The shirts I ordered look awesome. My customer is happy.

Poor customer service. Does not honor price qoutes that they give. They choose to ignore messages and emails when there is a customer service issue.

Have been doing business with hightech grafix for a couple years now and have excellent quality and service. I really enjoy working with High-tech Graphix! I recently have worked with Heather and Morgan but have also met a few of the others when picking up orders and they have all been very friendly and helpful! I have had screen printing and heat press jobs done here and they have done great on both!

Such a pain in the *** to work whit these guys im trying to reach to dominos i swear im from canada and you cant understand what its been like working whit thise guys plz just wait for you brand to find another printer for your apparel cause these guys dont know **** about whats its like to run a buisness you got to make your customers happy at any priceEsspecially in a case like mine...Longstory short i had a bailcliff guy going to my parents home when they already had charged me like almost 100$ for shipping.

As graphic designer for my company I choose to use HighTech grafix because they are helpful in finding the best solution for a project whether it is big or small. Their prices are fantastic and the print quality on our jobs has always exceeded my expectations. Robert is a master printer who we trust more than any other DFW print shop. Also, Patty always gives us super helpful and attentive customer support. As you can tell myself and everyone at our company are BIG FANS of Hightech Grafix!

VFW 2494 has done business with this Company on several occasions. I have found them to be very helpful in planning, design and completion of the project.

Muck Boot Shop is one of their businesses. Although the muck boots are good boots, their employee, Bryan Nichols is rude, snotty, and hateful. I placed an order and there were problems and in his email about the issue, he put LOL which offended me. When I tried to call to investigate why this problem occurred, he got on the phone and was so extremely hateful and offensive. Ive used Muck boots for over 20 years but soley because of his awful behavior, I will NEVER buy these boots again! There are other boots that are just as good and their company employees know how to interact with customers. I tried and tried to finish a sentence but this rude person kept talking over me and when I very nicely asked if I could finish saying what I wanted to say, he gave an emphatic NO. There was no resolution, he was still mouthing off and being degrading so I hung up. Buy your boots someplace else, not from the Muck Boot Shop or any subsidiary of this company.

Over priced, and unable to compensate for mistakes they make.
