The gentlemen at Windus were so kind and squeezed me in during a time when everywhere was booked solid. They treated me with dignity, which does not always happen as a female getting a car repaired. If you are looking for a collision center that does what they tell you they will do this is the one you need. My Juke was rear ended and they were the ones I selected from the list the insurance company provided me with. I am so happy I chose them to do the repairs. Great customer service. Had a door panel issue. They fixed it right then. Dealership was saying I would have to wait a month to get in or come on a Saturday walk in. Fix was only 10 minutes. Saved me a half day wait at the dealership. Definitely my go to place now. 😎

I simply cannot speak highly enough of this company. They are such honest, decent folks, if you need any kind of repair done, please go here. They are honest about every detail, the work that needs to be done, the time frame--everything. They will keep you updated and are genuinely kind people who will NOT take advantage of you. Ladies, I have been really dishonestly dealt with before because body shops are aware that I I truly dont have a great understanding of exactly what is involved in body work. If you are in the same boat, please just go see these guys--James is amazing, explains everything in easy to understand detail and everything he said was totally accurate. I just cannot say enough good things about the service here--but I have to add that my car looks *amazing!!!!* I had some terrible damage and seriously--my car looks so good--it look so much better than I really expected. I have never been more pleased with any work in my life.

Very pleased with my experience here. These guys are very helpful and good at what they do. I dropped my car off Monday and they had it ready by Friday, not only did they fix my claim but they also took the time to take out a door ding and some minor damage I had to the bumper.. at no extra cost!! My car is back to looking new and based on their customer service I will most definitely be back!

Picked this shop because of all the positive reviews when I had an insurance claim (Hit & Run). My experience ended with 4 stars and the reason its not 5 is because the first time around my car was unfinished at pick up time and I had to come back 2 more times for repairs.I had waited 2 extra days from the date I was given to pick up my car and I waited almost an extra hour when I got there. Then when I came to check my car out, I felt rushed but my car was unfinished. Wrong size clip, gash on tire and bumper not replaced as previously talked about. I was super upset about all 3 and even more when I had to come back the next day and find out I had to bring it another 2 days for the tire. EXCEPT..The second time around was a much better experience. My car was done on time, I had a new tire, my lights were taken off and they replaced my bumper like we had talked about! Even though it took 2 tries, Im really happy with how my car turned out and knowing James is a man of his word. Because of this, Ill most likely return and recommend but of course share my experience so people can decide for themselves.

Best place in town to get your car repaired. Very hard these days to find old school truthful professional people who’s going to treat you right and do a great job while not trying to screw you, James is great down to earth guy and knows his stuff will not let the insurance cheat you either. II wish I knew this place was down the street from me years ago Some people complain about the time it takes but if you want it done right and for the right price I advise you to go to Windus Auto Collision save you the headache.

Excellent shop and attention, they saved me to go to my insurance for a parking lot bump. They even washed my car at the end. There was a detail that needed some extra time. I went back 3 weeks after and they fixed in the spot, no extra charge. Very nice dealing.

When my baby was hit by a pickup truck, I was devastated. Im very particular about where I take my car for any service and finding a collision center who would be up to my standards wasnt easy. After getting way too many repair quotes, and not feeling confident about any of them, I stumbled upon Windus. These guys rock! I felt comfortable with them and confident they knew what they were doing. I was given OPTIONS here that none of the other repair centers offered. They kept me updated on every stage of the repairs- even texting me pictures! They did beautiful work, had it completed when they said they would, and made this trying time a lot easier to handle. I have used this shop three times now. They give accurate estimates, do excellent work, and you get your vehicle back when promised or earlier. Mike and James are both stand up guys! They even offer a Military discount. I highly recommend them for any collision type work, big or small.

Dont write many online reviews but I had to share the great experience I had with these guys. Obviously no one wants to deal with getting a car repaired but these guys made it extremely easy. James was really laid back and friendly but very thorough and helpful and gave me plenty of feedback on the progress on the work they were doing. The repair looked great and even came in ahead of schedule (less than a week for ~$5000 worth of work). Overall I cant think of anything else I could have asked for from a repair service.

I had an amazing experience with this shop. Car accidents create heavy stress. But James was very comforting in this confusing time and kept me informed in the step by step of my van repair. They did a great job repairing my wifes car from a hit and run. Looks great. Only one issue, tires were way over inflated. Appears someone used the max tire pressure on the tires vs the door sticker tire pressure guide.

Outstanding Customer Service! We had an unfortunate run in with a curb/median and these guys were awesome to work with. The job was done quickly and they worked with insurance to get the extra money that was needed to cover issues that were uncovered after they began the repair. One of the parts was a special order and it came in the day before Thanksgiving. They finished up before the holiday!!!! Everything was simple, easy, and the work was A+.The only issue we had, they corrected without issue. Our tire was damaged and they had to send it to be repaired at a tire shop (as they do body work an dont deal with tires). That shop did the repair poorly and actually made the tire bad. I immediately texted Windus with the issue (a week after we got the car back) and without hesitation told me to buy a new one and they would cover the cost, even though they were not the ones who did the repair. $178 for the tire and work and not a blink at the price by these guys.Hopefully I wont need to use these guys again, but if I do, I will not hesitate!

These are the only people I trust with my cars!!! I never went more than two days without a phone call from James letting me know where they were at on the car and how much longer it would be. Im a mom and am on the go constantly. They made sure that the car was not only fixed and looked good, but it was safe for me and my family. I highly recommend them!

I had a basketball goal land on top of my 4runner denting in the quarter panel and scratching the paint. Windus took care of my truck and repaired it in a very timely fashion. Jeff and Mike were fun to talk to in the office and were really good guys. I would trust them with any of my repairs and would recommend them to friends and family.

Took care of everything. No problems. They dealt with the insurance company to get what I needed. I went back for work on a 2nd car. James was able to provide a fix to last until I could get my car in for insurance repairs. I like dealing with this business.

I had to take 1 star away from the job they did 1 year ago. Said they would have the wifes car for a week after rear end accident. If I knew it was going to take 2 weeks would have ask for a rental. Used my pickup and re-damaged my wifes back on these Texas rough roads. I have to say though that they did a 6 star job on the car itself. They even helped us out by giving a ride to get it when it was fixed. Knocked off 1 star for comment that was made. Hope like heck dont need them again cause that comment will make me decide if Ill use them again.

Terrible service! It took over a month to fix and once the insurance started complaining, they finally started. Once I received it back, gaps were off everywhere and cowlings were missing, they didnt replace one of the tires that was covered and refused to give me a receipt -- when asked they gave me a copy of the estimate. What worries me is if they were this lackadaisical about the appearance of the car, were they also with the safety equipment?? Frustrated because I checked reviews online (Google, yelp, angieslist) prior to taking it here and all were positive.
