Great place for books. Always have to stop at a Barnes & Noble everytime I see one. This one is smaller but dont let that fool you lots of different departments like DVD and kids toys, as well as Spiritual, and Christian Books also.

So glad I did ...found four great books. Levi was so very helpful and showed us where every book we wanted was..personality plus from this young man ...I have three boys but would have adopted this one in a heartbeat ...Made my son feel very comfortable looking for his selection in books . Levi is a great asset to your Barnes and Noble family. VERY POLIGHT

I havent been to a B&N in years. There are probably about 50% fewer book shelves than when I was there last. The magazines are out of this world expensive especially when theres digital media available. This is going to go the way of the dinosaurs in only a matter of time. Lots of great cookbooks though and Bibles.

A perfect place to go and get something to read in a COVID world.The store is perfectly clean and organized with every section offering lots for anyone. Rekindle a good reading habit in this world can make a difference!Coffee is excellent and hot. Service is on par with several associates offering to help.

Umm, bought a wedding card for my best friend and somehow there was dead lice inside the wrapped card, I hadnt even opened it yet. At first we thought it was baby roaches inside the wrapping but we researched thoroughly and we think its definitely lice. First of all... Who is rubbing cards on their nasty head? And second of all ... What??

Love this bookstore. It is my favorite place to shop for books. Also, for those who love to color, they carry a wonderful selection of coloring books. The membership pays for itself in the discounts. I look for the emails to check out new releases from my favorite authors and then head to the store.

I went here for my daughters birthday gift and I was not disappointed. They had a ton on the clearance rack and a lot to choose from. I chose a mix of on sale and full price and I still felt I got a good deal after getting the 10% off for becoming a member. I cant wait to return.

Outstanding customer service! I wish i could remember this ladys name but she helped me and my girlfriend find a new series! We told her what we liked and she helped us find the series we went with. My girlfriend is already 1/2 way through book 1 of 7 and we got them last night. Hopefully that lady sees this! You were wonderful and thank you for helping us find great series.

Wow! I will be honest. This was the first time coming here. I was impressed. I never new they have music and toys here. I find some inspirational books that caught me attention. I really came here for some magazines for my vision board. The magazines are pricey . I spent $47 on 3 magazines 🤦🏽‍♀️. I did bought a lap table for my laptop. Awesome ❤️. Overall 5star for giving me the wow factor 😍. Great service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Staff is super friendly, but Rachel went above and beyond to help me find books for my daughter even one that follow the series but mature with her. Just awesome!

I have gotten manga,comics and books at a good price. Tend to go most weekends to keep increasing manga collection.

Obviously a great selection and atmosphere. Coffee and treats is a plus if you want to sit and enjoy a book. My kid loves the toys.

Most every Sunday, after my wife and I have read through the NYT Book Review, we go to B&N to check-out some of what weve found . . . sitting in the Starbucks area. I suspect we spend around $150 / month. I realize that that amenity is a royal pain for the Staff, but we value it very highly.We like the store very much, e.g., their selection as well as their Staff although I think they need to either hire better (in terms of teenagers / very young adults) or emphasize customer service to those whom they do hire. I miss Borders, but nothing lasts forever.

Really helpful staff and a wide range of books of all genres. The lady who helped me was named Tess and she was very sweet and patient with me. The whole place seems really well kept and clean with a great air to it.

I wish they had chairs and tables in the book store not just the cafe but love the employees always will to help and keeping a reader positive and steady

I love Barnes and Noble. Use to go there all the time. Wish there were some chairs somewhere. Every chair in the place has been taken away due to COVID the employees said. Very hard to check out reading material to purchase standing up.

Extremely poor customer service. I called there to purchase several books. They would not let meorder them over the phone. The two persons I spoke with were rude and argumentative. Called the Arlington store and they were great! Took care of my requests. I won’t buy from the Helen store again.

Good place for shopping for books, but not planners. I wanted to get a planner today (2/8/2021) but all the planners there started with July to Aug 2020. So it would be 7 months of the planner that wouldnt get used. There was no planner that started Feb or Jan 2021, which I would have preferred. Besides that, its a nice store.

Books in hand while books yet to be discovered is lost in todays need for fast. It was a delight watching a mother read to her son from a book he was asking questions and pointing at pictures. Also the staff was absolutely hands on and very nice. Nostalgic!!

Was wanting to purchase 6 books I couldnt find the first It will be ok by Dana Perino the girl showed me where the book was located walked away I looked all over couldnt find it after awhile I decided I will order my books on line from some where else customer service is dead and gone.

Been going here for years, never experienced any bad service or anything of the sort. Just a great book store with a great staff, look forward to coming here for many more years!

Great staff and selection

Not really a place where I go to buy books, anymore. Their selection of books is limited and they are always asking me if I want to order a book, instead. Their music selection is even worse. But, they have all sorts of interesting DVDs. They also have an excellent selection of Christmas gifts during that time of year!

This place is just as comforting as a warm log cabin in the middle of a snowy winter night. Extraordinary as always. :) 👍🏻

Love a good book! They have a great selection. They are full of employees policing masks in a state that no longer requires them. So much so that they are no longer friendly and just come off as a Karen!

Its really hard to find what one is looking for inB&N. But, it is a good bookstore. And their information kiosks are great. The employees at the kiosks are very helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff are friendly and helpful, they have a large selection. If youve been to a b&n you kinda know what to expect for the most part. Ive never had a bad visit there.

Had to buy, A Wrinkle in Time to refresh my memory of a classic that was required reading when I was in school. Plus its nice to hold and read the actual book. My daughter and I are looking forward to seeing the move March 2018.

Walked around the entire store needing help with contemporary art. No one asked did I need help. The workers at the little center island were talking mostly about leaving, not helping.

Just noticed today they aren’t accessible as they could be. No obvious accessible parking or ramps. Only come here to avoid Parks Mall so my kiddos can find their manga books. How’s this possible? Need to work on being more accessible. O

One of the last few left in the metroplex and I love it. Everything is well organized and clean. The staff is super helpful and nice. The cafe is wonderful. They do serve starbucks drinks but the bakery selection is different and they have so many options to choose from. My go-to is a slice of original cheesecake and a tall caramel macchiato but the rustic apple tart is delicious as well. Yall enjoy!

This is a good, clean location. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and took time to answer questions in depth even though they were extremely busy during the visit.The location is organized, clean and is obviously very popular (at least on the weekend we visited).We didnt visit the Cafe, but it was clean and presentable as we walked by.I would definitely visit again.

They had the titles we were looking for and the young lady at the register was very respectful. The ladies Restroom did need attention.
