The staff here are friendly and helpful. We bought candy which there was a good assortment. Just an FYI there are no sugar-free options. We also bought flavored popcorn which I love the cotton candy flavor however, this time when I got home I felt how heavy the bag was which I bought the 2nd to the smallest bag (Jr. $6.75) and the popcorn was too heavily coated. It was too sweet and there is no balance with the popcorn itself. The heavy coating got stuck in the grooves of your teeth. For future reference I will double check the popcorn before leaving. I added the picture from their online website and what I actual got.

Very cool environment... I didnt realize what a big selection of candies they have in an old fashion type candy store and Blue Bell Ice cream with lots of interesting oldies/antiques decorations throughout store... AND they have delicious Popcorn, bags or tins made to order. I got the Tex-Mex, it has a good kick! Prices are very affordable too!

I’ve visited this store many times in the past and never really had a issue till today. The store was very hot inside like there was no AC but we decided we would go ahead and get popcorn. However once we approached the counter were told masked were required and that was fine as we had mask with us to put on. But your young lady that was at the counter that told us that had just been talking to two customers one whom had no mask on as well as she had pulled her face mask down talking to them yet we were required to wear one. Unfortunately we decided to go else where since not everyone is being held to the same standards. She was the only person who said something to us even after another employee greeted us and asked if we needed any help finding anything never did he say we needed a mask.

So many things to choose from, I got the medium bag of Chicago popcorn, so good, will for sure be back

I love this place. They have a great variety of different candies including caramels, chocolate covered nuts, gummy bears & other gummy candies, things like cherry sours and fizzy candy that you might not find anywhere else. They also have vintage candies, delicious gourmet sodas, and what seems to be a thousand different flavors of popcorn. Some of the strangest sounding ones are the best ones, like dill pickle or loaded baked potato. Try it out!

1st time there what a great place. Wish I would have heard the young lady at the register name so I could name her here. She was awesome with the samples bought 3 different kinds thanks to her.

Poor customer service. The young girl bagging the pop corn looked very angry. It took about ten mins for someone to acknowledge us and we can clearly see each through the back since its open. Finally a young gentleman came out and took our order. He didnt wear gloves when retrieving a sample for us. The angry girl was also wearing baggy sleeves which meant every time she reached in the large popcorn tubs or scooped ice cream her sleeves touched all of it. So gross!! She was also wearing headphones. Not very professional.

They had a large selection of treats and about 90 different flavors of popcorn and the employees were very nice overall it was great and one of my new favorite snack places.

Best Dill Pickle Popcorn ever! Not too sour, just enough dill. Perfectly delicious and the whole bag was devoured before we even got home.

The popcorn is good. The staff don’t even pretend like they want to help the customers. It’s kind of like what do you want, fine, I’ll get that for you. The ice cream is just Blue Bell, you can get that at the grocery store and have the clerk happy to help.

What an awesome place. We tasted about 20 flavors and then purchased a few. The owner was very kind, patient, and informative. We talked for about 20 minutes. Lots of candy, blue bell ice cream....just a great place. And the popcorn is amazing......definitely not your sprinkle on a flavor stuff at the mall or theater. A sure fire hit. Check it out.

Got the Chicago Fire unique take on Chicagos favored pairing and it was delicious . They had so many candy options I felt like a kid. We bought so much stuff!!

I love their Popcorn!! LOADED BAKED POTATO is my Go To!! It’s very affordable and there are plenty of options. They let you sample as many flavors as you want. They also have Ice cream and Candy but I Have only ever purchased the Popcorn. I have tried a few other Popcorn Shops in DFW and this is by far the best!!

When I noticed this place, it looked interesting. The staff at the time could have been more engaging. when I entered, they were pretty quiet. About half of the candies needed to be restocked. But when I go here again, yes. Ill give it another shot

The pop corn and traditional candy or sodas are amazing. When is about ice cream the guy wasnt good at all making the milkshake...it was like drinking milk with flavor. 👎🏻

I drive all the way from Denton to buy our popcorn from Pop N Cream! Extra Cheese is so much better than the 2 shops that are closer to where we live.

The popcorn is good now, but a few months ago it was awesomely great. Maybe the changed owners because the 2 girls that Ive encountered there were about customer service sad. I asked for a extra large bag and even though they had a white container full I was told they couldnt make an extra large, well pop some more! I was told I needed to call early morning to have an single extra large bag made, but I couldnt pick it up till the late afternoon or evening, EVEN IF I CALLED IN THE MORNING! Are you kidding me! If they have changed owners and or staff my god get some people who WANT to be there and that doesnt get bothered when they gotta get off the phone and work!!!!!

What a fun place! Im feom Kansas City where we have Topsys popcorn. This place is beyond flavors for popcorn! Very tasty and economical. Oh and the candy selections and dont forget the Blue Bell ice cream at least 10 flavors! Yim Yum!

I have been coming here for several years and today I brought my husband for the first time. To my surprise, the experience was awful. The two young ladies working were very unfriendly (which Ive never had happen) and they seemed extremely inconvenienced. We came here with the intention of getting soda, candy, popcorn and ice cream.. And my husband didnt want to get any soda nor popcorn because he was uncomfortable. When I asked for a sample, the girl getting the popcorn acted like I asked her for her left foot. Her reaction made my husband decide against getting a bag for himself. This is such a cute and happy establishment, its unfortunate the staff isnt up to par. I dont think my husband will ever want to come back

May 28th Saturday between 6-6:30pmWorst customer service EVER!!!!! I had never been in the store before and was so excited. We were in the store for awhile browsing and I even walked towards the counter. 3 clerks were standing behind the counter. Not so much as a smile or hi!!! No one asked if we needed assistance or anything!!! We walked out, I so wanted to try the popcorn. I asked my BF if we could try again (maybe they didnt see ME- I tried to give them another chance) This time I walked up to the counter and was totally ignored. Two of the clerks started to whisper to each other. The male clerk walked to the side of the register as if I had the measles or something.. OMG- you mean they can see me!!!! He finally asked if he could assist me. By this time I had all sorts of thoughts swirling around in my head. What am I doing? Why would you want to eat at an establishment that treated you in this manner? I politely said I would like to look at the paper here to see what I want. I just could not do it, I turned around and we left the store. We were not in any way a threat or came in rowdy. Were my $$$ not as good as the group sitting there enjoying their ice cream?I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THAT STORE!!!

I never write reviews over anything but I felt compelled to after my experience here. I had never been here before and when I walked in, I was hoping I would be greeted and shown the flavors, etc. The two girls in the back didn’t acknowledge my friend and I until after almost 5 minutes and when they did they made it seem like it was an inconvenience. I walked out and didn’t even buy the popcorn.

The popcorn is awesome. Its also a candy store, so thats pretty cool. It gets expensive, but for fun and a splurge, nothing is better.
