too, but she wasn’t interested in discussing the tire.

The employees of the enterprise car sales in the north Fort Worth division work so well with each other snd are just great. What a wonderful team they have! Even though I was unable to get approved with my ugly trade in they still worked tirelessly to try and get me into a new vehicle. Thank you

This is my second purchase with enterprise sales they are really a great team. Matt (salesperson) is absolutely great he listens to what your looking for and wanting in a vehicle and he delivers. Willie (finance) he will run numbers till he gets the right ones. Both times I was leaving there lot in the vehicle I wanted and did not settle for less. We had someone rear-end our jeep and had to get a rental during repair and the entire experience was great from pickup to drop off. They had a vehicle for us on site, which during this Covid time isnt a given anymore. And it was very easy to get set up and get us and our schedules back to normal.

Great service and very clean vehicle.

Buyer beware! I felt good about buying from them because they supposedly do such a thorough inspection and the vehicle was new. The buying experience was good. What wasn’t good was when I discovered that the passenger mirror was replaced at one point by someone (Enterprise claims it wasn’t them) and this is rendering the blind spot monitoring system non-functional and messing up the computer system. They won’t fix it and it’s going to cost me at least $1200 just to replace the mirror and housing. It’s crazy to me as “experts” they wouldn’t have noticed that during reconditioning or even when the vehicle was turned in at some point. Before you buy here, consider not only the nefarious drivers who may have driven the vehicle like a NASCAR driver or the nefarious people actually selling it to you. At the end of the day they’re still car salesman and you can’t trust them. My advice is to go to a regular dealer where you can at least negotiate price and see the owner history. Plus the vehicles at regular dealers aren’t such high mileage. You’re not getting a bargain at Enterprise and the savings you feel like you see isn’t worth it.

Rented a car through my Geico insurance after mine was totaled last November. They were very easy to work with including transitioning from the insurance paying to me paying the last part of the rental.We then decided to purchase from them and that was also a professional experience without pressure. We always buy used and its hard to find reputable businesses to buy from. We havent lived in Ft. Worth long so didnt know where to look, and our previous purchase had been a very bad experience. Weve now had our vehicle for 10 months without problems arising. I found out a family member (in another state) always buys his used cars from Enterprise as well. We will use them again in the future.

Never thought Ill write a review for a car dealership. But the experience Ive had with enterprise is worth sharing. Ive been a pessimist for a long time when it comes to dealing with car dealerships. But enterprise car sales has managed to change all of that. This is certainly what a car buying experience should be for everyone. No jangling. Very transparent. The price you see is what you pay. So you can literally spend less than 2 hours during the entire car buying process. I think theyve got a customer for life. Thanks guys for redefining this new car buying process. They sell cars and trucks there. Beware they sold me a truck with multiple problems but they claim the do an all systems check. Wouldnt even fix my car or take it in to be looked at and I only had it for 3 weeks. Theyll never get my business again. Poor customer service, the run around gang is up there. Dont waste your time there.

I was having to get a rental car because I was in a vehicle accident back in December. When I called they were very helpful with getting me into the car as soon as possible. I had already made arrangements with the insurance company to get me into a car. When I got there to get the car it was kind of late they were almost ready to close but they were still just a smiling as ever as if you they were just opening the store that morning.

The woman who is the assistant manager, and who has been there for a while should actually be the manager. I hope that she breaks through the glass ceiling because she is very deserving.
