A technician was suppose to be at my place between 12noon and 3pm. Never received a call, so I called them at 4pm and was told they would call me on the status of when they would be arriving. They didnt. Called back at 5pm and they still couldnt tell me when, or if, they would be coming to my house. I asked to speak to the owner and was told he would call me on Tuesday, today is Saturday, Im not going to hold my breath waiting for that call. Being a small business owner myself, I find the actions of this company unprofessional and irresponsible. Dont hire them.

Called to get a quote and the man was answering my questions. When I asked about the price of service he hung up on me. I called back several times and got sent to voicemail. Terrible customer service!!!

I never got the chance to find out how well they actually fix stuff. I called yesterday to make an appointment for today, they said someone would be out between 2 and 4 pm and would call an hour ahead of time. No one showed up, and when I called no one answered the phone. Would not recommend.

Called them out because our fridge was not cooling and the technician spent less than five minutes diagnosing the problem. He said he would be back with the part needed in a couple of days. I asked if the fridge would work long enough to make the repair cost effective. Was assured that the part was the only thing wrong and that it should last a few more years. He came out, replaced the part, and fridge was cool for less than 24 hours. Called him back and he said he had to replace the part he just replaced. This time fridge worked for 36 hours. Called again and said they would order another of the same part. Opted to purchase a new refrigerator with no comment from the company other than there is no chance for a refund, even partial. Out $400 plus the cost of a new refrigerator. Should have gotten a better diagnosis than the 2 minute look over. Still waiting for receipt in the mail that I was promised.

FEB 2020, They initially came out and diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator. They were on time and informative, thats the only reason they got the second star. However once it go to the point of actually coming back to do the repair - the first time I was told they were coming out, no one called to tell me they werent coming because they didnt get the right part. I let that slide. Then they told me they would get the actual part ordered, and that they would be out on Wednesday. Once again no one called to tell me they werent coming. I called on Friday morning and the man who answered said that the part they did order was broken and they would put a rush on a new part and he would call me back that afternoon between 4-5. Still no response from them and no answer when I call. So at this point I have been without the use of my refrigerator for just over 2 weeks. My recommendation would be to choose someone else to do your repairs which is what I will be doing now.

I referred my mother to this company she was honestly very much satisfied with this repair service company. They had a very nice young man who had serviced my mother. She had recently told me, he was very respectful. Also very courteous, when he interacted with the service technician. I can honestly recommend this company to me rest of my family.

My Washer was not spinning. I called them and they fixed my washer on the same day. No parts were needed. Honest people. They also looked at my dryer and did not charged me for that. Thank you all. Good service.

This place is very unprofessional. My sister paid for filters for her refrigerator and it’s been two weeks and nothing. I have tried to contact them but no answer. I have left multiple messages so has my sister but nothing. Someone did answer once then hung up on me. I should have made her get the filters online.
