Daniel, the technician, was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and personable.He listened to my observations and concerns.He clearly explained his procedures, damage found and the problems it caused.The repair was done proficiently and the final testing of the unit done multiple times.Everyone at Doc Dancer was nice, attentive and helpful! Doc Dancer did a heating and cooling installation on Monday, September 13th. They arrived at 8:30 a.m. and had the job completed by 2:30 p.m. Two techs did an outstanding job of removing the old system and replacing with the new. They were VERY professional, polite, and did a thorough job of explaining all procedures that we should be aware of in operating the new system. With 5 stars being the highest rating I have no hesitation of giving them a well deserved 5 stars!!!!

Will never use or recommend this company based on how I just witnessed one of their drivers behave. I was driving down S Anthony (and had a green light) when one of their service vehicles pulled out of their facility and right into oncoming traffic. I had to hit my brakes very quickly to avoid colliding with the van, as traffic was going the speed limit and we had a green light in our direction literally right in front of their facility. Naturally, I honked my horn, and then their driver starts cursing at me out of his window. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, especially considering youre behaving on the road like this in a company uniform and vehicle. I cant imagine their service would be any more professional or competent considering he couldnt even keep the road rage at bay while on the job.

We had this VERY old electric furnace that was incredibly expensive to use. We worked with NIPSCO and Doc Dancer to get a gas line installed into our house and a new furnace and humidifier in our home. Dale at Doc Dancer was fantastic. We ran into an issue with the drainage pipe for the humidifier wasnt actually draining. Called their emergency number and received a prompt response from Jason and we diagnosed using video chat (the awesome part of technology). He came out early the next morning to address. At that time, we let him know that we no longer had hot water. He was able to fix the hot water issue (it wasnt getting power) and her reran the drainage line. While there have been some hiccups, I received the best customer service from each of the people I interacted with and am super pleased with my choice!!! Thanks Dale, Jason, and Fritz!

These guys are great, and now get all of my annual service business. Fair price on a new split AC unit for a sunroom. Called them for an estimate on a Thursday and due to a scheduling slot opening up, had it installed by Monday afternoon. Very responsive / professional and overall amazing job.Then I had my vents cleaned, probably the first time its ever been done in this 40 year old house. They had someone call in sick and were going to reschedule, but because I was moving into the house in a week they moved staff around to get two guys on the job at the usual time. They were polite and professional the whole time and gave me tons of info and photos of how disgusting the vents were.Great, great company. Absolutely use these guys.

Tim came to my home last week to perform routine spring maintenance on my AC system. While he was here, I asked him to trouble shoot a couple of questions/issues I had with the fan speeds on my 2-stage AC unit. He could have told me that the issue was just my imagination, but he didnt do that. He researched the issue on site and was able to set the unit to a speed that will make the unit run much quieter and still be very efficient. As with other Doc Dancer service technicians who have come to my home, Tim was very knowledgeable, patient and he listened to the customer! Thanks, Tim.

They did a great job with our house! We had old baseboard electric heating, and wanted it replaced with something more energy efficient. We were considering mini splits but other local places didnt seem to have the knowledge of these products. We really didnt want to try to run ductwork for a standard furnace and a/c. We called Doc Dancers as a final attempt even though they were a bit further away. They were very professional and knowledgeable, with the salesman providing a lot of information and helping us to feel comfortable with the mini splits. We got on the schedule quickly, the installation was perfect and now our house is very comfortably heated!

I decided it was finally time to replace my aging HVAC, and I am thrilled with the service provided by Doc Dancer. Everyone I have spoken to from start to finish has been service-oriented and friendly. I appreciate that the texts I received when someone was on the way to my house included not just their names, but a picture as well. Everyone wore masks when they were in my home. And my upstairs is so much cooler now - I wish Id done this sooner!

Had AC go out beginning of the season. I reached out to Doc Dancer after a disastrous experience with another local company. Because it was the beginning of the season Doc Dancer was very busy with service and install calls. They called me back the same day even though it was later in the evening. Had a quote the next day and was scheduled for a new unit install. We had to wait about two weeks for them to get to us for the install but it was understandable. They finally installed on the day they said they would. The Doc Dancer experience for us was excellent. Courteous and professional staff, great products, excellent communication, and quality install - full package. We just had the county inspector come look at the install and he mentioned how consistent of quality Doc Dancers installations are. We even had them clean our ducts out a week later. Cannot stress enough how great this experience was. This company is the real deal and I would highly recommend.

When the folks came here they were great each time. They came to diagnose that I needed to replace my furnace when it quit running. Installing service was great. But then it wouldnt start back up and what do you know the 24 hr service man came promptly on a saturday morning and replaced the thermostat. Good to go again. My latest interaction was when they came to do the duct cleaning, great All were accommodating to my disability and my dogs. They have been here in past years for repairs and cleaning. I was very pleased with the overall installation of my a/c unit. Being an older home, they had two full days of work and also had to find a breaker switch that would work with the unit. Everything went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier. ✌️

I had a very bad headache when our Technician arrived. So, I didnt feel up to climbing up and down the stairs to the basement, our Technician took lots of pictures and then explained how he planned to fix the drainage problem with the furnace. Then he set about fixing the drains, again taking lots of pictures of his work at each stage of progress. Then when our Technician finished he explained his work in detail showing photos of each step. I was very satisfied with his work. I believe he my problem is most likely solved.
