Liked the place, unfortunately I was expecting more it wasnt Harbor Freights fault most of the family have been many times before and they had it sitting on a pedestal compared to other places. Had my expectations up before I got to see I was expecting a massive store not a place size of the family dollar. With that said it has reasonable prices, helpful employees and members discounts. End with, they even have their own App.

I stopped in at harbor freight tools on East State Street this afternoon. I hadnt been in there in a while. I was looking for a cheap circular saw. They had one advertised for $29.99. it was in stock. It didnt have a saw blade. So I bought one for around $7.00, still not a bad deal.Two store workers asked me if I needed help. One of them directed me to the correct size saw blade. Employees seemed eager to help. The line was short. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. Everyone seem to be wearing masks and practicing social distancing. The store seemed clean and overall it was a very nice shopping experience.

As always the lady manager and the long-time cashier were extremely helpful. They also had fantastic suggestive sales that completely worked. I bought 3 more packs of black disposable masks 😷. I know that with the new COVID-19 Delta Variant masks are going to be required again soon even for those of us who are, at this point, fully vaccinated.I will always go there first for my hardware items.

Look, they got cheap tools. They had what I wanted. And the service at checkout was fast.

Great place for cheap hand tools, power tools, air tools, storage cabinets, gloves, hand trucks, engine lifts and a lot more stuff.Yes, they are lower quality than some of the big names that are a lot more pricey. But I lose or loan out my tools so I never use the life time guarantee anyway.And I only piddle around. I am not a professional mechanic or builder so Harbor Freight tools are an excellent choice for me. And again so much cheaper!

Employees are very polite and informed about where there items are. Im a little bothered that online said they had a few items in stock that they didnt. An hour drive to not get what I went for but aside from that, its always a pleasure to go and see what deals they have.

It a good place to go for cheap tools that is if you can find the right price that goes to what you pick up .and some of the people working there wood help you find the right price for what you are looking for.

Quality tools for low cost. I recommend Pittsburgh brand it comes with a warranty. Staff is super friendly and was able to offer me a discount on an open package.

Love most of the tools and most of the supplies. But youd do better to shop the HFT in Defiance, Ohio if you want to look around, or if you want to be sure to get that tool you need. Fort Wayne is frequently out of a tool I need, and one cannot just go up and down the isles looking for what is new and must have. The Fort Wayne store is WAY TOO SMALL for its traffic. No room inside, and too busy to take your time without bothering other people.

This store has a good selection of power tools as well as shop tools. Hand carts, tarps, moving quilts, as well as basic hardware store items fill the shelves. The prices are low but in some cases the products are lower quality. Its a great place to go get flashlights and zip ties. There was quite a line when we entered but checkout was efficient and quick.

Always enjoy going there I want to spend more money than I have

Staff was super helpful and the store has a little bit of everything, but the options arent quite deep enough if you have a specific requirement. If you need an item, Harbor Freight is fine, but if you need a specific item, its a toss-up.

Theyve got just about every tool you would need. Good quality with price. Easy return with receipt or register in there Inside Track Club. You also get added sales discounts with membership. Worth it if you shop regularly.

It was an all right shopping experience but I bought a few large items where they had no bags to put them in so I literally had to carry out three pieces because he had or they don’t have any bags to fit which is crazy

This place is really awesome and I really enjoy going there its a nice size and they have quite the variety of tools and tool accessories(maybe no propane) but you get the idea. The store has a yearly membership card that cost a little money, but well worth it. If your in the area check them out. I drive across town to go there and have the membership

This place USED to have courtious, fun and helpful employees. I dont know where they went but now the employees are super unprofessional, seem annoyed that you are even there and go out of their way to NOT assist you with finding things in the store. Will be going to Northern Tool and Equipment from now on. They are super helpful and nice there.

Harbor Freight is really stepping up their game, the Hercules line was tested against the dewalt 719 and smoked it. I have seen some real improvements. The Chicago lines and other cheap things are still trash, but the new products are impressive. The hercules line of power tools are hanging with Milwaukee and Dewalt... Only way cheaper. Im a dewalt guy since I was a union carpenter and a contractor. I am demanding of my tools. I am impressed check out the three videos comparing the hercules and big brands. Check for 2021 reviews they have made improvements every year.

Most tools are good enough for home or hobbyist use, I am not a professional/business so I dont need to buy Snap-On tools. I can buy several tools for the same price of one professional tool.

Youuuuuu get what you pay for sometimes.So Ive ran a few stores with similar selection.I am not saying to go sign up for some overpriced tools, but I was under impressed.If you need some cheap stuff for a while, fine. But its nothing your gonna be handing down to your kid.

Good for cheap one-time use tools that would be too expensive to buy elsewhere. Ive had more product returns to this place than any other store Ive ever been to. The staff is pretty much just there to run the register. I would give one star, but I have gotten a few things here cheap that Ive used a couple times, and havent broken (yet). I will say the return policy is pretty good though.

They got the tool at low cost

Made a return of over 100.00 on Nov 2nd after going in 4 different times for parts for an air compressor with minimal help. Now two weeks later, Im still WAITING ON THE REFUND! Called the store and spoke with a mgr and advised per my updated bank statement. Showing still no refund. All they did was give me a Corp number, with no phone calls back, and yet still no refund! Thanks Corporate! Harbor freight still owes me my refunded amount.

Good place for decently priced tools but If good customer service is what your looking for then youre at the wrong place. I went in just to look and one lady was practically checking me out for something I was just looking to see if they had. She made me feel pressured to check out when I merely asked information on a product. For example, Me: do you have blank workbenches here? Her:Yes we have one in the back, Ill have them go ahead and bring it up so that you can go ahead purchase it, DO YOU HAVE A PHONE NUMBER LINKED WITH US, ARE YOU A MEMBER?? 6 feet please!! Umm what?

Good place, goodish products, but you get what you pay for. Most of the time the longevity is what suffers but every once in a while you find that golden egg. Overall a great experience!

Found everything I needed. I got a 12 foot and 12 outlet power strip. The price for it was really reasonable. All staff had masks on and proper social distancing measures were in place. Will be visiting again soon. Everything in the store is useful.

Every time I go into this store, I leave mad. They put something on sale and than you go and out of stock. Last time I went in got seven items and was overcharged on 5 of them. Not ringing up the sale price. Will not be coming back. Would rather order online than to deal with this place.

Cashier not friendly and very impatient. Didnt have time to get coupons out. Not friendly or helpful like Warsaw, IN store at all. Floor lady here was friendly and helpful.

Always find what I need there...this visit 5 items I needed that were all much more expensive elsewhere.

Great selection of tools at great price. Some of the stuff is cheap quality but they do have a nice selection of better tools now. They also have a big selection of tarps in many different sizes and qualities. The staff has always been friendly and helpful when Im there shopping. If youre looking for that certain tool to get a job done at a great price, they probably have it.

They usually have what I need and for a good price.

Online store is a joke. Placed an order for a product they advertised. Almost a week later still shows pending. Charge was pending on bank account, now it doesnt show up at all. Waiting to hear back from them about what is going on. Need the product, should have gone somewhere else would have had it by now.
