The store is closing September 3rd 2018. The staff is still going out of there way to help customers. They have a reward program that even though they are closing is still working great. I purchased 2 polo shirts worth 18 dollars on discount and my reward points covered the full cost of my shirts.Also I seen a sign stating this is not the end of Sears. Lets hope not. Thanks Sears and Ridgmar Mall for all the great years and memories from this store.

I love this place.. Always have great deals.. Saw a good necklace for my baby for $49.99, I paid only $13 for it.. And all the leather jackets are on sale.. I am totally going back for one.. Always good deals..

Each time I go to Sears Auto Center the Ridgmar Shopping Area, Im impressed. Virgil always greet me with a smile and an offer for coffee. He and his team are wonderful. Theyre always willing to help and do it with professionalism. Great job Guys. And thanks Virgil for always being there. Vickie

I got what I needed but the ladies at the cash register at the time would rather make fun of a customer who didnt speak English rather than help out and get customers checked out. My cashier was just looking at her coworker pressuring a man to sign up for rewards even though he clearly mentioned many times he didnt want to, and just laughed before she even scanned my item. I only had ONE item and it took about 5 minutes to get through.

My husband and I and our baby, who was in a stroller, were waiting downstairs at the elevator waiting for it to open. When all of a sudden a sea of new young employees in training come out of the back room, the elevator opens, and they all but push us out of the way and pile on when they clearly saw us waiting for it. Cant imagine them being employees if they already suck at as human beings. Poor things mustve not had a mother who cared enough to teach them simple manners and respect.

I was stuck in town with a flat tire. Virgil got me right in and my tire was repaired promptly so I could get back on the road. I would highly recommend Virgil and his staff!

They are going out of business at this location. Great sales and prices are about where they need to be to stay in business long term. Busiest Ive ever seen a Sears too.

I experienced THE WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life at this location with the parts and service department. I ordered a part and paid extra shipping for it, part never came and a refund was supposed to be issued. 3 weeks later and I AM NOW SENT THE PART AND told my order was never canceled and now I have to wait even longer to get my money back.. I will never be shopping at Sears EVER again. Pathetic excuse of a company/customer service. Just plain horrible.

I went in with the intention of buying a tv. I wandered around the electronics for 20 minutes with no service. After my wife asked a cashier to call for assistance we waited for another 10 minutes. The cashier also never uttered a word to my wife and looked at her like dirt on his shoe. I will never do business with sears again.

Everything is 20-60% off due to this location being closed!! I advise anyone looking for a great bargain on household items to go to this Sears!!! (P.s. all mattresses are 60% off!)

Online, I ordered a reconditioned V6 Dyson thatd been used as a floor model. I then drove for an hour from Dallas to Ft Worth to pick it up. As the guy brought out the vacuum, the filter fell out because it could no longer stay in place securely. The roller was full of hair and the canister was full of dirt. There were no documents - no user manual, no warranty information, no box, no way to know what pieces were missing. The manager was nice and agreed that the appliance wasnt reconditioned, and gave me $20 for my 2 hours of driving. Still, I wouldnt recommend you drive out here if you happen to find a great deal online on something marked reconditioned.

I love the merchandise, the sales and the points I always get from them but I swear theres only 2 cashiers open in the whole store, the line is long and moving slow. I cant believe how low only employees they are during the Christmas week.

I was looking to purchase a lawn mower and had been walking around looking for an attendant for 10 minutes. This department was completely bare. Finally saw someone but they were assisting another customer, waited another 5 minutes before my son approached the attendant and asked if someone else could be paged for assistance. Waited 15 minutes, someone new walks into department and attendant 1 tells attendant 2 to help me but attendant 2 walks off. Waited another 10 minutes and I was finally helped. The service in the lawn and garden department at this Sears really stinks. I probably would have had better luck going to Walmart...

The place is closing down there on their final items... Still some really good deals but really picked through.

Lucky they are not out of business. Will be closing the ridgemar mall in Ft. Worth in September.

My favorite store always find good sale prices

I bought a top of the line Craftsman mower and weed eater . The salesman talked me into buying an extended warranty on both . He said if I had a problem with it, I would have to do is take back and i would received a new lawnmower or weed eater. I used the mower and weed eater several times last year. When i tried to use the products 11 months after purchase, neither one would start . The weed eaters recoil broke. I took my products back to store like the salesman said to do, they informed me they dont except lawn equipment anymore and i would have to go to another city to get it looked at. I spent over 2 hours with rude customer service before they said to take back to store and get new equipment. So I did, but they had no ideal what I was talking about. So I called customer service once again. The first lady would not listen to me, so asked for the supervisor. When a man named Tony operator #842427 got on the phone and was very rude and would talk over me when I was trying to explain what had occurred. I am waiting for the store manager to call me back . I am still under the Manufactor warranty, hate to see the service once the extended warranty kicks in . So save yourself a lot of time and trouble and go somewhere else that cares about customer service

Because Sears is an American tradition. I remember shopping in the Sears Catalogs and Im the store since I was a little girl, but it is too far for me to walk to from the bus stop although I would like to visit Sears in the mall again they do still have credit cards. Sears is older than my 58 years so I hope it is around to celebrate a 100th birthday. Thanks

No wonder this store went out of business. The employees werent paying attention to any customers, they were just talking amongst themselves and ignoring everyone else. The discounted items were still very pricey. Not sure how theyre trying to make money when no one will buy your outrageously priced clearance items

Ok but not impressed...no staff to greet you. Nobody at check puts. Nobody to tell you where anything is. Then when told where we could find bathrooms. It smells of poo and very unclean.
