I love this place. I was having difficulty finding a vent hood for an open peninsula kitchen. They had a wonderful selection and installation was perfect.I highly recommend this store. They have beautiful products.

Kinda pricey but they have a huge range of supplies and some truly unique pieces. The showroom is huge so there are plenty of examples.

Impossible to get an operator or sales associate to pick up the phone. Im on the market for a Miele Complete C3 Marin Canister Vacuum cleaner and I wanted to support my local business instead of buying from Amazon. I called four (n=4) times (Saturday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday) to enquire about product availability and price - good luck with that! Every single time, I was the 6th, 7th or 8th caller waiting on the line.... After 15 mins waiting, I hanged up. This is terrible customer service - If I cant even get anyone to pick up the phone QUICKLY or give me an option to have a sales rep to call me back, then I know everything there is to know about this business - backwards/inwards mentality.Too bad, Ive taken my business elsewhere and Im certainly never going to set foot on this showroom... I baffles me that businesses like this still exist with such terrible customer service.

This store has some really nice fixtures

Terrible customer service. Friday, March 5, 2021 I went by there to talk to Lisa in sales (who we have already spent over $4000 with recently). Lisa was busy, I was told she would call me back that day. As of today, 10 days later I still have not heard from her or anyone from Fergusons.

We came in to pick out some fixtures for our new home and found a huge selection with lots of options. Taylor was so helpful and patient with us while we made our decisions we couldn’t be happier. Prices were comparable to the other places we looked but the quality of the fixtures her seemed nicer here.

They have a beautiful selection and decently priced. When it comes to customer service, I would rather take my service elsewhere and we did. I ended up returning the light fixture but they do not have a good process in place for a refund. They dont even give you a slip when you return items but tell you they will call you (after two weeks my refund was ready). Will not go back unless I am dead set on a light that can only be bought from them. Bunch of snotty people.

Worst experience ever. Went in to purchase a light for our kitchen remodel and the the light ended up too big for the space. We exchanged the light for the exact same light in a smaller size and the wrong color was ordered and sent to our house. After returning that light and having the correct color and size ordered AND 24 internal memos about all the mishaps and failures to do their job, I still did not receive my light until the following week after it was promised to be next day air and sent over night. Almost a month later and I still do not have a credit issued to me for the difference in light price. I was told one price in the show room and invoiced for more. Everyone from showroom sales associates to customer service, accounting and the Fort Worth store manager dropped the ball time after time with this situation. We had planned to order appliances and had a bathroom vanity picked out for our bathroom remodel, but after this experience we decided to go elsewhere. If they could not handle getting the correct light to us on time, they are not a company that I would trust with the bigger things. You are better off buying your things from Amazon. Very disappointed.

Great selection of light, bathroom and kitchen fixtures!

Meh.Showroom is nice and has recently been redone. Some of the appliances are hooked up so you can test them out. Not as fancy or immense as Morrisons but they also have a smaller selection on hand to touch and feel.Consultant was moderately knowledgeable. I expected more for the type of dough we will be potentially dropping at this joint. You have to set up an appointment if you want to go through things. We visited the West 7th location in Fort Worth.When you call you are directed to a regional call center who has no idea who you are and have none of your information on hand. I found this a bit impersonal and annoying. They take a message, and then contact the showroom that you thought you were calling in the first place. About 20 minutes later I got a call back saying that my quote would be ready by the end of the business day. This was 7 business days after our appointment. Not overly impressed so far.

Friendly and helpful Salesman “Taylor” and great selection of bathroom and Kitchen fixtures. The prices were a bit steep but they fit the higher end fixture options.

Great place for plumbing lighting and appliances. Very knowledgeable sales staff.

I visited the Ferguson location in FW after getting the run around by another local hardware and plumbing supply company. The other company promised me price quotes three different times and never followed through. I spent over $25,000 with Ferguson and would have done the same with the first company. I wish Danielle Urbana at Ferguson had been the first person I visited. She followed through on all of her promises for pricing and deliverie. They have an incredible selection of plumbing, lighting, kitchen and bath hardware, appliances, countertops and mirrors. Danielle followed my architects remodeling plans, ordered every single item to exact specifications, caught mistakes that were made on the plans, made suggestions for items to give a cohesive design look to my entire home AND did it all with a huge amount of patience. Initially, I did not visit Ferguson because I mistakenly assumed it was a high-priced store in a very expensive location. I learned that they are price competitive and are 10 to 15 percent higher than internet suppliers. It was well worth every extra penny. Without Danielles guidance, mistakes would not have been caught and subsequent work would have been delayed. I highly recommend her services and I recommend Ferguson for the huge selection of merchandise, good pricing and easy to understand price quotes with pictures of every item, as well as the necessary specs. Check them out. You will be impressed, too.

This place is a joke they are not friendly and do not make you feel welcome ! I wouldn’t buy anything from them !!
