Great people, fast turnaround! I had nametapes made for my Navy uniform and wasnt comfortable using the initial font they created, but they had them redone in a flash! Great customer service and so nice to work with.

I am beyond impressed with this business. They promised the project would be completed in 5 days, and they called for me to pick up in less than 24 hours. The price was more than reasonable, and as evidenced in the pics below, the finished product is beautiful. I will definitely use them for any future monogramming needs.

I was told my items would be ready in a week 3 weeks ago. When they weren’t ready at the first week they told me they’d be ready in one more week. Then it was impossible to get ahold of them. They weren’t ready on the second finish date they gave me then they gave me a third date. I waited 2 days after the third finish date to call them to ask if they were finished only for them to finally tell me they haven’t even started them and don’t know when they will. The owner is rude and inconsiderate. She does not care about her customers. I’ll never use this company again. I’d give them negative stars if it was possible.

We have used You Name It Design and Embroidery for many years. Chris has embroidered all sorts of things for Buffalo West Restaurant and has even labeled tennis balls that we give out at the Z-Bonz Dog Park across the street. Great service and very cost effective prices. They are the nicest people.

Chris did an amazing job on a photographers backpack I had bought as a gift! She was creative in finding a way to embroider it given the complicated design of the bag and had great recommendations on color to maintain the look of the bag. First time using this place. Needed some name tapes made for my uniform and these ladies hooked me up. Dropped it off had the name tapes made and everything else I needed sewn on in less than 24 hours.

Got my graduation stole in at the last minute and was so worried I wouldn’t find a place that could get it done on time. Not only did they get my stole done days in advance (only taking a couple days to do it), they did EXACTLY what I wanted!! I couldn’t have been happier! Great customer service, and a great product! Will definitely be getting any embroidery done here again!!

I am changing my review after my last experience at this business.I came here to get my baby’s birthday shirt made like I do ever single year. I brought in a picture of the shirt design and was told they can replicate it and I was told to text the design to a phone number so they could have it when it was time to make the shirt. Usually when I come in they sit down with me and we pick out the font together to make sure it’s the right one. This time they didn’t do that but assured me they have that font or something very similar in their system which I was fine with. The owner I believe, kept saying it could be made just like the picture. A few days later I received a text message of some design options for the shirt which were nothing like the picture I sent her. I mentioned I wanted it to resemble the picture I sent her and she corrected the design. The design had a party hat on it and the party hat she placed on it did not look very good to me. I asked her if she could change the hat to something more similar to the photo and she told me she couldn’t do it and these are the only options for the time frame and that she could just remove the hat completely and leave it at that. That’s not what I wanted at all and I offered to let her keep the shirt longer in order to change the hat, I was even going to push back a photo shoot appointment I had scheduled just to make sure the shirt looked right. About ten minutes later she sent me a picture of the hat design that was exactly like the picture I originally sent her. I was happy she fixed it but I was also confused on what the problem was and how I couldn’t have another hat design and why she just wanted to remove the hat completely instead of changing it. When I came in to pick up the shirt and I told the owner which shirt was mine she smirked and laughed as she shouted to the back that I was here for the shirt. She also told me she didn’t see a problem with the first hat design...if I’m paying $30 for a custom shirt and I get told that they could replicate it exactly then that’s what I expect and if cannot be replicated then I would like to see other options. I also didn’t like how the lady just wanted to take the hat off completely to avoid the issue instead of trying to correct it.I didn’t feel valued as a customer after this happened and felt like they didn’t care about my business. I came here for all of my embroidery needs and recommend this place to many people. I will be looking for a new place to give my business to.

I called Chris an hour before closing, she was so helpful with a last minute gift I needed to get customized. She stayed after hours to finish my order with no notice. We’ve been using them for a year. And have had so many problems. If the owner is not there, the children who work for her know absolutely nothing. And they are there the majority of the time. Which is completely frustrating. No info, no return callbacks, no emails. Nothing. Delays and lost art work and not able to figure out which fonts we had used on the same design on previous jobs. We wanted to partner with other local businesses and this had been a beyond frustrating experience. Communication between employees about customers’ jobs and then communicating to us is vital for our projects and we have been unhappy with this disruption for some time.

This place is wonderful! They spent time to make sure we picked the font that we wanted. Even whe they were extremely busy they took time to sit down and ask wha we really wanted. Our projects came out amazingly well! We are so so pleased. Price was great and the work is quality. We will be back!

Chris is fantastic! I had a special request to embroider an apron quickly and I was worried when I saw other shops quoting a week or two. I emailed the design to Chris in the morning and she had it fully ready to go in the afternoon and was even willing to rush my order, having it ready the same day!! Thank you so much!

DONT DO IT !!!Dont go here to have something embroidered.Go somewhere else. Go anywhere else!Im not sure how this place stays in business, if they have as much trouble with other simple orders, as they did with mine. I even paid extra for rush. It WAS NOT DONE on time.I would never reccomend this place to anyone. The work was poor and service offered to correct the issue was extremely minimal.

I was promised results by a certain time, even paid extra for it..but all I got was ripped off. This has nothing to do with the person at all but as far as the business, I am extremely dissatisfied at the lack of respect displayed. If a business is unable to reach a deadline then it shouldnt state that it can. Waste of time and money. Cancelled payment due to no service. Please do not judge based on my experience. To each its own, but I will NEVER USE YOU NAME IT AGAIN!!!. Horrible
