Prices are high, they lie, they dont honor warranty, tattoo guy at the dock is rude. I have been here twice, the guy at the dock was rude and unfriendly both times. I came here originally to buy high quality deep cycle batteries with a good warranty. I purchased 6 deep cycles. The price tag was higher than what I normally pay (I maintain a fleet of electric carts at an industrial complex). But I figured what the heck Ill try these expensive ones. You get what you pay for, right? Not in this case. One battery failed and immediately they were dodging the warranty. They lied to me about warranty timeframe saying it was 6 months when in reality its 12 months. I called them out on their lie and they came up with a new excuse saying that even if its 1 day old, if the terminal melts they dont cover it. So not sure what the warranty does cover. I will never go back and I will be trying to contact their corporate level for complaint. I will be telling anyone that will listen not to buy Interstate Batteries.

I have had a lot of batteries in my life but I was surprised to see that their batteries were not very expensive. Its way worth making the drive past the wal mart and auto stores to get top shelf batteries. The warranty is covered regardless of the buyer.I will always buy my batteries from interstate.

I like it a lot better if they did battery installs themselves. However the assistance that I got was very much appreciated.

Well first of all their customer service is 5 stars!! Made the warranty process on my battery go smoothly. I highly recommend this place if youre looking into making a purchase.

Horrible service. I use to work at interstate in high school and it wasn’t like this. The front desk lady had a bad attitude and wouldn’t even speak to me when I asked how her day was going. I will never come here again. Horrible
