Great place. Sad its closing

We go monthly for our free piece of chocolate. Staff is very friendly and store is always well kept.

I had a fantastic visit at this Godiva location today. The sales associate, Francisco, had great customer service and offered additional information about the products they had in store. His high level of experience about the products helped me decide what to purchase. I would definitely come back to this location and return to this employee for more advice and guidance on the products

Dont wanna honor b day loyalty. Will get u 2 spend beyond the coupon with lies then try and cheat u out of the coupon if u attempt an exchange like u cant do the math. Sees candy is better. They r priced more reasonably and I purchase from them more often! Bottom line is that the duo I dealt with this evening just didnt want me 2 get freebies 4 my birthday, smh. Ive never had this problem out of godiva b4! If u look a certain way, u r easy prey, apparently! 11/18 at the time of purchase, I did the survey on the receipt. I asked 2 b contacted by email. No 1 has since contacted me. Y mistreat ppl, invite patrons 2 do a survey on their experience, ask if and how they wish 2 b contacted just 2 ignore the patron or have an ugly attitude about their ordeal? Idiots, smh.
