Stopped in this grocery store for the first time the other day. We ordered a 16’ pizza half veggie and half meat lovers - so good and only $8. There’s even sushi & juice bar too. The produce looked really good. Love all the options available for all types of dietary needs. We will be back on a weekly basis.

Clean and well stocked. If you want a large selection of natural and organic produce, this is the place to be.They also have make-at-home poke kits that are delicious! Just ask them at the meat / seafood counter.Wonderful bakery selection too- lots of regional brands and well-stocked on pretzels and fritters (I saw peach, blueberry, and apple from multiple brands).Staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable on the store and selection; all wore masks too.Will definitely be going back. This is the best grocery store in Fort Wayne IMO

This is one fine market. Mainly items of uncommon quality. The environment is very nice. I love the frenly service.. makes me want to return.. especially around the holidays.. When you compare similar items to going out too eat and making at home... Its always cheaper.

Always a pleasant experience to shop at Fresh Thyme! Their store is spotless, the selections of meats and deli items run from expensive to moderate and the vegetables are always enticing causing me to try something new - tonight its kohlrabi. Their wellness section is filled with knowledgeable staff who can tell you the basics of a vitamin or natural remedy. Make sure to download their app for addition savings.

Love finding the fact they had Macadamia milk latte at their store. I have not seen that at other stores. I could easily spend lots of money for groceries there.

Lovely experience for the first time going here! It smells so wonderful, the store is immaculate, and the workers are friendly! If you want a solid gluten free food store to go to, I recommend this place. Aside from g.f. options there are many organic, nut free, and milk free options to choose from. 10/10

Great place to shop and decent selection. The prices are pretty good. If you need gluten free or other diet restrictions, that probably have you covered. The store was clean, organized well and enjoyable. I would recommend this place HIGHLY.

Amazing place for decently priced good veggies and fruits and great meat. We discovered this chain in Colorado (Sprouts Farmers Market is the name there) and we have been shopping at the chain ever since.

Dont do a special order here they cant get it right. I dont live locally here so I thought I would do it this way. Great store but their direction to do things right when it comes to this I was greatly disappointed.My experience: so I came into their store and noticed you didnt have any of the brand of yogurt I liked. So I talked to a team member about ordering a case of it because I do not live locally. She put the order in and said it would be in possibly on Wednesday and we will call when it comes in. I did not hear from the location so I called in today(Thursday) and asked for the dairy manager. I got dairy as the response instead of saying hi how can I help you. I asked if she was the manager and I got kind of. So when I explained that I ordered a case and I got oh yeah it came in but we put it on the shelf. I never got a call or anything. She said she could pull it off but told her no. She also was pressing who put the order in for me. I did not remember a name and why should I? To me what purpose would that have that your team put it out? She specifically said yeah it came in so they ignored that it was a special order and put it on the shelf so who put the order in is irrelevant to why it was put on the shelf.

Great selection of organic produce and vitamins! I got fresh dragonfruit and pomegranate there. They also have sprouted breads and a lot of vegan options! They have lots of bulk options. They have a make your own up bnt butter machine, oat machine, and bottle your own oil machine. Love it here.

This store had a lot of very fresh produce also a big variety of different things. Store was nice and clean and nice helpful employees. I will be returning to this store in the future.

This is one of my favorite markets in the Fort. Wonderful produce, deli, meats, and fish at really great prices. Definitely major competition for Trader Joes on the southwest side (and Im a big TJs fan)!

Top quality baked goods and deli. And their bulk foods are a good touch.

Unfortunately, weve purchased fresh items that had expired and were no longer edible or safe to drink (milk). Its frustrating to pay full price for an item and have to remember to check the expiration dates. This has happened to us way to often.

Cashier was very very rude, ive never had a worse experience than this before, it was very shocking

They have something for everyone and everything is always fresh.They have a nice salad bar area and their bulk - bag your own - section is huge! Their chocolate covered coffee beans are amazing! I had my first experience at Fresh Thyme yesterday. I usually shop at the Fresh Market, but after my trip to Fresh Thyme yesterday, they definitely have them a new loyal customer.I’m still shocked at the fact that I spent less than $100 after getting so many meats including seafood (scallops and lobster). After seeing how everything was affordable I knew I would be back, but what really made me a loyal customer is how nice the employees are.I didn’t catch the young woman’s name who was working the fresh meats area(she had darker hair and glasses I believe), she was super sweet and worked hard to make sure I got the amount of meat I wanted. According to my receipt, Tyra was my cashier. She was super friendly, greeted me a smile and her conversation was genuine and not forced.So happy I gave this store a try, I’ll be back every Thursday or Friday.

Literally the only grocery store I go to in Fort Wayne. Excellent selection of fresh bread and the produce always looks great. Lots of healthy options, the prices are much better than most healthy grocery stores (i.e. Whole Foods), and you can pick up a hot sandwich, soup, or pizza while there. I had never been to a Fresh Thyme before, but I was so disappointed with the Krogers in the area (who are not enforcing masks and always insanely busy) that I drive a few miles out of my way to go here.

We went to the deli case to inquire about the type of rennet used in the Fresh Thyme brand cheeses. The person at the counter told us they do not have any further information than what is on the packages. This is a management issue. It it the persons job to know what is in the products FT sells. Instead of saying, we do not have that information, say one moment & I will look that up or I will find another person to help.When there is only one lane open & one person is waiting to check out standard procedure is to continue until there are 3 people waiting. When that occurs, call another person to check out & that person takes the next person in line. This is a management issue. Please train your check out staff to monitor traffic & call for another checker as soon as there is a line.Please enforce the 10 or less checkout lane.A store issue. This store has a very poor layout that does not flow well when the store is full. Actually it does not flow well when the store is not full either. Not certain how you could correct this without major remodel. Bulk foods are right in the middle when you have several checkout lanes open they become overwhelmed by shoppers & those waiting to check out. If a person wants to get from the health & supplements section to the Express lane they need to go through the other the lines formed for other checkout, right in front of bulk foods. Of course if you do numbers 2 & 3 respectively this last bit should not become an issue.

Such friendly and helpful staff! The manager helped me and he was so nice! He welcomed regulars by name and knew a lot about the products. Always love the options and how fresh everything is!

Fresh Thyme Fresh! Love going here! My kids always ask to go to the store with the fresh food! I explain to them about the availability of organic foods. Their sales are awesome! Especially when the sale is on the organic foods. Lots of varieties. Sometimes we go just to walk around. Really enjoy the bulk section..... one day Ill be brave enough and buy my own nut butters!

Used to be a big fan because of the quality of their produce. Personally, I think its went downhill. Our local grocer in our small town is a little more expensive but much higher quality. Still like their deli though!

Friendly staff who are always willing to help find what I need. Great prices and great quality.

Good selection or produce, including organic, competitive prices, gold bulk section, lots of various butter types. Good deli section. Good variety of meat and carries Australian lamb. Has goat milk butter in stock if you ever need that. Drawbacks Sometimes the ground peanuts and almonds at the grinding machines are lacking in quality or freshness.

Fresh Thyme has wonderful fresh fruit and vegetables. They also have Bakery specialty that are delicious. Shop somewhere else for milk eggs etc...

Saddened to see that bulk seasonings was removed, but during COVID-19 it is for the best. Hopefully, it will come back when all this mess calms down.

I really love FT, but PLEASE trim the excess fat off your steaks! This is twice in a row now that I bought steak and it looks great until you open the package and they hide a huge amount of fat which you cant see. I am paying for steak, not fat! I may give it one more try, but surely reluctant.

The produce, meats, and products are so fresh and great for you. I love being able to shop at a health food shop, but seeing even better prices than your regular grocery! Their bulk food section is awesome! Its great for homemade products and filling the pantry.

Sold out of chick breast the first day of sale in Fort Wayne with a limit of 2 at 3pm in Fort Wayne Coldwater rd. Asked deli said they were out until tomorrow. If you don’t have it don’t advertise on the front page of your ad especially say your out the first day of ad. Bought nothing bc of this walked out.

Love, love, love this store. We live an hour away and dont get to come here as much as we like. Love the produce and the meat. They have everything. If you are trying to watch what kinds of food you are eating and looking for specific brands that are more healthful and higher quality look here. We wish there was a store closer to us especially when they have double ad Thursdays but we will continue to come here every time we have a reason to go to Fort Wayne. Take the kiddos to they have a special fruit stand for the kids to take a free fruit and they get a special treat if the can tell the cashier where they found the red tractor. It makes the store fun and interactive for them.

Very nice meat selection at prices lower than competitors. The produce is the best in Fort Wayne. They have lots of tasty fancy snacks to treat yourself with, like the self serve Mochi balls. The staff is always genuinely helpful and friendly. Bathrooms and clean.

I really like shopping there when they are stocked . Unfortunately, about 40 percent of the time they seem to have a problem keeping sale items in stock. Other than that, the associates there are pleasant and helpful.

I enjoy going to Fresh Thyme. The staff is friendly and they almost always have their shelves stocked. They often have great deals. It is an easy in and out store, but you can also spend a lot of time if you choose to. Double ad Thursday is a great day too shop!

Love this place. Especially great because its one of the places the kids love shopping at and generally arent super crazy. The cashiers have always been friendly when we go in. They have some great deals on some quality fruits & vegetables. They even have some pretty decent deals in their deli/meat section sometimes.

This is what every grocery store looks like. Lots of beautiful fresh vegetables, tons of healthy options. The boxed food is mostly organic and healthier options are the norm. Im particularly in love with their fresh prepared foods - the salad bar, olive bar, fresh made sushi, sandwiches, and pizzas. They also have a lot of bulk foods to choose from.The prices arent rock bottom but if you watch their ad flyers youll walk away with some pretty good deals.
