I saw so many stunning & unique pieces, but this was the one I couldn’t do without. If you’re someone that values history, craftsmanship, and beauty, this is a place worth visiting.πŸ˜„The neighboring antique shops were also great with plenty of gorgeous pieces, but K. Flories’ is the largest, so plenty of amazing stuff to see. The prices also make things very accessible!I already have several other pieces that I know I’ll be back for!😁Thank you for introducing me to something I’ll keep with me the rest of my life.

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Recently inherited a bunch of my grandparents antiques and heirlooms after my father passed away and was recommended K. Flories (by one of their longtime customers) as somewhere to get an idea of their value and possibly sell some things. I made clear that I didn’t know anything about antiques, but that one of their customers said I had some great stuff and they might be interested in taking a look. To say the rude woman behind the desk wasn’t interested was an understatement. Not only did she say we were wasting her time and immediately dismiss all of my family heirlooms as cheap (she literally was making faces and going β€œCHEAP!” out loud as she looked at the pictures) but she insulted me and my husbands intelligence by suggesting we would have no clue what a good antique was anyway. That may well be true, and my items may well have been crap…but did I mention I had JUST told her my father DIED and I inherited all of this? There’s this thing called tact, and people should know to have it in professional situations such as this. Honestly, it’s weird she didn’t have any given her seriously advanced age and the Baby Boomer assumption that it’s millennials who have no social graces. Anyway. I’ve never been treated so coldly by someone in my entire life and will be spreading the word. You couldn’t pay me to step foot in this horrible little shop again - I imagine that karma will have something to say about how their employees treat and alienate people since they were totally empty at midday on a Saturday afternoon anyway.

My husband went in they acted like he was a homeless guy, when I called back she the lady on the answer the phone said that it was the owner that spoke to my husband and I said oh wow its the owner and she treats people like that then how does she have her employees treat people horrible horrible horrible you never know whos walking in your door so much money could have been with the store and they just lost a a very wealthy client so you should feel very very horrible about treating him the way you did we will never be in your store and we are going to tell everybody about your store good luck

We always enjoy visiting this store and the owner is very friendly. She gets some very nice things at fair prices.I saw someones review - upset that she wouldnt buy what they wanted to sell. A family member owns a similar store in another town and the requests to buy are non-stop....and folks always somehow think that grandmas things that they dont want should be worth more. I would not hold a decline to buy something against any store keeper.

Absolutely horrible customer service and incredibly rude, condescending sales person. I simply asked to look underneath the slip covers to make sure the chairs I wanted were in good structural condition. I was told I wouldnt get them back on correctly and told the chairs werent right for me. I purchased the chairs anyway because I liked them. But I will never step foot in this place again. I never write reviews but I was so appalled at the interaction I had with the woman with the large glasses that I feel the need to warn others.
