Great service, friendly and fast.
They have good prices, they have a grate location, but there customer service sucks!I have never felt welcome. I live less than a mile so some times I have to go there but if I have enough time I prefer to drive across town instead of being treated like I dont matter.I guess Im not a big enough client for them.Maybe they dont like cash, who knows.
My experience was positive. They had what I needed and had me in and out in less than 2 minutes.
Talked with kevin what horrible customer service. This place needs ti train there counter people. Very rude and unpleasant.

They dont sell to homeowners directly, really a disheartening realization when youre needing to get the heat on for your household.
