My brother in law took his car here to have an overheating problem fixed. They replaced the water pump and said that was the problem when not even a day or 2 later after receiving his vehicle it started overheating again. He tried calling them to let them know and can never get anyone to answer the phone and tries to text them back which is very unprofessional. They want to argue saying they have to pay to get it fixed when they didnt fix the problem in the first place. Not only that, since the vehicle was dropped off there a week ago or longer they hadnt even tried to look at it saying they were backed up. They didnt even remember or know they had the car there

Paid 195 for my converter on my Toyota Carolla 2010 and toyota said it would be 1,500. The men there where super respectful to me (a women by myself) I dont feel they took advantage of me. Would totally recommend.

Dont come here, theyll claim to fix your car only for the check engine light to come back on later. They charged us extra for not doing the job right the first time. I promise you that youll end up coming back here later because of shoddy work. They also have horrible customer service, youll find out for yourself by just calling them. Lastly, expect your car to stay with them for weeks if not months.

So not cool. I took my truck there because, of course, the dealership recommended them. I was told that Jorge work on the truck before I bought it. The issue I ran into was the truck idling high and riding rough. The first visit, Jorge checked the transmission and said that since it wasnt slipping, there isnt a problem. He told me to drive it more and see if it cleans up. As soon as I left, the check engine light came on. I read the code and the errors that came up were related to a vacuum leak. I took the truck back to them and told Jorge exactly what the issue was. I left it with them and he said they would call me back when they found something. They had my truck for 2 days and did nothing. I went down there to speak with them in person. He wasnt there so the receptionist had to text him. My truck was parked out back. She told me that he ordered a part and it would be in that day at 1. He said that he would have it fixed by the end of the day. She told me to call back at 3 to get an update if I dont hear anything. I had to call to get an update at 3:30 and the owner told me that it was ready. When I got there, my truck was sitting in the same spot it was before. The guys there called the owner because there was not a work order. After speaking in Spanish for a few minutes, the guy said he was going to grab my truck. I had my daughter with me so I didnt make scene. Even though it was just out back, it took two of them and 10 minutes to get my truck. Im sure that they were just unplugging the battery or clearing the error. When the guy brought my truck around, I got in and saw that the check engine light was still on. The guy acted as if he was completely surprised and wanted to hook it back up to a code reader. I let them entertain for a sec. One guy actually tried to block me from seeing the screen. I called out the error out loud and both guys looked shocked. He asked me if I wanted to leave my truck so they can fix it. I laughed and said theyre not going to fix it anyway. I ended up taking my truck to another place and the guy there fixed it in 2 minutes. A hoes under the engine cover had been pulled lose. He showed me that this cant happen unless someone actually does it on purpose. I think Jorge did it at some point to insure that the truck would have to be brought in. They will not fix your car.

I wouldnt give it one really. Never again. He put a motor and transmission in truck and it lasted one week and hes had the truck for two months and could careless that its costing us money every day the truck is down. Will not return calls. If could get $7000 back, he could have truck because I wonder now if truck will ever be right.

Do not bring a diesel vehicle to them. They dont know what theyre doing. They only occasionally have a diesel mechanic and they literally had our truck for months. We spent thousands of dollars there and finally took it somewhere else to get it fixed.

Took my Civic to get a timing belt and other service done to it. I took the parts and they did the labor. When I went to pick up my car I noticed the parts werent the ones I had brought in. His response was he put better ones on my car, yeah right, I told him to put the parts I brought in. He did, only because I called him out on it. My drivers side floor board was full of grease and oil. I left it and is still that way if anyone want to check it out. Medina use to be good and now he is sloppy. I recommend Baldos Garage down the street. He stands by his work or your money back. Never again Medina!

Did a resonator delete on my Alfa Romeo Giulia for around 40 bucks. A great deal. There was a bit of a wait until they got to me however once they got my car on the lift they were finished within 10 minutes. Be prepared for a wait to have your work done but they do work fast.

Did a great job, exactly what I wanted done. Gave me his professional advice on exhaust work for my Dodge Charger 5.7 Hemi, and it sounds fantastic. All at a reasonable price.

Do not go here I paid 2,000.00 cash for a engine and the installation 2 weeks after driving it it was broke down on road they said it had warranty they gave me the run around bout 3 weeks later they finally picked up my car it sat at there shop for a month but when I paid 2000 they fixed it in little over a week I had to bug them to work on it thei.e.y said they had customers they fixed a fuse supposedly car ran maybe 2 days broke down again took it back myself and they said it would cost 2000 to get engine replaced again although I had a warranty they are bad business I do not recommend I paid cash up front for a engine that worked for 3 weeks never come here my car was worse condition than I brought it

I got 4 new Falken alterain tires installed and alignment. Jorge and all of the staff were very helpfull! Great work and priced accordingly for quality tires and repairs. Medinas was recommended by a friend, I drove 45 mins to get there and I will do it again when needed.

I was advised from the dealer I bought my truck from to bring it to this shop for any warranty repairs... I took it in for transmission shift issues. (06 cummins)I kept calling every week to get an update on the truck and the lady at the front desk would tell me different things everytime I called. I kept calling Jorge the owner of the shop and he would tell me different things as well. Finally after a month and a half later they told me the transmission was out of the truck and they were waiting to hear from the warranty department to see if the repair was going to be covered. So to speed the process up I called warranty and they told me they havent heard from the shop in months. So I decided to go to the shop to see what was going on with the truck and he had the truck parked in the same spot where I had dropped it off with dust all over the windows where he had it sitting so long. At this point it has been over two months, he finally told me that he didnt know what was wrong with my truck.. it took them 2+ months to tell me that ! So I asked him what all had been done in those two months and he said he changed the transmission solenoids and the oil pressure regulator switch He said he had to remove the transmission oil pan and valve body to get access to the sensor. Keep in mind that Im a Technician myself at a freightliner dealership so I know what is going on. I got under the truck and noticed the transmission oil pan bolts were covered in grease, and could tell he was lying. I asked for him to show me the old sensor and he said he didnt have it. After catching him in so many lies I decided to take the truck to another shop that knew what they were doing and pay out of my pocket. And to finish it off, when I asked for my keys they had locked them inside the truck so I had to wait for somebody to go open it. The batteries were also dead from them having it sitting there so long.

First off, the company I work for uses this shop so thats the reason I had used them.My engine had made a loud noise, shuddered then died on the highway. I called a tow service to get it off the highway. My boss gave me the number to this shop and they picked it up the following day. Within 2 days I was told I needed another engine and it would be ready by the end of the week. Instead it took a total of 5 weeks to get it. (Called every day after the first week, on the third week my boss called multiple times as well).I discovered today, nearly a full 2 years later, they rebuilt my original engine and passed it off as one they had bought from Jasper engine rebuilders! Really?(I had called Jasper and discovered that this shop has not bought this particular size engine in over 2 years).Thought something was a little strange when I asked for something stating it was a Jasper engine in case I had to have it repaired, they would not do so but told me they would send a truck out to bring it to the shop no matter where in the state I was at. He then started giving me all of these discounts because our company used his business.So when the time comes to replace your engine please remember to check your receipt for the engine rebuilders name and rebuild number.Finally, question the mechanic like there is no tomorrow because it will save you time and money in the long run.

Baldos garage is the place to go!!!!! Madina told me they didnt know what was going on with my car and it was very major got it fix at baldos for 50$ these people r not real mechanics and dont know what there doing take ur business there very nice n cheap n get it done within 1-2 days my car was at madina for week and they didnt know what to do😂Worst place to take ur car to I got my car and it was worser then when I brought it there and I got in a wreck as soon as I left because one of them whatever they did to my breaks and even more was wrong with it took my car there on weds here comes Friday of the next week no word call there they was very rude and act like I was bothering them its been whole week and I heard nothing from them call them and they told me to come get the car and take it to a place that knows how to fix my car. Cuz whatever wrong with it is major b.s. Took it to another mechanic shop down the street and got it fix for 50$ take your business else where dont waste ur time. They will screw ur car up overcharge u and wont fix the problem they caused on your car they dont even deserve one star. Very angry costomer they dont care about there bussiness I got hung up on more than 3times and my number been ignored worse customer services.
