Took my Mercedes-Benz CLS in for Service A (oil change and inspection checks) and the process could not have been easier. Appointment was set for the day after I called, so super quick, and they were done about 2-3 hours later. Pricing was comparable to other shops capable of completing Service A requirements. Owner was very personable, taking the time to ask questions and followed up with me afterward to ensure everything was good...hell, the MB dealership doesnt even do that!! As an added touch, my receipt had PICTURES OF THE INSPECTION...how cool is that?!I know that some people may be hesitant because the location is hidden and small, but the service is legit and the shop is professional and clean.Thanks again, will definitely bring my other MB vehicles to you in the future.

I usually go to a dealership since I usually have the car warranty and am switching to a closer cheaper mechanic now that I’m out of warranty. German Drive service is equal or better professionally as well as cheaper. Service items that would take days at dealer are done in usually 1 day. They seem to go the extra mile and aren’t looking for extra things to charge me for BUT do offer advice about upcoming maintenance or items looking worn. I’ve been pleasantly surprised.

Marty and his team are ahhhhmazing! I used them very recent and my experience was great. Owner was personable and very funny. He is passionate about mechanics and stands behind what he does. I took my 02 VW Beetle there and the took care of my sunshine well. They replaced the steering rack and facilitated getting the alignment done for me. The job took a little longer than expected but these things happen with cars. When I went to pick my car up we chatted a while. They cranked my car up to cool while we talked. They truly seemed more like family to me. They are good people.

Those people are very negligent and will break things in your car. And worst, they will not admit that they did it, let alone offer to fix it. Their Manager/owner is a big liar. He will lie to you with no hesitation. I am certain most of those five stars reviews are from their friends and family. Please take your business somewhere else if you love your car.

German Drive found and installed a good used transmission in my BMW. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got the job done even though the transmission came from the East Coast. It only took them a week after I decided to get the work done. It’s been running great ever since. I definitely would use them again if needed, but let’s hope I don’t have to :))

Great experience! First time I’ve used them. Awesome people to work with. They set time expectations, a preview of all the work they are going to complete, and take the time to take pictures of the car before and after. Additionally, they work through text and email which works out perfect for someone such as myself who is tied up at work and can’t take phone calls all that easily. I am very happy and will continue to use them going forward!I had to visit German Drive again, this time for brake pad replacement. They were very honest and stated that more than likely, I will have to replace the rotors as well. Upon review, Marty let me know that the rotors were still good and didn’t need replacement, which was a relief, but did set the expectation that since my car is an AMG, it wouldn’t be cheap to fix. Well, $1500 later and we are ready to go. I don’t trust just anyone with my car but will continue to use German Drive for all of my maintenance and repairs not just for the service, but the professionalism, honesty and reliability as well.

Brought my car in because of the good reviews. Needed a battery for 15 C300. They charged me over $500. Seemed high so I called around. Dealership will do for $200 less...at a DEALERSHIP!!!! I sent a message to see why they overcharged me and have not heard back. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Dropped my 2007 BMW X5 off to these guys because I had some codes come up. I received a email and phone call after they done the diagnostics, they explained everything to me and all the recommendations. Very detailed. They got me fixed up and my X5 is doing great. They even took the time to call me a couple days later to see how everything is going. Wow! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. It’s actually the best mechanic shop I’ve ever been too.

GermanDrive replaced all 3 fuel filters in my BMW 750li. They were very professional and I was very happy with how quickly they were able to get to my car. Instead of taking my car to the dealership, GermanDrive will be getting my business!

Martys and the guys were really good about getting the battery change and A-service done in time and I was very happy with theri work. The cost was 1/3rd the cost of having it done at Mercedes service center. Been going to them for couple of years now and am very happy with their effort and recommendations. BE CAREFUL GUS DOESNT own the business anymore. NEW MANAGEMENT will lie under his name.I took my 2014 Audi R8 to get it fixed and they confidently told me that they would be able to fix it with no problem. This is a 130K car and they were suppose to replace the radiator. They replaced the radiator and didnt put back the radiator fan covers ($500). When they jacked up the car to look at it, they broke both the side panels. The owner said that they would take care of it so i dropped off my car and went home. After couple of days they called me back telling me that it was fixed. I went to pick it up and they didnt fix anything and you can still see the broken cracks on the side panels. Long story short, taking my car to the people i trusted cost me over 1K in damages. So if you have an expensive car like Audi,Mercedes or BMW please be careful as they will probably damage and not handle with care.

Ive worked with Gus for 3 years. Hes always willing to top off my fluids when needed. I have a very small power steering leak and about once a year I need to add fluid. Gus let me drop in on a Saturday- no appointment- filled up the reservoir and I was on my way. I usually need 2-3 repairs a year with the age of my Benz and the work is always stellar.12/30 As is usual, I have had another great experience with Gus. He is quick to save me money and gives me all the options I have to choose from in deciding what to when when my ride has an issue.

Rock solid service! Been coming here since 2017 for anything vehicle related and Gustavo, with his team, have always been a huge help. Owning a German Car is unfortunately an expensive endeavour but these folks make it fair, unlike the dealerships. They take good care of the cars and have never misdiagnosed anything. Staff is incredibly friendly and understanding. I sometimes do my own work on the vehicles at home, but need assistance and send them here to take care of the rest.
