My car broke down on me on a Sunday afternoon. I had it towed to the autobahn. I service rep was Jason. He was awesome and so was the service. They came and picked me up when my repairs were done. It was a very good experience.

So I looked up VW and called and explained my situation. I drove in and was helped right away. The young brunette associate was very nice and friendly. Went in to have my Tiguan diagnosed since the check engine light came on. Kenneth in service was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He kept me up to date with the progress on my car. He also found out that I had a warranty that I didn’t know I had. All the people I spoke to were very helpful and happy even with the current pandemic. I will be back.

The service dept is always helpful re my schedule & times as well as providing me with a new loaner They have always done a great job on the servicing & the staff is wonderful. I have purchased a jaguar & a Volvo station wagon from them also & had very positive experiences with the service departments for these vehicles too. I highly recommend all of their servicing depts.

We were met by Kathy Parks in the lot, as we started our visit to check out what the VWs looked like. She was amazing. She has a friendly, no pressure approach that I cannot completely explain, but she made us feel so welcome and we were eager for her to show us all that VW had to offer. The dealership had one of each style vehicle inside on the showroom- this made for a super easy and comfortable experience. Kathy then took a lot of time to show us all of the bells and whistles on our new Tiguan, linked my phone to the car, and gave us many helpful tips on the car. We probably would not have walked out with a purchase had it not been for her. She is one jewel of a salesperson. We love our Tiguan and Autobahn VW

Asked me to pay 1000 dollars online AND do not look for finance anywhere else. Ran a credit check and told me I am good to go. On the day of delivery told me THEIR bank wont approve my loan. Why didnt they check that before and why they did not let me shop outside for loan. Delivery time was late on Saturday, so I couldnt get to other banks at time. Came home without X5 😡. A**ho***

They let me walk over $75. They tried to pass onto me the inventory tax which in this state the purchaser doesnt have to pay according to TXDOT. Illegal practice, wonder what else they are hiding. Buyer beware.

I waited longer than I was told that I would need to wait. When I called to make the appointment, the only scheduler had not yet arrived to work, and the other staff acted as though they could not help me. This was a recall in which a resolution had been delayed for years, and I wanted to get it taken care of as soon as I received the notice.I also had wiper blades installed, and I was not even offered to use the card with the discount, but overheard them offering it to another customer.

The customer service is superb. I have bought two BMWs from them and I have just leased my second Jaguar. Can we say, happy customer?!!!

ZERO stars! Very bad customer service!My bf and I were ready to take a car home same day 11/16/18 (pre approved by our bank and great apr) but unfortunately Vinson Garcia (sales)and Charles Graham (sales “manager”) both did not give even the minimal experience required. Vinson was is a hurry to go home, so made us feel very unwanted. We couldn’t even see the car because he couldn’t find it (wth?!) and also, he gave us a higher price than it actually was listed online. I really wish this could’ve gone better since customers are here to buy thousands of dollars worth, not just a mcchicken!!!

Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and quick to speak with us. They explained everything done, had all the paperwork together and ready to help us when we arrived.

I purchased my used car with them and they were up front and honest about everything so with that they have earned my business anytime I need to purchase a vehicle.

I just called this store to buy parts and the receptionist answering the switchboard is absolutely RUDE. I can take my business elsewhere, shes doing a wonderful job of keeping people from spending money here. 👍🏽

Cool cars just to poor to own one

We had our car towed here late Friday night the 22nd of March after something puncturing passenger rear tire...I got to the service department early Saturday morning and was directed to CHARLIE SMITHSON...He made sure he had the right information on car and had a new tire put on and our car washed within the hour and out the door we went.If the rest of their customer service is this efficient...I would HIGHLY recommend them.I cant say the same for the LOUSY BMW ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE who left my family by the roadside till I drove 4 hrs.to pick them up.Thank you Mr.CHARLIE SMITHSON for your professionalism.Lino Chacon

Good vehicle but I had a bad experienced with this dealership in the mechanic or service department. Brought an 08 535 in for recall repair. Provided with VIN number to the advisor he had it checked out and told me the vehicle was covered with no out of pocket. After repairing, he found a broken bolt to the rear suspension and I agreed to fixee to get an alignment done. After picking up the vehicle I was about to drive off, my brother found the front bumper to be broken and we notified the advisor...he told us that it wasnt them....anyway my brother took photos to place the vehicle up for sale when we dropped it off and showed it to them...the supervisor end up agreed to fix the front bumper and we left it there...we went home for couple hours and they called us up said the recalled earlier was not cover by the warranty and now we have to paid for it....total of close $1600.00. I then came in talked to the supervisor, he was nice and agreed to do it at cost with the bill of $760.00 now....anyway they fixed the bumper like kid ....sloppy and still showing bondo.....really disappointed about the dealership...I hope that we have a better experience in the future tho...I bought my VW there before great peeps but just not too honest about the last time we encountered

My experience with Bob Kessler was deplorable. I reached out on Monday for Lexus LX570 that I planned to come see on Thursday. On Tuesday afternoon, I sent Bob photos of my trade and discussed the option to pay a deposit if anyone else is interested before I come in. He informed me he would keep me in the loop and I felt comfortable. On Wednesday morning, Bob informs me via text that the Lexus was sold. Beyond that, Bob didn’t even bother replying to my text back. I didn’t expect the experience mimicking a sleazy used car dealership from a dealership selling such big brands. Employing unsavory sales rep and utilizing unsavory selling methods works for so long. This is a disreputable dealership and would recommend avoiding. They’re only interested in making money and not holding themselves to a standard expected from a big brand dealer.
