Awesome service and some of the best hand cuts I’ve seen in years. Can’t wait to smoke this prime rib! Aged ribeyes, American wagyu beef, no need to go to Central Market anymore!Dec 25th Update...quite possibly the best smoked prime rib I’ve ever had and my wife’s smoked filet was the best she has ever had! Went for the first time for lunch. Was greeted by courteous staff and a clean environment. The person helping us was patient, offered suggestions, and answered questions. All the way through our lunch and after the staff were very helpful and polite. The food was delicious! We got the steak tip sandwich and the BLT with an egg, both with fries. The steak was tender and had plenty of blue cheese. The BLT was crisp. The fries were skinny and crisp. The overall flavors of the meals were very well balanced. Will definitely return and look further into products and classes.

What a wonderful discovery! It’s a family run business and everyone is very knowledgeable. It’s hard to find dry-aged prime and dry-aged wagyu in DFW, but this place has it all. I can’t recommend them enough!

I Googled up a local butcher and this one came up. Im sure glad it did. Not only do they have fresh cuts of excellent meat choices, but they have a menu that you can enjoy while there. I had the burger and it was delicious..! They have Meat Church rubs in stock. They are a Traeger dealer and keep pellets in stock too. The staff are knowledgeable and eager to assist. This is a great find..!

Shopped at the Meat Board just recently. Bravo! Every type of meat they sell is absolute top of the line, bar none. Their prime filet is to die for! I only learned about the Meat Board recently; I wish I had known much sooner. Their prices are not inexpensive, but certainly not outrageous. To be expected for the quality of their meats. A good value in my opinion. Every single employee I encountered was knowledgeable and super courteous. I couldnt be more pleased and impressed. From here on, every bit of meat that comes into my home will come from the Meat Board. Highly recommended.

This place is AMAZING! Dropped in last week to check it out and went back again yesterday. Before leaving the area we will be filling up a cooler to take home to Alabama and know that we can place an order to ship to us at anytime. Best meats and the service is nothing but superb!

This place is fantastic. The customer service is top notch i was blown away with how above and beyond they went and not to mention the meat is exceptional quality. I purchased wagyu tomahawk, tenderloins, salmon, mahi mahi, halibut, quail poppers and jalapeno cheddar sausage. Only tried the tomahawk and the quail poppers thus far and both were amazing. Excited to try the rest very soon and will be back to purchase more in the very near future.

Stop reading and go buy your steaks from TMB. We stopped purchasing from Central Market and now will only buy from these guys. The customer service alone puts them miles ahead of anyone else, but the meat....it’s wonderful EVERY TIME. My husband swears they’re better quality than steakhouse cuts. Sides are good too, though we usually prefer to make our own. But seriously, can’t say enough great things about this place. The best.

I came in today looking for lamb shanks. They didnt have any in stock but immediately offered to source some for me! Thats real A+customer service. The guys in there were all wonderful and friendly. I did end up buying a beautiful Texas waygu tri tip! I will definitely be back!

From start to finish - this place is outstanding. It is quite unique in that it is a butcher shop where you can buy high quality cuts of beef (as well as bacon, sausage, shrimp and more) or you can enjoy a salad or sandwich for lunch. We did both! The BLT is fantastic, the signature steak sandwich is delicious and the double standard burger was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The service is stellar, they will gladly answer any questions about any cuts of meat you’d like. In this day of nickel and dining customers to death, I really loved the complimentary coffee and tea! 5 stars we’ll deserved. The Meat Board is awesome.

My first visit was on Valentines Day, with a toddler in tow. Everyone was SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL!! The service was amazing AND my husband said it was the most delicious steak he’d ever had. My second visit, toddler and husband in tow, was five minutes before close. The service was still amazing—fresh sides and freshly cut ribeyes. I’m so happy this place is in the neighborhood! I cannot recommend The Meat Board and the staff enough.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating here. My group of four people were there during lunch hour and the place was packed. Don, took care of us and made sure we had a place to sit and enjoy our lunch. I had a steak sandwich that was very tender and tasty. I will definitely be going back soon to pick up some cuts of meat.

Give this place a visit. I first visited a few weeks ago and got a 13 pound brisket and two racks of beef ribs. Both were fantastic. The folks in there took their time to make sure my questions were answered and were incredibly friendly. They really went above and beyond today. It’s been tough to find briskets with everyone buying up food. I called at 17:50 this evening thinking I could swing by in the morning if they had a brisket. They had a brisket but are closed tomorrow. They took my information, stayed open for a few minutes after closing, and ran the brisket out to me with a smile. They do business the way it should be done. They’ve turned me a dedicated customer!

This place just opened on Camp Bowie in Fort Worth. We went for lunch. I had the toss salad with grilled steak on top. It was delicious. Had pecans, cranberries, feta cheese, baby greens, & a mild dressing. The meat was warm & tender. ... just the right amount to satisfy & fill.

Staff is always so nice and knowledgeable. It doesn’t matter if you are just looking or spending $200. It’s the same top notch service every time.

Very solid burger with tasty homemade chips. Will be a very filling meal for most people. I will be back to try some other options on the lunch menu.

We were excited to hear about this place and went as soon as we found out it opened.Unfortunately, my co-workers and I were not satisfied with the hamburger. It tasted very plain/no seasoning even with all the fixings. On all three burgers, the hamburger meat looked like a fast food freeze dried patty formed in a perfect circle by an assembly line press, and for $12. The kettle chips that came with it were good though. The place/tables were also super small and not comfortable for more than two people.

Went yesterday and picked up some great looking steaks. Customer service could not have been better, recommend just what I needed. Grilled the steaks for lunch today and they were fantastic! Highly recommend this place!

Their meat selection is the best in Fort Worth. Extremely high quality at a very good price. Their lunch is equally as good. I have dealt with Chris and he is very knowledgeable about every cut and very personable.

What a fabulous meat store with the utmost quality beef not to mention the chicken, jalapeño sausage, seafood, salads and fine wine which is very affordable. My husband and I have eaten lunch here and the hamburger, chili hot dog and steak sandwich are to die for and also a great spot for one stop shopping for dinner! This is exactly what Fort Worth needed!! I highly recommend to all!!

When we are in Fort Worth, this is our favorite place for lunch--the beef tenderloin sandwich is excellent. Before we leave, we pick up some steaks to cook at home and add some sides so we are set for another meal or two. The meat is excellent. Don Rea and his friends make sure everyone finds what they are looking for.

You have to stop in at The Meat Board! Camp Bowie has been needing something fresh for a while, and this place is it! Casual, lunch-only dining or takeout from 11-2 M-Sa. Everything weve had has been excellent. Your meal includes chips and a drink with sandwiches and a drink with salads, so its also a good value.We purchased tenderloins, ribeye, and NY Strip steaks along with some of the jalapeno cheese sausage and bacon. All of it was of the highest quality. Some of the best steaks weve had in a very long time at home! Also, if youre short on time, they have a selection of pre-prepared sides and desserts for an easy meal – wine also!Great customer service and a meeting room too if you have a group.

Passed by and thouhgt this was a meat market . I saw a lunch menu outfront and went on in. I ordered a steak sandwich with blue cheese crumbles. I think it is #1 on the menu. It was delicious. Steak so tender it melts in your mouth. I normally would never pay $15.00 for a sandwich, but this was a quality steak, cooked perfect and they were not stingy with the steak. Very, very good . Chips were good too. We also had a little pecan pie to die for. Great selection of really good looking steaks, meats, poultry, fish etc at the butcher counter. Good place, good friendly staff, and the owner cared enough to be walking around making sure every one was taken care . Kuddos for that, since you go to so many places where it is obvious by the service, the owner is never there and assumes his customers are happy until it is too late. Yep, good place . I will be back to try some other sandwiches, and maybe pick up some steaks to do for special occassion some time. Hope this place does well, they seem to be doing it right.
