I do business with them all the time putting decals on our work vans and has made uniforms. They are always easy to work with and friendly as could be. Good people.

We went to get embroidery and did not go well. The owner Juan and the manager Roberto were both rude and not helpful. They did not want to compromise and make it right. They didnt apologize for their mistake and ruined 25 shirts and other items worth over $500 because they didnt follow our directions and the quality of the embroidery was poor. We will not do business with them again.

I placed an order for more than 20 feet of embroidery and the manager did not do the work as requested, the work was very unprofessional and at no time did he apologize for the bad work he did, I spoke to the owner Juan and it was worse. He behaved very rude and despised that he did not even let me explain what he had done. Very bad experience with this company.

It would be better if customer service was friendlier.
