This campus is amazing! It is super clean and spacious! The bookstore has a lot of in stock items and some nice sweatshirts and t-shirts.

Loved the vibe, Loved the people. We purchased some fantastic literature for our little-one. Plan to visit this location for additional literature!

This place is a good choice to choose from when it comes to getting an education or sighting when running. I like the way that doing what I arrived for as well as being served didnt request too much to enjoy. If your looking for something that fits in these parameters then this is a good place to go. You couldnt miss a plan being here the picture tells you everything. Really cool place to go. Even though I attended South campus this one is nice.

A lovely campus was visiting a family member. Everyone was so helpful. The building designed was easy to understand. Staff seemed eager to help and offer an alternative. A very impressive sight to see these days. Students looked happy and the building is beautiful.

It was very nice place that had practically anything you could ever need for college and even some books for fun along with stress reliever items and self defense protection products. It also sale clothing in all sizes and has a wide variety of food, snacks and beverages all reasonably priced.

Process of buying AND returning was both quick and easy. Would definitely buy from this bookstore again, for books I cant find in other places.

Good bookstore. Things are priced a little bit higher than other stores but that is to be expected. They have a good variety of snaps, school supplies and miscellaneous things.

This campus is so pretty. Also, the bookstore is closed on Saturdays. Booo. Had to buy scantrons at TCU.

When I was picking up my lab manual the guy said I ordered a hard copy of my text book and a ebook when I ordered a physical lab manual. He had me confused for a minute and he was like arguing about it.

They usually have discounts which is helpful. However one of the cashiers was rude to me and sadly I cannot remember their name. This was not always the case because I have met nicer cashiers who try to help me with my concerns and if are not able to apologize.

The guy that helped me find my books seemed very caring and invested in his job. I appreciated that.

So... They have a lot of interesting snacks but the prices seem a little too high for some things. Also, for the textbooks youre better off ordering/renting online.

The best thing about the store is the staff, always very friendly. If you have a question about anything, ask them anything and they will probably know. A little overpriced store but thats understandable.

I go to school there and the bookstore is very helpful.

The employees in the bookstore are just as supporting as everyone else at the school. They make it a point to get you the correct materials.

They just switched to a Barnes and Noble store, so some patience is needed they are still getting accustome to the changes. But I love the staff they are awesome

Nice book store from customer service perspective but always there is no books that needed in the stock.

My daughter goes to High School here... just alittle sad that they dont have a better system on dropping off the students off in the morning.Traffic can be heavy at 7:55am.

I started TCC classes last year and have worked with purchasing books online and in the book store. Most of the time they have the books Ive needed.

The staff is helpful, but they dont honor veterans.

Went to the bookstore yesterday to return a text book that I had purchased that was defective (the whole index was cut in half...literally, and was missing pages.) Im a nursing student so I use that part of the book frequently in order to do well in my studies. The cashier who was helping me seemed very confused. When the manager got involved she was extremely rude and defensive and explained to me they had charged me the wrong price for the book and wanted me to pay the difference in order to get a new book... Mind you I am a student with limited funds and once I buy my books for the semester that other money goes to all of my other numerous expenses. Ever since Barnes and Noble has taken over the bookstore the quality and customer service has gone out the window. This used to be a great place for students to purchase their school supplies, NOT anymore. Im VERY disappointed with how the situation was handled.

When I had trouble with the self service coffee maker, they were very helpful and gave me another cup.

This bookstore is within the TCC Trinitry River campus. The bookstore target customers are college students, however there are a few other items non college students can purchase.

Small business and friendly atmosphere

Why would they charge students more for books, cough drops, tampons, basically everything than other stores? Shouldnt they be affordably priced for students? Then I was overcharged on an item and looked at like a cheapskate because I called them out on it. Shame!
