I dont normally leave reviews but Giulia at the Fort Worth BT Furnishing has exceptional customer service. We had a bit of a hiccup on trying to get a certain sofa from other BT stores but once we made it to the Fort worth location, Giulia took great care of our needs and ensured we got what we wanted without delay. She even stayed passed her work schedule to assist in finding the perfect rug and giving a great idea of color accents I can use to bring life to the sofa!! This is what going beyond the call of duty looks like..thanks Giulia and if we didnt live in the Forney area I would definitely only patronize your store location. BT Furnishing hired a jewel when they hired you!!

So I got my furniture on Thursday 4/1/21 and love it. This morning I noticed my love seat is broken, so I called and thankfully they’re open (Easter Sunday) Johnny took care of my call and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with his customer service,friendly, took time to listen to my problem and solved my problem also he was so sweet. Store had the dining chairs we were looking for that were discontinued by the manufacturer. Found it initally at another furniture store that had only one in stock. Quickly found BT Furnishings online with the chairs and stock and easy to purchase and load up the car to bring them home.

Bought 2 chairs and 2 desk on clearance great customer service. They have alot of good deals and items on Clearance.

Me and my husband bought this sectional from BT furnishings and were very exciting that we found the perfect sectional for our home; for the price that we could manage as well !! BUT you get what you pay for less than 6 months later the back of the couch began UNSTAPLING, I assume the plywood in the center of the couch has cracked and caused couch to sink, the springs did not hold up causing our guest and our selves to be sunk into the cushions, we had to place reinforcement cushions under the pillows just not to fall In the couch! When buying the couch my husband asked do they offer a warranty or protection plan the young lady stated that it covers stains and such but the furniture is pretty durable and most of the time isnt needed for our type of material so we declined. The same with a box spring that we bought for my daughters twin bed; plywood as well I guess it cracked and caved in ... we got wiser and bought better quality box springs and got rid of the couch until we find a suitable replacement. We do not have little children, so nothing has been done to cause this type of damage to furniture in such a short length of time. Needless to say we learned our lesson

Update: I am very satisfied with the way they resolved this issue for me. They reached out to me immediately and the guys are here building my dresser as we speak, much sooner then they said previously. Again, they have good quality products and im assuming this was a one off mishap. I would suggest them to family and friends and we will be a continued customer with BT. Btw, having them do the delivery and building is definitely something I recommend.We purchased a desk there a few months ago which we built ourselves. It was good quality. We just recently paid over $1,700 for a bedroom set which is good quality but when they delivered a week later, they forgot to load the most expensive piece (the large dresser) that is supposed to have a mirror attached so they said they would get back with us. They did not. We have reached out several times and they finally said it will be delivered over a week later. Im surprised weve suddenly become less of a priority. From what I understand, the dresser is in Dallas and just never got loaded on the truck. I dont understand why its taking so long and meanwhile we have a mirror just sitting in our bedroom hoping the kids or animals dont break it. I may update my review if they decide to make this right somehow but for now, Im disappointed in the service we have received, especially since we have the rest of our house to furnish and I might have to find a different place to do so. On a side note, they do have good quality, visually appealing products.

Excellent service inside the store from an employee that said he just started working there, Johnny. We were given 2 dates for when they could deliver our furniture. We asked if it could be delivered before a certain time so that I could pick up the kids from school. Furniture was delivered within 2 days within the time frame requested. Received a text and a phone call from Ed when the delivery truck was on the way. Really good communication and fast delivery. Our sofa and loveseat were floor models and in perfect condition.

I love this place all the staff is extremely nice and attentive and they always greet you when you come in Ms. Julia is so sweet and she gives her honesty on things about the store and very knowledgeable about the items. I will be back and will also let others know about this place

We came in on a Saturday, maybe an hour before they closed & we were still greeted very warmly by the ladies in the front. Right away, Sierra L. asked if we needed any help & if we did need any help to let her know. We browsed for a while & they have a good selection of anything you may be looking for to furnish your home! With pretty reasonable prices, as well! We got a dining room set off the floor (because we didn’t want to wait for it to be shipped from their warehouse) & we were given 15% off for it. We also found a super comfy bed set; they have so many to choose from. Sierra, once again, was super helpful & very informative about what we were purchasing; she made everything go so smooth & was also fun to talk to! The warehouse guys got everything loaded and wrapped into our truck so fast & everything was very protected. Both of the guys were also so nice & very helpful (I just don’t remember their names)! Overall a great experience, from beginning to end, & we will definitely purchase from here again! :)

I spent over $2000 with this company a few days ago. One of the dressers were delivered with a huge broken piece missing. The manager told me to come back to the store to pick something similar. I drove back to the store and did just that. Then they tell me I need to pay the difference in the $60.00 (although there was nothing else in the store similar to what I purchased). So I use my gas, my time my energy with these people and there was zero compensation for their mess up. Spend your money elsewhere with a company who appreciates you choosing them.Update: Someone called and attempted to make the experience righteous. Truly appreciated.

Love BT furnishing. Got my work desk from the Cherry Lane location and staff was very helpful and they are not pushing a sale on you. They also have good decorations to choose from. Jarca was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us and made sure we left happy. We will be returning.

As usual while making a sale, you get good attentive service. However, after purchase, no info on delivery time as stated and when I called no one answers the phone.😡😡 I expected better service than this especially since there was no issues on my end at time of paying.

So let me say this, they went over and beyond to help me. I lost my kids screws to their beds and really couldnt afford to spend money on replacement beds plus the beds were less than a year old. So I called and called and finally a sweetheart heard my cry and said we got you. Thank you to David and Eric and everyone at BT Furnishings on Cherry Lane. Eric took time out of his day just to find the bed and screws and was awesome and he Eric is cute by the way lol. Great Store, Great Customer Service. Happy I chose them for my kids beds.

Did purchase a sofa but not at all the one I wanted...was willing to pay extra for the one I did want on display cause a guaranteed delivery time could not b given in a timely manor to order one like it...so ultimately I am not completely satisfied...offered the mgr at the Fort Worth location 100.00 to $500.00 more for the one I did want which was on on display cause the amount of time to get one in was a rediculous long time frame and even that time could not b guaranteed...so again NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED....P.amela Adams

I went in a few days ago to pick out a new couch and bedroom set, I had been in the past and really liked my wide options.I called before hand and spoke with Jensy, and when I arrived she assisted me through the vast majority of my search, she was courteous, respectful, informative, and professional...as someone who works in sales, she gave me the same experience I try my hardest to give my clients as well. Which is incredibly important!But this isn’t what truly stood out to me. I’m also a single mother of a three year old. Jensy and Denise (now formally renamed Nick, by my daughter) made both of us not only feel welcomed, but treated us like we had been friends for years. The small important things for me when I go into any store, is to see that it’s a team of people working together and having fun at the same time. And that’s exactly what everyone at this store showed me. They’re like family to each other, and they make their customers feel included.

5 years ago I had just signed a lease on a duplex. I had no furniture at all and I was on a fireman’s salary so I had little to no money. I googled “cheap furniture” and the first thing that popped up was BT Furnishings. I was able to purchase all the furniture for my duplex for less than $1600. I wouldn’t say I regret it because it lasted for about as long as you expect a futon would last for. If you drive around hopefully you can find some curbside furniture. If you have no luck with that come down to BT FURNISHINGS. **Se Habla Español**

I needed a Twin mattress for my grandsons new bed. Hubby waited till the last minute to decide to run up the road and get it. By the time we got loaded up in the truck it was 7:55pm. I looked up the nearest BT Furnishing. Their site said they closed at 8pm and i asked if they could wait just 5 minutes for us to get there. I described what i needed and Stephanie started to process our order before we arrived.Once we got there, she took us back and showed us the mattress we were looking to buy. She was very curtious. Helped us out, and took the time even help us get it loaded! I will be shopping here from now on for any of my home furnishing needs! I was VERY impressed! Would recommend Stephanie and BT Furnishings to anyone looking for anything in furnishings!

I got 1 out of 2 things that my family and I wanted because of price. I am happy with what I got but I liked the floor model better. I wish I could possibly return or exchange but because I chose to build it myself, I can not. The lady that came and talked with us was wonderful and I liked talking with her but Im a little disappointed with my new chair. A place in Saginaw offered me a nicer chair but was a bit higher then what I wanted to pay. I liked that chair a bit better but I didnt want to pay that much and now I kinda wish I had. With all that said, I still like this chair but will probably not be coming back to buy something from here.

Slow service. The lady helping load the furniture was not very careful. The website is misleading. There was a picture of a table and 4 chairs. The price said $199. When I got to the store they said it was a set and it would be $258. Supposedly the table by itself was a $199. This was very disappointing to hear. And the employee was not very apologetic for this period I feel like I should have been given the price advertised.---Edit to say that David R. contacted me to remedy the situation. I recieved a refund for the difference and couldnt be happier. I also found a rug that goes perfectly with my new dining room table!

I have gotten so much of my furniture from this place. I used to love in White settlement but moved to benbrook and still drive over to BT to pick out new stuff. I have gotten my living room set, 2 bedroom sets, as well as a desk and comp chair! Id say its decent pricing for decently made furniture. Furniture can definitely get expensive.

We were a little nervous about coming here because of the reviews. However, we were impressed with the quality of the furniture and guest service. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a smile. She led us to the sofa area and answered all of our questions. Once we found what we were looking for, another employee guided us through the purchasing process. The freight loaders quickly and carefully loaded my truck and we were on our way. They were like a well oiled machine. Very happy about the service and our new sofa.

I went to this place 3-4 days a week to find furniture and they were patient with me every time. I found sofas at another place but they had a really good deal on a dresser for my daughter room that I couldn’t pass up. They’re very friendly and nice. Everybody speaks and make sure you’ve been helped. Andy is patient and kind so is the redhead (sorry I forgot her name) and Lacrempshia (I think that’s her name) they were all very helpful! Oh the store manager was nice to us today as well! I’ll definitely return!

Place is huge, clean and staff is very accommodating. Purchased a daybed but wanted to know the size of the box to make sure it would fit in my SUV. They immediately answered my question and two men loaded it up for me and helped provide the safest method of securing the bed since the rear door wouldn’t shut. They will give discounts to military personnel, unfortunately I’m not one. But it was a great experience! I’m a repeat customer and will be back again when future needs arise.
