EDIT 1/5/21: G&M has moved to a new and much larger location! 541 N. Main St. right across the street from Coyote Drive Inn. A lot more parking, bigger customer seating area, still great service and great experience. Please come check this local shop!Absolutely love this auto service center! Cub is hands down the most trustworthy individual in the business. I feel comfortable and confident going in here with my personal vehicle knowing he will 100% be truthful, honest and kind with the diagnosis and best plan for my vehicle. Cub and the mechanics know exactly what they are doing when it comes to vehicles and customer service and do it very well.

G&M Automotive Performance deserves your business! My family had car trouble during a cross-country move and G&M came to our rescue. Imagine your car breaking down in an unfamiliar city far from home... then fill the car with all your stuff that was too valuable to put in the moving truck, your child, and your dog. Stressful! But, I feel blessed that this happened to us in Fort Worth just a short tow from G&M.Although they were busy, G&M fit us in and they were able to quickly assess the situation so we could figure out what to do next. Fortunately, they were able to make a same-day repair that got us back on the road. We were treated with kindness and fairness even though we were feeling pretty desperate. Repair costs were reasonable.I would happily come back to this friendly and honest shop.

I took my Jeep to G&M and could not be happier with their service. They were exceptionally quick with diagnostics and repairs. I could tell they were extremely knowledgeable and a honest shop. Will be taking my Jeep there from now on. Highly recommend!

LADIES- this is the place to go for all auto services, the staff is so nice and knowledgeable and they will not oversell you or be shady. Instead, they thoroughly explain everything to you including options, why your car might need a certain service and they don’t make you feel pressured in anyway to go through with it. They went above and beyond for me and I have referred my mom and will continue to tell everyone I know to stop here for any car services because this place is such a gem.

I went to warrington first time and my car start showing low pressure tyre sign. Just googled and find that garage nearest. He checked all the tyres and pressure. He helped me to reset the sign alert and didn’t charge me anything. Very helpful . 1000 starts

New to Fort Worth and found a nail in our tire. “Cub” and his shop were able to help us immediately, so we gave these guys a shot. Boy am I glad we did! They found two more nails while checking the other tires! Super kind and professional! I now have a trusted mechanic less than 2 miles from where I live. It’s tough moving to a new state and having to go through all the trial and error of finding good people to take care of the services you need. Well I can mark this one off the list! See y’all soon!

I gave you A5 star rating because they are very end they do mechanics to the tires filled Everything full service brakes alignments battery shocks struts what is mechanic work before Bay modern state-of-the-art they are at the corner of Carolyn and South Hills Drive South Hills Avenue on the northwest corner and to go along with the picture of the time on Saturday they close at 12 noon they are closed on Sunday Michelin Goodyear they do have a few vehicles in here for salemoth update December 14th 2017 G&M Tire has repainted the building they are still located in the same location theyre still in service still operating pictures to salinity unfornatly G&M Tire are no longer at this address the idot landlord some how got there lease they have moved call the number and u should find out where the moved to

My brakes and rotors were worked on, oil change and they did a great job! Trustworthy and professional service. Waiting area is nice and clean with Kuerig coffee along with cable on flat screen tv. Marty, Cub and staff are friendly and honest also explain details of what will be done to your car.Will be back.

My boyfriend and I were visiting from Minnesota when our rental car got a flat tire. We found G&M Tire and Service on Google and pulled in hoping they could help us. The owner, Marty, was very friendly and we got our tire fixed right away and at a low cost! The wait was short and he talked with us the whole time. I arrived at G&M early without an appointment because my husband found a nail in our front tire. I was assisted immediately and the tire was plugged and I was sent on my way. The customer service was PHENOMENAL and the speed of which the repair was done was unbelievably fast. I was also provided with a quote for new tires that was very affordable. I would absolutely recommend this shop.

Stopped by G & M tire yesterday morning in Fort Worth as I had power steering fluid leaking from my vehicle only to find they had closed their business. Ive been working with this automotive shop for many years as I work across the street at Cash America. Ive had AC, brakes, 2 sets of new tires, water pump, oil changes and more than likely other items I cant remember worked on. I also recommended this automotive shop to many fellow employees since they had done a good job and were very convenient. I also brought my daughter and my parents car there to be serviced as well. I always felt as though customers were treated with good customer service from Leo, Dan and all the other employees of the shop. I ended up taking my vehicle to a friend of my families automotive repair shop to have the issue repaired but also found that the water pump recently installed by G & M Tire was leaking antifreeze. I called G & M Tire in the West Cliff Shopping Center and they said they could take a look at it but they were four days out. I asked what I was supposed to do for 4 days and he said he wish he knew. I explained to him that it had been repaired by the G & M Tire that had closed their business and he said he wasnt going to argue with me. Not realizing I was arguing I asked for the name of the owner and he said it was Martin Salinas. I asked for the phone # but he would not give it to me. He said I would just need to continue calling until I could catch him there. What a difference from the G & M Tire on Penn St. I was used to dealing with. But they must not need the business anyway If they are four days out. So Mr. Salinas...I would definitely consider looking into the customer service skills of the employees at your West Cliff location and maybe replace them with your wonderful employees from the Penn St location in Fort Worth. Just a suggestion...

My husband and I made a trip from Oregon to Fort Worth to see the NCHA futurity finals. Unfortunately when we arrived in town our brakes were making a bad sound. What do you do in a strange town...ask around and hope. G & M was recommended to us and we are so pleased with the service we received. The brake job was excellent, the price more than reasonable and they even took us back and forth to the Will Rogers Memorial Center so that we did not miss our show. Real down home hospitality to total strangers. Recommend them highly.

Checked a tire for me (I had run over some heavy wiring and was worried about puncture) free of charge. When I offered to pay, they said just remember us next time you need something. I definitely will!

Im new to town and got a flat tire. I picked this place because it was the closest, but now Im convinced its the best. They fixed my flat so fast I was surprised and they didnt even charge me. Id recommend them to anyone.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I dont write many reviews but this angered me so much I had to after seeing positive reviews before walking in. Needed a simple oil change and inspection. Front desk man was extremely uncaring and dismissive as soon as I walked in. I asked for both services mentioned.I didnt have my insurance card printed out but had it in email so he asked me to write down the insurance carrier and expiration date to verify the VIN (I swear thats all he requested). I did, handed it back with a remark about wondering if he needed any more info and he exasperatedly told me he needed the VIN number as well, as if he had asked me to write it down too.When he walked out to check it he frustratedly stated he couldnt read the VIN on my truck and curtly told a shop guy to it for him. Shortly after, he came to me and said it wouldnt pass inspection because of a brake light that is on. Now, Im sure that could be true but Ive had it this way for many years (2005 F150 with 220,000 miles but in great shape) with no inspection problems. This is a known sensor issue that I cant find anyone to solve. I questioned him on this - a bit frustratedly I admit, to be fair, but not rudely. He told me I should go back to whoever it was that passed it before because he wasnt going to argue with me about it! Now mind you this place says they fix brakes. He never once offered to take a look at it to figure out the problem or even ask if I wanted them to. He just went back into the shop and soon thereafter handed back my keys as if they were done. I asked them if they were going to do the oil change. He said, We can do that if you want. Like I never asked to have that service when I walked in!I expressed some displeasure with another customer after they initially told me the brake light issue. He said I didnt want to piss them off because they are the best around and would do work for far less than anyone else. He was clearly a repeat customer because they called each other by name.Needless to say I did not let them change the oil and would never give them a cent of my money.Let me tell you, I dont want anyone working on my truck that feels like they own you and they can treat you so dismissively as a new customer because they can afford not have you as one.It will be worth my drive all the way to the Meineke shop in Mansfield on 157 where they treat you like gold and where I had been getting my truck taken care of for years before moving to Fort Worth. Im calling to make an appointment now.Maybe now Ill stop shaking in anger at this horrible experience.
