I have had the pleasure of having Ron, Mike and Robert work on my 1996 Seadoo Speedster. This is my first boat and I bought more of a project than I thought I did. The trailer that came with the boat was toast so I knew I couldnt get it to a dealership so I looked around for mobile repair and came across Aquaholics and I am so glad I did. Other dealerships told me they wouldnt work on my boat so I was thankful to find mechanics that are well versed in every type of boat you could imagine. Not only did they work quickly and professionally they were able to get my boat in the best shape its been in for many years which gives me another outlet for more fun during these quarantine times were in. Unlike a dealership they didnt try to nickle and dime me any chance they got to try and squeeze more money out of the jobs. In fact, they have been extremely reasonable with their costs and I am very thankful for that. As long as I have a boat Aquaholics will be my first and only call when I need advice or repairs for my boat.

Dropped the boat for a new engine block in March, they said they “fixed” it but when I took it out it didn’t even start correctly and from then on it was in the shop. Everytime they would blame it on a part and install a new part but still nothing. It’s been 5 months now and the boat still doesn’t run. Wasted time and money.please do not take your business here

Gave my boat to replace engine, he agreed to do it in one week for $5800.00 out of door, it took him 2 months to put engine in and we paid him full amount but boat didnt even started, took back to him then he said it is starter, we paid extra for starter again it didnt work, then he said its flywheel and we paid $1800 more to get it done still it didnt work, it started but back firing, then he said its carbureto again we paid $700 for it, still not stopped back firing, then he said its propeller, that boat is original with stock propeller, we bought the propeller but boat never worked, its still sitting for 5 months as he put faulty engine in it, he is just a rip off and doesnt know anything about engines, he do experiments with your money, please beaware of this shop, do not trust this shop, I live under one mile of this shop, if anyone want to see the proof I can provide it anytime, I am taking him to the court as he gave me written warranty for one year, he stopped answering phone, I will do all the legal remedy to stop this scammer to scam people.

Fantastic Fantasic Fantastic is all I can say. I was planning an out of town trip and assumed the boat was good to go and 1 week out it wasnt. I dropped it off last Thursday and got it back the next Monday! Got it running from sitting for 4 years, carbarator kit, fuel line flush, chainged oil, checked enging compression, and lower unit oil, and I even asked if possible to fixed a bunk board on my trailer all for under $400! I have several friends with boats and will certain direct them here! Thanks Ron I would have had several sad faces if it wasnt for you! Will see you soon to get her winterized

I’m providing an update for the below review. I did sell my boat after having such a terrible experience with this mechanic and ended up purchasing a new one. When I went to do the trade-in a different mechanic said that The work I had done was completely incorrect and he was surprised that the boat had not sunk in the water. He said he could not return the boat to us unfixed, because ethically it would be a great danger to keep the boat on the water.. As I suspected of these crooks basically put a Band-Aid and repaired nothing and I would’ve been in deep trouble if I hadn’t traded this thing in. Their company name has also changed, but luckily my review went along with the business. They used to be called Aquaholics.**** update*****I hate to give a review this negative to someone who I thought was a nice person and helpful. Ron repaired my water pump through another person and because he seemed fair I called him directly when my boat was still having problems. After an initial 1k, for fixing my power steering, I now was facing close to $2k in repairs. He said “this is what it will take if you want it to run great.” He had the boat ready that weekend which was great, but didn’t give us the opportunity to run it in the water with him present. He advised us to sell it soon, market is crazy with people wanting boats due to covid. The next day, we took the boat out. After accelerating, the power steering became very bad. We immediately called and texted multiple times. We looked and the belt slipped off. This is the first time we put it in the water after paying close to 2k to run it great. Ron has yet to respond, he essentially has ghosted me. Why? Putting a belt on should be easy for him. When looking at the other repairs, he never showed me part receipts or break out the expense. Now I know one part he put on was not new. I have no idea what he fixed but ghosting me and not replying back is so unprofessional. I gave him many chances to respond. Again I know he is starting to build a business, but Ron you can’t treat customers this way. He definitely is not a 5 star mechanic if he is treating people that way.
