This place is detestable! I was not placed but thrown into this company through TMD Temporaries on the morning of 7.24.2018 at 5:00am. My supervisor was a disrespectful man. I wont mention his name for his sake!This place had me grinding over 100 steel cylinders weighing 15Ibs a piece. The facility is old worn down from decades of operations. There were stray cats and kittens all over the facility. It was very dangerous work and a unsafe facility! My second day of work on 7.25.2018 I was placed back into grinding steel cylinders and was never giving, told to purchase, or offered a back brace. I looked around and all my co workers were Hispanic and had back braces but I didnt. Around 10:00 am I couldnt move my back. Went to my supervisor and he gave me that look like what are you a p.... I spoke to the woman in charge of safety and she blew me off. She didnt care what I had to say and had someone else from upstairs come down to deal with me. Its by the grace and mercy of Jehovah God and Jesus Christ that I accidentally deleted all my pictures of proof!!!! I called there corporate office and spoke with a woman, I will not mention her name. She was very disrespectful to me over the phone and became angry when I told her I had taken photos of my work and the facility. I have prayed to Jehovah God and Jesus Christ that this place is shut down.Sincerely,Matthew
