My experience at the Ridgemar location was exceptional. I worked with Mr. Kyle who was very knowledgeable,professional and courteous. He made sure I was comfortable with my purchase and informed. This was very different from the service I received at the South Cooper outlet location with Joel who tried to charge me $299 for an adjustable base that was actually free with my purchase.. then made it sound as if he was giving me a deal to sell me the free item at $200. I think the holy spirit for interceding and I think Mattress Firm for having multiple locations!

I left very informed but not pressured. Went to lunch and made my decision. Emma made sure I knew exactly what I was looking at and trying.She listened to what I wanted before showing me anything. It was a pleasant experience.

My husband and I recently visited this location in search of our very first king size mattress. We had previously visited other mattress stores and never received the attention that we needed because we had a lot of questions and nobody seemed to care or have the time to help us. The minute we walked into this store, Emma greeted us and was super friendly and patient with us. We had a lot of questions since both my husband and I have different preferences and although Emma had other clients step into the store, she was very professional, respectful and considerate while attending to us both and the other clients at the same time. Emma was super sweet and fun! Not only did she help us get an awesome deal but she made us laugh so much as well! I highly recommend this place and Emma! Went to Sleep Experts Ridgmar first and waited over 30 minutes and no one spoke or waited on me. Remembered Mattress Firm in Ridgmar and was greeted as soon as I entered the door. Spoke with me sales lady with a few questions and she had all the answers I needed and we began our tour. After a short period, we had reached the product I was looking for and then was offered a chance to see some up grades. There was never any sales pressure and I left with exactly what I was looking for and wanted. I could not have asked for a better experience or mattress than what I had with Mattress Firm.

This location is the truth! They work with whatever budget you have and still may save you money. I was able to stay a lot under my own budget and got a fantastic deal on a very thick and comfortable Queen matress. They even got me financed for $1000 that I may use in the future. I purchased 4 mattresses from this store, did it all over the phone & have to say my experience here was excellent.! From the start the manager Emma was kind & gave me the call back she promised (most furniture store don’t call back) & she was nice and very informative. I was able to set it all up over the phone with her & the delivery was fast & perfect. I was kept in the loop via email & phone the entire time. Would definitely recommend & will definitely purchase from THIS store again as long as Emma is still a manager here.!!!

I bought a mattress here 7 years ago and unfortunately had to file a warranty claim. I had to go to the store to find what I like and call in what I was going to want for the credit of the old item. Only negative is the salesman Andre does not get commission or notice of a sale since he did help me in finding the new bed, mattress covers and even helped me with while on the phone with the warranty department. Andre was of great help, polite, patient, and friendly. Thank you Andre for all of your help!

I went in just to see my options not thinking I would even get approved for new mattress, after speaking with Remon he was able to get me approved with the most excellent customer service. Ive had back pain for awhile now and he was able to get me into the exact bed that helped me with that and more. Now I enjoy a comfortable nights rest with no pain.
