This location is horrible I got a car from them and although what ppl on here is saying true about Laura getting you a car yes she did get me into a car however I had the car for 5 days literally and it stopped on me and still having issues with it I called the manager NEVER called me back I told them what’s going on they did not even care!!! All they cared about was that they got a sale basically I’m my opinion my temporary plate kept coming off just horrible I will never buy a car from them ever again…!!!

IT WONT LET ME GIVE 0 STARS...Less than average experience, MAJOR downside is they told me the Bluetooth didn’t work due to MY cord, and the Bluetooth was actually defective on the vehicle. I was able to go through the limited warranty and thankfully the company is waiving all fees because it should have been disclosed or shown to be defective before purchase. Bridgecrest did cover the total amount over $800 to fix it plus waived the $200 dollar diagnostic fee. Personally, if they sell Bluetooth vehicles they should have cords on site to test for customers to avoid this for potential buyers.After having the vehicle 5 weeks when I went to change my washer fluid low and behold the hood lift snaps off. So I’ will be paying &200 for it to be fixed and the extended warranty will be paying over $500. That leaves a total cost of $1700 dollars in the car being fixed in under two months of purchase. This is in no way common for a used dealership experience. That is why they were scored no stars by me. The upside is at least Bridgecrest went out of there way to help me with the issues the vehicle has.Today is the day my car tags expire and lucky for me with the experience I have had so far called a couple of weeks ago to check on the permanent plates being delivered. I was told DRIVETIME discovered the error lol, no it was me. They sent a registration form that I had previously signed at the dealership which apparently was lost or discarded. So I filled it out and sent it back. Of course here I am on the day they expire with no up to date tags...

Very quick and efficient in test driving cars. This company needs to use different banks/lenders for financing as they offered me a 13% interest rate even though I have a high 700s credit score. Its insulting. We went to a different dealership and was offered a 3.69% for a way better and new car in the same price range. Dont settle for Drivetime if you have the time to look around.

Horrible experience, I really was in need for a reliable car, however that’s not at all what I got here, make sure you ask lots of questions about the car before you buy. I found out mine had five previous owners, I guess that would explain why I’ve made three car payments and it’s still in the shop. So I’m a carless mom stuck at home while they are still cashing in on my car payments. My first car payment they double charged me and I still have not been refunded for it. I recommend you just purchase somewhere else. Because I am going to have to pay on another car until they fix mine that is if they do. Who can afford to pay for two cars, because I can’t I’m a college student. I will say one thing they will get you into a contract real fast, and then your stuck regardless of what they tricked you into buying.

I have not purchased a car from here butch visited the website to get a better idea of what a down payment would look like.That was 3 days ago and I have received about 7 calls from this company, 3-4 of which are from this location.I ultimately blocked the contact as they weren’t even leaving messages and I had to search the number online. Definitely not an effective sales strategy and will shop elsewhere at this point to avoid even more calls if I show any interest in purchasing from them.

Laura and Joshua are awesome! I filled out an application online and was approved for an auto loan. I went up to Alta Mere to look at some vehicles on the lot and at the time I did not see any cars that I would like. So the next day I went to the Arlington location and looked around saw a potential car and returned a day later to pick it up. While I was there getting the car Joshua had reached out to me to find out if I was still in the market for a car. I told him yes and I was about to get one from the Arlington location. He told me okay and informed me that they could have pulled a car from any of their drive time location. I told him okay thanks I didnt know and thanked him for reaching out to me. After driving the car home I decided not to keep the car because the radio was not working properly. After I got home I text Joshua and informed him of my situation. I asked him if I had to take it back to the Arlington location and he informed me that it was totally up to me. A day later I dropped by their Alta Mere office and both Laura and Joshua help me with getting a newer car. They were both very helpful, informative, patient and nice!

I went to Altamere location and was not happy. I was convinced to try again and went to the location on Division in Arlington,Tx.It was the BEST decision ever. From the moment I walked in until I drove away Everything was excellent service. I DONT have good Credit, but drivetime is there to assist with that. I Didnt feel bamboozled, the prices were direct and deposit quote they give you is right on as long as you input in pre approval the truth and can provide paystubs or bank statements to prove. Yes mileage is a little higher than some lots, but cars were in good condition and worth what Im paying. I was able to get a Excellent car with fair price, with chance to rebuild my credit.I had the best salesrep, who was KNOWLEDGEABLE, easy going and made the whole process flow with ease. I like the extra products, and guarantees they offer. Anyone looking for a car with challenged or not even challenged credit and want a easy not spend all day being credit over ran and oversold...Go visit Aleyda at DriveTime in Arlington on Division.

This places financing is a joke.Fiancée and I went there this weekend and she has an AMAZING credit score, well into the 700s, and this place tried quoting us at 13% for a 14 vehicle! They tried saying something like well we have to raise the rates so we know we make the money back with the high miles and age of the vehicle. Thanks Drivetime, thanks for showing your true colors early in the process and letting us know that your only interest in mind is that of yourself and not the Consumer, we appreciate it.Not the greatest selection and they need to switch their financing banks from Ally. We went into another dealership and got at 3% within a couple hours sooo yaaa. If you HAVE to use this place go for it, but make sure that you come in prepared or you could get raked over.

Every place we called was going to charge between $400 and $900 a month. Laura called a contact who is providing i Arian was coverage for $200 a month. My daughter was close to caving and and walking out the door careless, but Laura refused to give up. Laura is unbelievably patient and calm, and I am grateful for all she did to help us out.
